When stressed to the max, I tend to be unable to concentrate. My concentration levels go below zero and I am unable to focus. Therefore it takes me very long to get anything done. This morning I had two papers and one worksheet due for my classes, as well as an exam. It took me nearly 8 hours to write the first paper, which had a minimum of four pages. It took me about a half hour to write the other (far easier), and the rest of the time was dedicated to my worksheet and studying. I pulled an all-nighter. I do not condone this in any way, shape, or form. I just do not listen to my own advice, as it seems. As I would nap, but I have homework due for tomorrow, and I am a dance teacher and have to teach four classes tonight, dance starting in about two hours from now.
Then again, I am nodding off as we speak, so perhaps I ought to lie down. Regardless, I plan on going to dance, finishing my simple homework, and going to bed early. I'll not get more than 4 hours, though, as my acquaintances are doing a twenty-four hour podcast starting at about midnight, and I plan on staying up the entire time for it.
Be smart, my dears. Do not be like me. Sleep when you can, and get enough of it. You do not want to turn into me, nodding off in the middle of typing a sentence.

*points to bed* Bed, now. Nothing is more important than your health. Take care of yourself or I'll sit on you to make you hold still. I took a nap and then was nearly late for dance, but I am alright I promise. Please do not sit on me ):

(she hasn't slept in 36 hours) (What if I choose to hit 72 hours?) As soon as you hit around the 72 hour mark you start to hallucinate. I recall at that moment I saw the trees moving while driving, and it freaked my brain out, causing me to drive erratically. I was thankfully close to home when this happened. At that point, I knew I had to cut off my experiment. ...I used myself as a test subject to study the effects of continuously staying awake. I do not recommend it.
