Is there a specific forum/way to ask the members of the OTR if they would be interested in a certain rp? I posted the planning thread in the forum for that, but its not really looking to me like the place to ask for opinions (its half me planning out the rp half me asking around).
so is the planning page the only approved/appropriate place to ask if anyone would be interested in a rp? (it wouldnt be 1x1).
if i post it in the otr main page i feel like it would be considered spam/off topic but im not sure.
