I am so psyched. I have shipped this for at least 2 years now and it's freaking canon. I've always liked this pairing and I am so excited to see them interact as mates! <3
Ahh. I'm just so satisfied lol. I've always loved the idea of the tough, ambitious warrior falling for the secretly insecure she-cat and him being soft only towards her, sort of like Dustpelt and Ferncloud. I am just.. freaking out. xD

Everyone keeps saying this and I'm utterly confused where it came from.
Either way I feel like this pairing was out of the blue and only an excuse for more background character kits. They literally...have no chemistry at all.

Maple: I can see why you'd say that, but I think maybe I could sort of explain to you how it would've came about? Or at least, why I think it did. o3o
33: Well, to me, at least, age gaps don't matter in Warriors because they are cats. Yes, they are cats who act and think like humans, but still cats and don't care about age gaps or inbreeding, for that matter. And this is supported by pairings that have happened such as Pine x Leopard or Tawny x Willow.

And this is supported by pairings that have happened such as Pine x Leopard or Tawny x Willow. As far as facts go, the only real interaction they ever had was in the Last Hope, and Dove Wing's Silence. There was nothing romantically implied between them, only Lionblaze's random assumption. This pairing honestly just rubs me the wrong way, just like Pine x Leopard. You can try to explain it to me if you want, but imo it really feels like a default hetero pairing to me. The Erins are also fully aware at how popular BlossomIvy was, and kept hinting it, and openly admitting the idea of it was nice. I really dislike when writers shipper bait the majority of the fans like that. I don't mind Ivy getting with Fern, but I would have liked it if both Blossom and Thorn stayed single. Especially Thorn. This is getting so disappointing, the more I read these books, the more I feel like these characters just aren't as good as they used to be. |

I don't have an opinion on this ship, honestly. I just hope we actually get to see their relationship get some development in the next book rather than just going off of Lionblaze’s assumption and the small interactions they had in DS and BS... unless you count that as development?
