tell someone if you're really worried. tell a school counselor or something or another adult you'd trust. it could be nothing. i don't know your friend or if this behavior/type of writing is typical of them or not. but if you're really worried, tell

That's... concerning. Just be there for her as a friend and let her know that she is loved. Like @striker said, get help from someone if you're really worried about it. Hope everything works out <3
