Okay on August 7 I thought of a theoy that I felt was quite far=fetched (especially the Sun Trail part) Here it is:
"Sometimes the shadows of the past can be felt by the present" - Aang.
This made me think of how the shadows in the AVoS prophecy could represent the past. But what part of the past (shadows) would "clear the skies" If we're correct in speculating that this phrase means that SkyClan is coming to live at the lake, then maybe it's the Blazing Star? The prophecy surrounding it and the flower itself played an important role in the past. So basically I think the shadows are connected to the Blazing Star and that this will serve as an item to remind the Clans of it's significance back then and it's significance now.
I'd also like to mention that it was stated that Blazing Star grows in the mountains and considering the pattern of visiting the Tribe once per series since TNP, this pattern could appear again."
An hour and a half later I posted:
"Okay, this might seem very far-fetched but maybe The Sun Trail can play a role in this. Both in a metaphorical sense and physical sense. Shadows are caused by being between a source of light, like the sun (trail) and a surface.
And now that I just keep thinking about this way too much, there were Blazing Stars in ShadowClan's (shadows) old territory. So they could follow The Sun Trail back to the Forest. But the place is destroyed and inevitably the flowers themselves but it's still interesting to think about. Unless maybe Princess/Hattie can conveniently provide some Blazing Star from her Twoleg's garden.
Thoughts?"
Now with Thunder and Shadow released I feel a bit more confident. Especially with this quote:
I feel that Alderheart was witnessing a dream between two leaders: the pale gray tom, Skystar talking to Leafstar, a brown tabby she-cat. He was probably showing her that leaf thing he did with Echosong. The leaf just seems to be such a similar representation to the Blazing Star, despite it being flower.

The light brown tabby she-cat and the pale gray tom didn’t seem to see him. Sunshine glinted on their glossy pelts. The light brown tabby’s tail draped over the branch as she blinked at the tom. The tom returned her gaze, his round eyes bright, his ears pricked. As Alderheart neared, he heard them murmuring quietly to each other. Skidding to a halt beneath the tree, he looked up. Should he call out? Should he tell them he was here? That he was a medicine cat now? As he lifted his face, leaves showered over him. They twirled in the breeze, brushing his face and whiskers. Five-pointed leaves.
...
Alderheart hardly saw her. His thoughts were spinning too fast. The leaves had five points! Five points! Five Clans! Suddenly he knew what the prophecy meant, more surely than he’d ever known before.
We need to find SkyClan!
