Also included in the compilation with be another Mapleshade novella explaining how Mapleshade had to become a medicine cat. It was an awkward phase.

To add, Featherkit has the powers to see into the future. Along the way he falls in love with Swiftbreeze and they have kits. Their kits are Leopardfoot and Patchpelt, Adderfang being their father was a cover.
