Violent shaking and inability to keep down a fever now commences.
In the middle of the night.
Kill me now.

oh no im sorry. have u taken any meds to bring down the fever? or maybe ice if ur hot Plenty of meds and I currently have an ice pack on the back of my head, and a cold washcloth on my forehead.
My body's doing this stupid thing where it decides to overrreact. No matter what I do, it'll just flip out for hours until I finally pass out. The lowest my fever will go down to is 101.3, the highest being 102.4. It sways in that range.
All apart of having a terribly functioning immune system, unfortunately.

I've got an immune system that likes to attack and destroy my own internal organs.
RIP my kidneys.
Anyways, I hope you feel better!

But thank you. I hope so, too.

But thank you. I hope so, too.Yeah. It's an autoimmune disorder called Lupus. I was diagnosed in 2015. It took so long to figure out what was wrong that I almost died of kidney failure.

support group for ppl with really dumb immune systems i have crohns aka my stomach is bleeding like p much constantly?? the fun life I'd join. My immune system is like, ok people, instead if killing viruses and actually doing our job, we need to kill this person. And so it tried to destroy my kidneys. Because everyone knows that kidneys are horrible things that must be eradicated. They're not essential at all.

And because my kidneys were not functioning properly, my own blood became toxic. And fluid started building up around my stomach, heart, lungs, and intestines. I threw up every single time I ate something.
After 4 visits to the ER, 3 days before I ended up in the ICU fighting for my life, the last doctor at the ER said, hey, I've seen these symptoms a few times before, it looks like Lupus. Also, from the blood and urine samples, there is clearly something wrong with your kidneys.
I think I know 3 doctors that need to go back to med school. Lupus may be hard to diagnose, but they should've at least known that something was wrong with my kidneys.
If my immune system was trying to kill me, it almost succeeded.
