( Oh I've heard about that show. )
Bram glanced back at Rowan. "I'll handle it." He replied simply. Stepping even closer to the Red Reaper before taking a few hard swings at the girl, hitting her stomach and face. Giving the girl a nose bleed that seemed to just be gushing, but that didn't satisfy him. She still had a that fire in her eyes that needed to be extinguished before he did kill her. Crashing his bare knuckles into the sides of her skull a few times before her weight just dropped, her wrists looked like they would be dislocated without her standing anymore. Slapping her face one final time when she appeared to be unconscious before holding his hand out and barking at the other bounty hunters. "Someone bring me a knife." He ordered heartlessly.

(Yea, when I was younger I had an extreme obsession for medieval things [still love medieval stuff now, but back then it was crazy obsessive] and that show was may life. I watched it every night and my sister even bought the first season. It was crazy xD)
Rowan watched, her face emotionless as Raven beat the Red Reaper. She never cringed, grimaced,or frowned. Her expression remained emotionless, but her eyes trained on the scene with obvious focus. At the call for a knife, Rowan easily pulled another knife from her belt, but her eyes stayed trained on the Red Reaper. Her eyes flickered with something like hatred and she raised her knife. "I've got one for you" She spoke lowly, stretching out the knife to give to him.
James, having been focused on Arwon was startled by the sudden beating. He jumped and swung to the side. Maybe a slap didn't bother James, but that senseless beating was pathetic and cruel. "Hey!" He protested. Grace seemed to be out cold, perhaps now she would accept his help? Even if she didn't want it, he was sure she wouldn't really say anything, at least not for a moment.

( I can understand obsessing over things cx I do that a lot. )
Bram gently took the knife without even looking back at Rowan, momentarily pointing the blade at the male pirate. "Not another word unless you want to die first." He growled, then roughly pushed the Red Reaper's head back; admiring the paleness of her skin as blood kept flowing out of her nose. Then snatching her arm and suddenly running the blade across it, not too deep but it would still bleed. Satisfied with the fact she didn't move which convinced him that she was indeed unconscious. Turning to face the others. "All of you go get your horses and things, our little reaper here won't be going anywhere." He ordered, if they killed the two of them right now they'd have to leave as quick as possible.

(xD Same here)
Rowan, her eyes still trained on the Red Reaper, only looked up momentarily when the male pirate spoke up. A flame of hatred flickered in her gaze and she moved her focus back to the unconscious woman. They both deserved pain. Both deserved to die, slowly and painfully. At Raven's order, she glanced up at the others, her trance seemingly broken. She had everything of her own packed, the only thing she didn't have was her cloak. Which could be picked up easily on her way out.
James's gaze darkened with anger at the bounty hunter's reply and his careless cut on Grace's arm. He huffed, thinking desperately for a way out of the situation. Attacking or rebelling while he was still shackled and chained would get himself killed before escape could even occur. Reaching stealthily into his pocket he pulled out a frail shard of metal. A lock pick. He shifted the lock pick to the shackles locks and began to get to work. He needed to work fast.

Bram watched as they all left but Rowan. "Come on girl, let's go find the our horses so we can be out of here before the storm picks back up again." He instructed, standing there waiting for her to leave. He was annoyed with her recent behavior and was hopping she would do as she was told or he may have to leave her when all the others left. He could really careless about the others.

Rowan looked over at Raven with slight annoyance, "You've hardly got a year on me" She said flatly, not enthusiastic about being called a girl. She pushed off the wall, taking one last long glance at the Reaper. She tore her gaze away and moved to the right, snatching up her cloak and two bridles. The fault of training another horse, she had to keep it now. She'd probably just sell it later on in their journey, but for now, she had the pain of caring for it.
James watched Arwon move to leave. He kept his head down, but he watched from the corner of his vision. They seemed to be distracted, for now. As the jingling of the moving bridles filled the air, he popped open the lock for his shackles. It made a small noise, but that was covered by the noise of the bridles. James then moved toward Grace. He hadn't intended on taking her on his escape, but she was helpless. Keeping the shackles on his wrist, but unlocked, he scooped [as best he could] Grace's limp body into his arms, trying to work at the lock while appearing to be simply mourning over her.

Bram huffed and followed Rowan outside, he like many of the others had left their horses away from here so he would be gone longer then her. Letting out the occsinal whistle as he walked around the outskirts of the village.
Grace's arm and nose were still bleeding with no sign of slowly, making her skin extremely pale. She didn't normally get beaten like this plus being out cold wasn't helping her very much.
( Sorry if it is short x.x )

(No problem, it's kind of hard for you to do stuff anyway since Grace is kinda conked out xD)
Rowan walked a good ways away from the shack, whistling her bird call as she entered the thicker wooded area. One horse trotted toward her and she quickly began slipping its bridle on.
James's face slowly turned a bright red as he struggled to pick the lock. Blood was cascading onto his clothes and he frowned trying to concentrate. Finally the shackles gave a satisfying click and fell off Grace's wrist. And with that lack of holding, her weight fell completely on him. James grunted, falling ungracefully to the floor. His shackles simply slid of his wrist as he fell. James then quickly moved onto the shackles around both of their ankles. Those locks were easier, as they were meant to stay around feet, not hands. In mere moments he had both locks opened and shackles tossed aside. Shifting into a crisscross position, he puled Grace further onto his lap and tried to find dry, clean fabric to stop the bleeding of her arm and nose. Finally he simply ripped off pieces of his sleeves and tied it tightly around her cut around. It would work for now. Then, lightly dabbing at her bleeding nose, he used the other hand to lightly tap her face, being as gentle as he could under stress. "Hey, hey, are you still with me? Grace? Come on wake up?" He muttered softly, trying to make sure any nearby bounty hunters wouldn't here him.
(Sorry its long xD just wanted to get through all that stuff so you weren't left with practically nothing to roleplay)

( That's the only problem with knocking characters out cx )
After a few moments of her sitting there without stirring her chest suddenly rising with a roughly deep breath, her hand slowly curling into a loose fist. A couple moments later her eyes opened halfway with a soft groan of pain as it clouded her senses.

(xD Yea, I know what you mean xD)
James sighed, relieved she woke up. He wasn't sure he would've been able to carry her in a quick escape. Then again, he doubted she could walk very well conscious either. James continued wiping away the blood, using his hand to gently tilt her head back to try and stop the bleeding. "Morning Sunshine" He said sarcastically, but in all honestly he really was glad to see her awake. He hadn't realized how worried he'd been when she went unconscious while bleeding so much. How could someone be cruel enough to even to that to any other human being anyway?

( It's bad because I do this with characters a lot O.o )
Grace's eyes snapped opened all the way when she realized someone was touching her and talking to her, after a moment her gaze focused and realized it was James. Not really feeling well enough to be angry, or show much emotion at all. Then she realized that her nose was bleeding and blood was running down her throat, shakily sitting up and weakly pushing away from him while holding her hand over her mouth and gagging.

(XD Most of my characters end up in situations where they are either rendered defenseless and can't do anything or they are knocked out xD)
James shook his head, trying to keep her steady and hold the rag to her nose. "Don't move, just sit still until your nose stops bleeding" He glanced down at her face in time to see her gagging. His face immediately turned to a frown, "Hey, no barfing on me, I'm already covered in blood, that's nasty enough" James said cautiously. Deciding she must not be one for her own blood, he reached over and ripped off another piece of cloth from his sleeve. He offered it to her. "Here, you can try to clean it all off if you want to" James said lightly, glancing up at her nose. The bleeding had slowed. Hopefully it would stop soon, they needed to leave, fast.

Grace took the shred of cloth and held it tightly against her nose, no longer gagging as most of the blood was soaking it. Taking a deep breath before looking around, spotting her cloak not to far away she scooted a little closer before stretching her arm out and picking it up. Fastening it back on before looking back at James. "We need to get out of here, or at least you do." She pointed out thoughtfully, sounding stuffy with the cloth.
( Okay bye! Also nice rank cx )

James nodded in agreement, "Well, I'm not leaving, not after what they just did to you" He said sternly and then began looking around. He moved to stand, looking at her, "Do you think you can walk?" He asked, slowly moving to his feet.
(Thanks xD I didn't want to reply to anything cuz I didn't want to lose it, but I'm sure they'll be something else that pops up eventually xD)

Grace nodded, it didn't matter weather or not she thought that she could; she was going to walk. Taking a deep breath and wincing as she shakily stood, taking a cautious step forward before grabbing onto one of the chains hanging down from the ceiling for extra support as the pain from getting beaten seemed to surge through her head and ribs.
( There are others, just keep your eye out cx )

James frowned and shook his head, this was going to be difficult. For a few moments he looked around, puzzled, but then he remebered Arwon. She had transportatin here, no doubt and she always used the blue bird call to call to any animal she trained herself. James looked at Grace, "The bounty hunter who brought you in, who many horses did she have?" He desperatly hoped not one, because she would've already found it by now. But if there was another or even two others then he could attempt to call them. And horse-back would be much faster then walking anyways.
(xD I saw someone was was ranked as Santa's Little Elf xD)

Grace held up two fingers. "She had two." She replied quickly, forcing herself to let go of the chain and take a care step in direction of a window to look outside. "So... Where did all of the bounty hunters go?" She asked curiously, having no idea what had happened while she was out of it.
( Yeah there are a bunch, Dank warrior, warrior of love, jokester, patriotic warrior, some leprechaun one to name a few. )

James nodded a bit relieved. They would have to ride double back, but it would have to do for now. When they reached town he could just sell the beast and get some money to pay a doctor. No doubt the bill would be high for her condition. He snapped out of his thoughts at her question. Moving beside her to peer out the window as well, he frowned, "They left to get their horses and pack up. When they get back they plan on executing both of us" He said flatly. There didn't seem to be any bounty hunters in the area and James moved toward the door. "Stay here, I'll be right back" He whispered, cracking open the door and peeking outside.
(That's great xD My sister said she was a patriotic warrior for a little bit)

Grace thoughtfully nodded, watching James for moment before shakily walking over to the window and looking outside. Keeping most of her body away from the the window so no one could see her if the bounty hunters were coming back or anyone randomly strolled past.
( Who is your sister if you don't mind me asking? )

James slipped outside, moving quietly until he reached the edge of a very rich grass covered wood area. He let out a shrill blue bird call and waited. Nothing. He whistled again and waited. This time, soft hoof beats slowly approached. A dark black horse emerged from the brush, grass dangling from its mouth. James smiled and approached the horse. He looked through the saddle-bags, finding a coil of rope. With a few quick knots and tie's, he had a rope halter and slipped it ver the horses face. James quickly used the extra rope to make a rough looking pair of reins. Then he quickly lead the horse back over to the shack and gently swung the door open. "Grace! Come on!" He whispered lowly.

Grace took a deep breath and quietly walked over then outside, she was getting better at keeping her balance with every step. But she was still slow and in pain which wasn't helping as she knew they needed to get out of there before anyone came back. Stopping and looking at James to see what he would have her do.

Grace shrugged, "Let's fine out." She replied, quickly glancing around before cautiously approaching the horse. Putting her hand on it's neck and gently petting it before grabbing a handful of mane, slipping her foot into the stirrup and swinging into the saddle. Clenching her teeth and closing her eyes painfully. "Why are you even helping me?" She asked quietly.
( Neat! c: )

James waited at the side of the horse, ready to help her up if necessary. When she got up on her own and seemed settled, he moved the reins over the horses neck and lightly swung up behind her. He paused, taken a bit by surprise at her question. James shrugged and gathered the reins. "'Cuz it's the right thing to do I suppose" He said lightly, hoping to avoid giving some kind of deep mushy answers to any other questions.

Grace rolled her eyes, they were both pirates and pirates never seemed to do the right thing. "Now let's get out of here." She muttered under her breath, using one hand to bundle her cloak tighter as rain began to fall again. This was bound to be an interesting ride.

James nodded in agreement, even though she could even see his gesture. Giving the horse a gentle tap and smooching lightly to it, it started off in a trot. James frowned, the trot being a bit bouncy, he moved the horse into a canter, knowing that would be smoother for Grace.
