The best cure for skin is to drink water and exercise. It allows for the dispelling of toxins from one's body and skin. As well as proper bathing. Skin cleansers only work to a certain extent.
No one, though, has ultimately perfect skin. Everyone gets blemishes.

^ What Shad and Hollyleaf said. All I ever drink is water and milk (unless I'm doing a cleanse), lol. I've found that high-carbohydrate diets can trigger acne and oily skin as well.

There's a reason athletes are usually depicted as beauitful and clear-skinned while "wimpy nerds" are shown as full of acne

I have really bad skin too, absolutely nothing would work. Until I tried Rodan + Field's Unblemish. Pshf, that sound like an advertisement. But really, for what seemed like half my life I hated to look in a mirror or go out in public. Please do try it, I understand how you're feeling completely!

Seriously I have some of the worst skin, and it almost completely cleared it. If it worked of me, it should work on you.

Seriously I have some of the worst skin, and it almost completely cleared it. If it worked of me, it should work on you. Not necessarily. There's two main types of acne: bacterial and hormonal. It sounds like you had bacterial acne, which is why a facial cleanser would work, but it would do nothing for hormonal issues.

Everyone's skin is different so the same things won't work for everyone. I bet a lot of people's "perfect skin" is make up anyways. Trust me, you know those beauty gurus? Usually when you see them with no make up on their skin is covered in acne. Nobody is truly perfect Here is some tips I have though... -If you wear make up never sleep with it on -Drink lots of water -If your skin is oily I HIGHLY recommend blotting sheets, it helps so much and you feel so much better after -No matter what combination of skin you have its so important to have a moisturizer -The best concealer I can recommend is the Maybelline Fit ME Concealer, it is super affordable and so good -Always wash your face in the morning and at night -Clean your make up brushes regularly -Steer clear from super oily foods and carbonated drinks
