I did it. The worst pun you'll encounter today. Happy Easter. Have a cat named after a rabbit. Pages 36 and 37 are up.

Question: To what level did you plan this before creating it? I'm curious. The current form of Ensemble, not counting the seven-year "beta test" of it, took from May 2016-November 2016 to plan out the plot, and since then the details have all been planned in as well. The level of this was insanity. Everything has to connect to everything, so every single detail from where the fights take place to the shape of the stripes Tamino has on his back (yes, there's a reason for that) to the scar over the snake's eye was planned out beforehand. It was frustrating at times, but it's easy once you know what you're trying to do.

Technically it is 1 am in the morning right now. But ah well, it's close enough to Sunday. Page 41 up, in which we find out a little more about Leporello.

This is really good. I hope you continue. Ask and you shall receive, my friend! As long as we're on a Sunday anyway. Ensemble Updates: -We inch ever closer to the fiftieth page with pages 47 and 48. Don't worry, the plot will advance soon enough, and then we'll get more characters and Fun With Literal Cat Hell. -My last day of school was Friday, meaning there might be more pages over the next two and a half months than before. Can't exactly be certain, but I'm pretty sure. -Sometime this week I'll get around to adding more stuff to the cast list and mythology sections on the main page. -I'm thinking of having another thread solely for other Ensemble-related art (I.e. Sketches and concept art), but I dunno That's about it I think

I love how this comic is a mix of Mozart operas. I love Mozart. I've always wanted to see The Magic Flute.

I've seen it twice now, and while there are parts that are pretty unfortunate (all of which I've fixed here, thankfully) it's very good. All of the Mozart operas are good, though they're very strange at times

Pages 49, 50, and 51 are now up. See the world through our brand new device, Leporell-O-vision! I continue my esteemed tradition of only showing things that won't be explained for another 100 pages! Tamino remembers he's still in love! Papageno...eh, he's there and I can't do anything about him yet.
Other thing I forgot to mention earlier: If you do have voices in your head for the characters, what exactly do they sound like? I'd like to compare them to the actual operatic voices of them all because I find this kind of thing bizarrely fascinating

Tamino has entered the love sick train! Choo-Choo! at least it isn't like in the opera where it's even more contrived and sudden than it is here and you have to listen to Tamino go on and on and on about how he loves Pamina more than anything else even though he's never met her and without any of the running commentary that asks him how this is even possible

For my own ease, I decided that I would try and group up the cast of Ensemble by voice pitch- after rounding out things and sorting out most of the ones that are somehow in between, I ended up with this, arranged highest to lowest (and the individual cats in roughly introductory order) Behold, the Sopranos are apparently building a freaking army.
Proof I Cannot Use Time Wisely: Sopranos: 11 (Lady no. 1, Lady no. 2, THE QUEEN OF THE NIGHT, Pamina, Countess Rosina, Susanna, Barbarina, Donna Anna, Zerlina, The Crazy Old Woman, Papagena, and I think that's it) Mezzo-Sopranos: 4 (Lady no. 3, Donna Elvira, Cherubino (he's a trouser role), and Marcellina Altos: literally none. THE ALTOS ARE ALL D E A D Tenors: 3.5 (Tamino, Monostatos, The Count 50%,Don Ottavio) Baritones: 3.5 (Papageno, Figaro, Don Giovanni, the Count 50%, wow that's it??? how even? I thought there'd be way more) Basses: 6 (Leporello, Fiorello, Antonio, Masetto, The Commander, Sarastro) Was originally a baritone but was then gender-swapped in the process of making the comic: The Speaker (which technically means 4.5 baritones but do I look like I care) Was literally an inanimate flute in the opera: Tigrissa
Conclusion: Fear the sopranos, for they are going to infiltrate things like this and give you an unnecessary amount of high-pitched madness. Anyway, pages 57, 58, and 59 are up as a dead flute-possessing cat and a petty housecat squabble over crap.

Tigress is very pretty. For some reason I imagine her with a mix of a Spanish accent and a Russian accent.

Hey, I think you should minor change the format that you do things.
Instead of making each spoiler contain one page, perhaps you could make it hold five or so?
It's just that the way you've been doing the spoilers makes it hard to read the whole story(though it's easy to read the most recent pages).
I can do it for you if you want by the way
