1. right click on the picture that is in your email. Find the option "save as" and use that to save the pic to your computer.
2. go to an image website (I like imgur.com) and upload your picture.
3. Right click your newly uploaded pic and select the option that says "copy image address".
4. Now go to the post where you want your picture, and click the little picture frame (when you hover over it, it should say insert image).
5. In the box that pops up, where it says Image url, do right click and paste the link you copied.

There are other websites that work similarly to imgur, if you're having trouble with it. possibly a little simpler, isPostImage.org where you don't need to make an account, just upload from your computer, and you get an address for the image There's also Photobucket, which is good if you want to save your uploads, and you can also get the addresses from the images there.
Also, if you ever want to upload direct screenshots from your computer, Gyazo is a free application that you can use to do that. Once you have it downloaded, just open the application, drag a box around the image you want to capture, and it should open up in your default browser.

In case you're still confused, once you save the picture from your email, make to sure 'save as' it into an easy to find place.

If you didn't figure out how to use imgur, I made a video. Might be helpful. If not a bunch of others are still available, don't be afraid to say you're still confused.
