I agree... I mean, one of the greatest cats in all of Clan history was a former kittypet, but everyone still judges them. I think the Clans are just too stubborn to admit you can be a good cat and not be Clan born.
I also feel this way whenever there's a scene involving Twoleg objects. You'd think by now they would learn to stop acting to panicky and stupid around cars. I get that cars are dangerous, but when they're shut off there's no reason to freak out. They do this around every twoleg object and it gets annoying

I completely agree with this! Honestly, it's getting really old.

That is because the majority of kittypets and loners that the clans encounter are actually jackasses. Occasionally and very rarely do we have a Firestar kind of cat, it happens off screen but I'm pretty sure usually when the clans take in non-clan born cats, it doesn't turn out too well.
We just happen to see when it turns out well, and most of the times it turns out badly.
They have their reasons too, I am not just about to let some random asshole barge in and think he is a part of my cult.

I completely agree with this! Honestly, it's getting really old. You'd think with as many mixed blood and heritage cats they have the clans would be a lot less racist, but no, it's pretty much worse. It takes a long time for things to change. Humans still have racist stereotypes and beliefs, passed on down from generation to generation. Despite it being proven that those are false.

Yes and no.
As Onestar mentioned, we've been spectators to the best case scenario of outsiders joining the clan, namely Firestar, along with various others. I agree that once a cat is integrated into the clan and its lifestyle, their past heritage shouldn't be brought up unnecessarily to put down said cat unless they've committed a heinous crime or are accused of treason and their past may play a role in determining a possible motive.
However, the rule is essentially to protect the clans from rogues like Darktail who "want" to join the clans, but, as we all know, their intentions are far from pure. The ghost rule of not allowing outsiders into the clan freely is to prevent internal rebellion and invasion, along with just general dilution or destruction of the clan's customs and structure. Cats who only know of the clan customs and way of life are less likely to fight against it. Even Needletail and the other Shadowclan apprentices wouldn't have been able to find a valid excuse to leave the clan or argue against it if they weren't comparing clan life to the "free" life of the rogues.
Again, I'm not saying that the clan cats shouldn't be open to accepting former kittypets and rogues that have proven to have good intentions and much potential in serving the clan, but it's a huge risk that affects all four clans in the long run.
Thunderclan has been extraordinarily lucky when it comes to accepting non-clanborne cats. Hawkfrost tried to overthrow Rivereclan to gain power, and he was an adopted half-clan, half-rogue kit. Though his sister made up for it with her abilities. And Shadowclan hasn't had much luck with accepting rogues, as we have plenty of experience witnessing.
So...yes and no.

Actually, even now, the other clans still treat Firestar with some disdain. Despite him being the one to save them so many times, and ThunderClan in general. They still have distaste, and little respect for him lol.

They still have distaste, and little respect for him lol. I think that's mostly disdain at him having to save them so many times and annoyance at his supposed tendency to stick his nose in other clans business. Him being a kitty pet isn't really their problem it's just a good fall back to hide their shame/embarrassment and a good way of expressing their anger/irritation. It's also likely they link Firestar's compassion to his heritage. But again I don't think they still see him as a kitty pet
