She's not an Erin, she's not a member of Harpercollins, their argument is invalid unless one of the creators confirms that it's true. Sure, Su claims to be corresponding with Vicky. Maybe she is. However, unless one of the Erins prove Su's statements true, then they are not canon, end of story. In order for the statement to be valid, Vicky must come out and confirm whether it's true or false. Su's explanation for the DF claims, found here, wcrpforums.com/post/411396 , seems really condescending and arrogant. More importantly, it's unreasonable. While I can see Vicky agreeing because of the Ashfur fiasco, what I can't picture is the other Erins or HC agreeing. They're probably unaware of the sabotagation the canon may or may not be going under. As such, I'm going to disregard Su's statements until/unless a reliable source proves otherwise. |

Apparently, Vicky allowed her to answer some questions for her, but only small stuff from what I can understand. Now, she's answering ones that should only be for the Erins by the looks of it. Not the best description and other people could give you better ones, but that's the gist of it. |

That's obnoxious. She's not an Erin, so she shouldn't be able to answer any of these questions and be true. I get headcanons, but claiming these to be true? It's pathetic. |

I want to see if someone will ask Vicky about these things. I don't have a FB, though I did consider getting one over this, and hope someone brings up the question. I mean really, has Vicky, at least, swoop so low that she has to ask a fan to confirm things? |

Yeah, I agree. Until Vicky makes an offical statement or any of these claims show up in a book, I am not believing them. And even if these claims are true, Vicky should not be deciding what's canon with a person who isn't even apart of the Erin team. It isn't right that someone who isn't even apart of the team gets to call the shots.

Granted, she is actually helping Vicky. Though to me, it looks like she is proposing her headcanons to Vicky, who is accepting them out of forgetfulness. She may not mean any harm, but I don't think her interpretations are any more valid than a normal fan's. She did not write the series nor is she part of the creative process. And though she is helping Vicky, I don't think Vicky would confirm anything that she says if she actually had a clear memory of what happened in the books. So I take everything she says with a grain of salt.
