I just read a fanfic which I think was called Mapleshade's Last Moments by Scarletshade (amazing job btw) and it almost made me cry. I also read a fanfic about a month ago about Sol which made me despise him even though I liked him before. I noticed this with few other people as well. Weird isn't it? That something that isn't even canon and probably unrealistic in canon warriors can change your opinion so much. I wonder if someone changed his/her opinion because of my fanfic too lol. Did this ever happen to you?

i haven't read a warriors fanfic in ages but idk how much other fanfics have affected my opinion.

If a fanfic is written well, it can change your opinion, especially on characters that were not explored as much in canon. However most of my opinions come form my own headcanons.

My adaptation of TAQ has Sparkpaw as the main character instead of Alderpaw. Sorrelstripe is a main character and now I want to see her personality in the books.

I've never read a fanfic that has changed my mind on a character since, well, they're not canon to the story and while I've read some really good ones, I'd still prefer to look at canon when I'm reading about a certain character.

In hated Hawkfrost in Sunset but since I read fanfictions with HawkXIvy (very AU) I like him more. I know this is wrong smh XD

I love Sparkpaw Be warned that the spacing is off from chapter 14 onward. Personally, I think it's not that great. I was so sick of it that I rushed it in the end, and there's too much boring Clan things. Plus the chapters are rather short IMO. |
