It's hard for me to make up names without knowing the kits personalities. And I've actually never read Cats of the Clans, so I don't know much about Blossomkit. But...
Swampkit - Swampfang or Swampclaw.
Blossomkit - Blossomheart could work. Or Blossomshine/Blossomberry.
Elderkit - I have no clue.
Tulipkit - Tulipflower sounds just right.
Lynxkit - Hm, not sure. Lynxfang and Lynxclaw both sound like good names.
