hello I am new here, but I have been lurking for a while now on the old forums and these new ones
I thought I would just say 'hi'. I am Schrei, but you can call me whatever you would like
I hope to make some friends in the near future!

Welcome to the new forums! A lot of us carried over from the old forums, since this is the best alternative  This board was created the day the old forums' shut down was announced, and we're already booming with about two thousand members! That being said, if you're missing any friends from the old forums, you may be able to find some here  I know you said you already have, but this advice can't hurt: you can check the introduction boards, where this is posted, or ask around in Off-Topic Discussions {closed for a couple hours but it'll be back soon!}, or even scan the members list for familiar names. OTD is also a great place to make new friends, and talk about any non-warriors interests! Be sure to read the rules and feel free to direct any questions to the FAQs, one of our staff members, or any older user you're comfortable with  This forum is open to any Feedback and Suggestions, so don't hesitate to share wonderful ideas to better this place for everyone! I hope you enjoy your time here! |

Hello & thank you for the information It like that someone decided to carry out the forums to a new one & I have a question. If OTD is closed down, is there anywhere else to chat? If I have to wait, that's cool too |

Oh yeah!! There's always the General Discussions board, which consists of Introductions, where we are; Personal Dens which is where users can post their personal chat rooms, most of which are open to literally anyone who wants to pop in; and Mate Threads, which is pretty self-explanatory I think? You can find a "mate" which can be a romantic partner, best friend, roleplay buddy, etc. Personal Dens would probably be the best temporary solution for conversation-finding. OTD will be opened back up in 12-36 hours I believe, so hopefully you can make it until then  Of course all the other boards are available for posting as well. So warriors stuff would go in the appropriate warriors sections, you could comment on peoples' art and/or stories, you could roleplay, and so on. The time will go by quickly, don't worry! OTD will be back in no time! |

Yeah I'm pretty sure I can survive that long without the OTD section! And wow I never realized how many different sections the forum had. I guess I'll just go find something that interests me, then Thanks again |

welcome! it's a shame you joined at the time otd is closed down, but maybe it was for the best - at least you didn't join at a time full of fighting on otd
the only thing id warn you about is all the drama that takes place here. it's quite annoying as on the old forums it was a sort of safe place, but ah well
i hope you enjoy your stay here, you know once you sign up you become emotionally tied to the site, right? you're gonna waste your life here - it's too late, there is no turning back now. why do you think we're all still here??
