Ok, bear in mind that I haven't read Tallstar's Revenge or Yellowfang's Secret yet so I don't even know who these cats (in question) even are.

Thanks for the info 𝓣𝓲𝓷𝓾𝓿𝓲𝓮𝓵 and @twisterheart, I get why there's all the hate over this now. I will be mad too if they don't explain it further and give other reasons for why the two cats were sent to the Dark Forest.

"But I also want to mention that none of that is mentioned in the books jet, so people won't get confused not to find crazy Dark Forest-Storys about the cats above. " This statement is what makes me hold off on judging anyone right now. They better clarify or write a book mentioning the reasons though.

Personally, I still don't think this deserves all the backlash it's getting yet.

It does put the publisher in an interesting position because now they'll be looked at to explain this through the books (since the authors haven't done a good job). This is a mess and she is my least favorite author, I just don't think Su should be the target of the hate as she was just doing what she was tasked to do by Vicky (because apparently Vicky was too lazy to even answer these herself).

Well then the hatred and distaste against Vicky is justified. I think you're right that HC will force her to quiet down on this sort of stuff and they'll probably contact Su to tell her the same. Someone's definitely going to be warned or punished over this, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

Sadly, that's probably not the way it'd go. Warriors is just a fraction of the books Harper Collins have published. For all we know, they could just brush it off as something meaningless. At the same time, Warriors is huge and popular. Perhaps with things like the current confirming thing going on, HC would notice and do something about it.

We assume Brightflower never did anything wrong that might not be true at all because we don't see her after Yellowfang is banished in Yellowfang's secret. And in Into the Wild the only time we see her is after Brokenstar reveals the truth and all, she does is gasp in shock. We never see her reconcile with Yellowfang or attempt to reconcile with her.

After Yellowfang is banished two big events happen. WindClan's exodus and the attack on ThunderClan. Cats died in the battle to drive WIndClan out she could have killed cats because she felt they deserved to suffer as she suffered by *in her opinion* giving birth to a traitorous murderer who would kill her kin. She could have blamed StarClan for her misfortune and turned her back on them.

I think everyone should calm down a bit. If you really don't like what's been said don't take it as canon. Like people have said, she isn't an Erin, and if the Erin's do come forward and say they agree with this Su person then remember the Erin's have made plenty of mistakes before. Most of all, it isn't written into the books (yet) anyways so doesn't have to be taken as canon. If this stuff does get put into books look forward to finding out exactly what happened. Only hate on it after we've got the stories.

I just really don't like seeing people bash on the Erin's and Su so much. I understand you're upset, I'm unhappy about what's been said as well, but getting so worked up and bombarding the Erin's with challenges and such is a bit much. Remember that they're people too and at this point I think the Erin's are just trying to please fans in any way they can while keeping HC happy.

Sorry about the minirant if you can call it that, it just seems people are getting more and more worked up over this and it isn't worth it.
