OKAY MY BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN, So there is this theory that if the universe is truly infinite, that there is an exact copy of you somewhere. ((How does this relate to warriors ya noob dewy)) BUT WAIT if there is a theoretic exact copy of me/you, why can't there be a world with all of these cats that can literally talk? Or any characters you like in general? Think about it, my beebs. There is theoretically a possibility that we could go and visit our favourite characters somewhere in outer space whenever and I think that is fantastic. We should never give up on our dreams beebies, Spottedleaf here I come. If you're not dead already.

"BUT WAIT if there is a theoretic exact copy of me/you, why can't there be a world with all of these cats that can literally talk?"
because we're not exact copies of cats. cats that don't even exist.

Hence "theoretic" It's far out, but I want to believe desperately @cookiecollector94 tell me this theory I need to know

Uh, no the universe is not infinite, there is a certain point where all matter ends. Besides, the chance for another form of intellegient life is very slim, if there were actual cats that talked, their attributes and environment would be really really different. This is considering that we even have the equipment to travel.

Dewy Leaf okay this may be stupid but here ya go: Okay, so 2 weeks ago, my science teacher said this guy said we have a 100% chance of being a simulation. I was like wtf. So anyways, I found this pretty weird, but when you play Sims you can control it right? So when you play that game, it shows your character playing sims. And they don't know they are characters in a simulation game. So if they are playing sims, and we are playing the same game are we controlled to play that? Maybe a 1p0 percent chance of no, but weird if you think about it.

We can't prove that there exists a point where matter ends until we've seen it ourselves, which we haven't or else it'd be breaking news.

Its called a commonly accepted theory based on evidence, according to the big band theory, the universe is still expanding, which means there is a certain end to it even though its still moving outwards. Its a theory, I can say the theory of relativity is fake because it is a theory. If everything has to be proven with solid evidence, modern day quantam mechanics and astronomy will not exist. Even if it was finite, the chance of other life is small, the chance of a multicellular organism is also small, chance for any forms of intelligient life is even smaller. Even then, it will be theoretically impossible for any forms of extra-terrestrial life to be exactly the same as us because it is under different conditions.

I have a feeling that the person is referring to the theory that parallel universes exist that contain the worlds of fictional characters. And a theory isn't "fake" until disproven or proven a hoax. I think the word you're looking for is "unproven".

So, you're saying that it's theoretically possible for me to jump in a spaceship, travel to an alternate reality, and slaughter Ashfur?
Awesome.

Parallel universes has been considered before, the only form I can think of is the timelines theory. So every instant that we exist in this world, there are tens to thousands of different timelines, each is a result of the things happening before, and timelines branch off different timelines according to what happens. Either way, I can never see talking cats be possible, evolution doesn't really work that way

On the other hand it might just be possible.
