( Yet. 😏🤣 )
After an unknown amount of time, Sol's list of duties started pulling his attention away. He ignored them only long enough to take Parker out for breakfast, during which he employed his seldom seen charming side. He made a mental note to do that sort of thing fir Parker more often.
At noon they returned to the ship. Most of the crew had also returned, and Sol wasted no time putting them to work. They hadn't lingered long in the last port, after the repairs had been made. There were bo such repairs to do now, but a thorough cleaning was in order, and several supplies needed to be restocked. While the crew did that, under Beckham's watchful eye, Sol took the one departing rescuee into town and got him ready and sent on his way home.
He returned before dinner, and spent an hour or two in his office getting some paperwork done. Then, at dinnertime, he took Parker into town for some much needed quality time. They had dinner, and then Sol let Parker decide what they did for the rest of the night.
( We can either role-play their evening, or you can continue the skim/skip right to morning. ;D )
☆~☆~☆ In answer, Seth grinned up at her. "All right. But you asked for it." And he stretched, full out, along the bed. His feet nearly hung off the end. He clasped his fingers together, palms up, as his arms stretched out above his head. The whole languid movement put just about every inch of him on display, especially his stomach where his shirt had ridden up. He held it for a minute, then relaxed, though he kept his arms above his head and made no move to fix his shirt. "Yep," just a tad smugly. "Still no pain. Your healer is very good at his job."

The morning started off on an awkward foot, but it slowly began to take back a normal flow. Breakfast was welcomed, for the warm hearty meal helped chase away the lingering affects of his hangover. At least where theheadache was concerned. It also seemed to have Sol acting more charming than he usually did. More often than not, the captain had him flustered and at a loss for words, but it wasn't altogether unwanted. Sure, he was still getting used to flirting in the public eye, and he couldn't even bring himself to do it yet. However, he wasn't giving Sol any reason for him to stop or lay low.
Breakfast then gave way to the chores that awaited them back in the ship. And just like that, they were thrown back into their everyday routine as if nothing had happened. Parker's attitude, still not up to par, was better and it showed. He went about his work, throwing himself into the tasks given to him without complaint. There was little else to do since Sol had to taken the freed slave back to wherever they were heading.
At the end of the day, Parker didn't go with the others this time out to get food. Instead, he waited in the main rooms of Sol's quarters, laying on the couch with Apollo as he waited for Sol to finish his work. He figured trying to distract him wouldn't be a good idea, and he was content to just let him be. If he stayed in there too long, then he would have gone to see if he wanted food, but he didn't have to worry about that. For Sol finished on his own accord and they were out in town together as they always did. kind of made everything that had transpired in the last twenty-four hours seem foolish. It was also safe to say that the end of the night found the two back in Sol's bedroom, continuing said much needed alone time.
(I say we just skimi to morning or we'll have to move to Discord. XD)

There was no point in lying. Anya's eyes roamed over Seth as he stretched, a little bit of their own accord. She hadn't meant to stare at him, but there was just too much to catch her eye. A pinkness colored her cheeks as she tried to focus on the drawing again. "For a healer who doesn't use magic, yes, he's very good at his job," she agreed.

( Good plan, good plan. xD )
Sol slept longer than he usually did that night, though he was still up before dawn had really started coloring the sky. He did a bit more office work while waiting for the crew to wake and/or return from town. Then everyone was hard at work again getting the ship ready to sail. Within the hour they were off, their sails set for Reavstone.
( Okay short, but: do we want to skip the two day trip, or put a filler scene in there somewhere? Currently, Seth and Anya and Sol and Parker are all caught up and on the same timeline now, so whichever works. )
☆~☆~☆ Still stretched out comfortably, Seth watched Anya stare pointedly at the drawing in her lap. He hadn't missed her checking him out, but he decided not to tease her about it. After a minute, he asked in a slightly more subdued tone, "So what do you think?"

The two day trip to Reavstone was uneventful. A storm hit on the second day, but compared to the last two it was brief and minor, little more than driving rain and big waves. It didn't bother the Comet or the crew, and it only slowed them down by a few hours.
Sol spent both mornings back in the exercise room with Parker, getting him back in fighting shape. The dramas of the last week or so had put him back, though his natural fitness helped a little. Which was good, for Sol didn't go easy on him.
He did, however, find clever ways to make it up to him later.
It was midmorning on the third day when they arrived at Reavstone. Sol was just coming out of the shower when he heard the call go up outside that land had been spotted. He sent Parker a smirk over his shoulder. "Told you we'd reach port before I was done with you." And still smirking, he continued on to the bedroom to get dressed.
☆~☆~☆ Seth was at a loss. He didn't know how to respond, what to say. Breathing became hard and he had to close his eyes to hide from the look in her eyes. Finally, he said the only thing he could think of to say. "I don't want to be anywhere else."

( I do wanna do that conversation. So maybe we skip to dinnertime, and near the end of it someone can ask if Seth and Anya are ready to leave tomorrow. Up until this point, we can say they've been preparing for departure, and the whole time Aidan has been distracted doing other things so he hasn't noticed. Especially when, outside of the preparations, the day has been progressing normally.
But first: 😏🤣 )
Seth returned a few minutes later. Star led the way, bounding effortlessly up the stairs. Hero tripped his way up, his attempts at emulating his mother failing miserably. Seth brought up the rear, ready to catch the clumsy pup if he ended up going backwards.
In the room, Seth saw that Anya wasn't back yet, but that Aidan was sitting up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. Seth smiled at him. "Good morning. Sleep well?"
Aidan blinked a few more times, then nodded eagerly. "Yes. I had this great dream about me turning into a bunch of different animals. Including a dragon! It was so fun!"
"It sounds fun," Seth agreed. He would be lying if he said he hadn't imagined being a dragon himself when he was younger. "Do you want to train today, or be lazy?" Neither of them knew the true meaning of lazy, so he wasn't surprised when Aidan's response was an immediate, "Train!"
He hopped out of bed and ran to the chest of drawers that had been lent to him, but paused to look around. "Where's Anya?" he asked.
Seth nodded toward the door. "Bathroom. She should be back soon." When Aidan cast a wary look at the door, Seth resisted a smile and asked casually, "Would you like me to stall her so you can change?"
Aidan brightened immediately. "Yes please!"
Seth chuckled and reached for the doorknob. "All right. Don't take too long," he said, though he didn't mind either way.
"I won't!" Aidan promised, pulling out clothes and tossing them on the bed. Hero chased after them, barking happily, so Seth left him in the room with Aidan while he stepped into the hall, shutting the door behind him.

The color spread over his face, but there was no correcting comment from Parker. Truth be told, he did get lucky, in more ways than what he was implying. Pulling on his final piece of clothing, Parker moved to Sol and wrapped his arms around his waist. It was very hard for him to believe that they had had a fight the other day. "Either way, I still wished you hadn't been right," he commented. It was no doubt now that he got more cuddly after one of their "sessions" then normal, and the fact that he couldn't spend even five minutes with his lover to fully enjoy the high was more than as little disappointing.
~*~*~
Anya smiled and stopped in front of him. "And may I ask why?" she asked, though she guessed that it was because Aidan was up. Kid as he might be, privacy was still important to him, and they all gave it to him when he needed it.
