Hello, I'm Toraboraa (obviously) and I just wanna introduce myself before I get into these forums. I'm really excited because I thought the forums would be gone forever. I was a member of the Old Forums for a few years before I kinda drifted away from roleplaying and then not too long ago, I got an email notifying me of the Old Forums being closed. I was heartbroken, I had so many good memories there and I was going to miss it. I accepted that it was gone and went back to my life. Then today I looked into it's deletion and went to a proboards website I was a part of with some old forum friends and one of them was like "someone made a new forums" and I went in search of it. And now here I am. I'm actually really happy with the way this looks because it brings back memories of my early years on the forums. This is exciting!
There was a little while where I gave up on the forums, before it was closed, but I just didn't have the motivation to be here. Especially since a lot of stuff has gone down in my life in the past few months I just didn't have time for it and right now I'm not 100% that I have time for it now but I realize that this place was good for me when I was younger because it helped me escape my life and right now, despite a few other distractions, I have nothing to occupy me and if you're anything like me, you know it's not good to be left with your thoughts.
A little bit about me: I'm a senior in high school, I'm broke af, and in a very happy relationship with a guy I really love. I am heterosexual (and I identify as biromantic-heterosexual, but idk if that's a thing) and an ally of the LGBTQ+ Community. I'm the oldest of three kids but tiny af and as I like to say, if I were a dog I'd be the runt of the liter. Anywho, enough about me and my boring self.
I'm excited to be here and make friends and to roleplay. I don't roleplay warrior cats so you'll probably find me in OTRP and lurking around OTD and the Art Forum
