My cats recently had to become outside cats. One of them, Mintpaw, is skinnier than usual. I just found out a little bit ago... She doesnt seem to want to eat... I looked up stuff and found roundworm could be the cause. But she also has a couple symptoms of distemper... Do you think I should wait a couple days and see if it really is roundworm? Idk Im scared and worried...

If you have the option, i'd suggest taking her to the vet soon. It feels like nothing good can come waiting it out, based on my past experiences.

I recommend taking your cats to vet (more) regularly now that they're outdoor cats. They're now being exposed to more insects and parasites than they'd usually be exposed to at home. Also, make sure to do regular flea treatments!
As far as deworming goes, the vet will do it for you if necessary. Iirc they can do tests of some sort to determine what worms (if any) are causing issues?

I'm not a vet, but that really sounds like distempter to me. I lost many cats to this disease in the past and they all experienced those same symptoms, so I would advise you to take her in ASAP. The sooner she can be treated for this disease the better chance she has at surviving. The longer you wait the worse it will get. So please make an appointment for her as soon as possible because her life could be on the line. It's a terrible disease.
Also keep all other cats away from her. This disease is spreadable so your other cats can get it. Also be sure to do a thorough cleaning of any indoor areas she has been around lately.

•♕• uh this might not be the best place to ask for cat advice, bring her to a vet please. and also consider keeping your cats indoors, its not good for them or the environment to be kept outside. if she has worms you really do have to get her checked out at a vet •♔•

I would really suggest keeping your cats indoors. But otherwise, if you suspect distemper, vet right away! There's no cure. If she didn't have distemper shots, it's very likely she has it. I would really recommend the vet.
