The first thing you notice as you step into this foreign land was that the territory was rocky. Awfully rocky. It was mountainous, jagged rocks and boulders rising out of the earth like clawed paws ready to strike, vivid green pines filling up every inch of the thick forest. Clear blue streams and rivers were present almost everywhere; water was never scarce within the territory. The running water within them was violent, raging even, but it seemed as if any cat strong enough could tame its strength. That'd be a feat, you thought. Food didn't seem like it was an issue, either. There was life all over the forest, in the trees, in the rivers and lakes, along the undergrowth. However, you weren't sure how to maneuver the forest, and you weren't quite aware that the cats native to these lands were excellent at being silent and sneaking around. Before you knew it, you were tackled, barreling with the foreign cat until she managed to pin you down. You quickly realize that despite the fact that you were intruding, this she-cat's claws were sheathed. She didn't want to hurt you, but her frosty gaze was hard and fixed on you.
"Hello, stranger!" She meowed gently, and although she seemed peaceful, her tone was laced with curiosity and anger. "I hope you know you've stepped into my clan, SilverClan's, territory. And we only give two options to strangers from faraway like you. You either join, or you leave."

i. forum rules are my rules!
ii. literacy ; Please type correctly (meaning no texttalk or run-on sentences)! This means the use of correct punctuation, NO 1-line responses, try to use correct spelling, etc! I'm not asking for 5 paragraph responses, but I'd like for a minimum of 4 well-developed sentences. This makes replying a lot easier, as it's more difficult to reply to 1 sentence replies. iii. relationships ; Remember that relationships form over time. While I have no problem with predetermining two cats being mates, please let the feelings grow enough between them before letting them actually be together. In addition, feel free to ask other members if they can be your cats family member, but please do respect their decision! LGBT+ characters are allowed. Lastly, please notify me of crushes/relationships/etc so I can update the respective post.
iv. activity ; I'd really like it if you could be on every day, but I do understand that there may be other things that come before coming online. If you go 2 weeks without activity, I will remove you from the clan. In addition, please let me know if you're going to be leaving so I can excuse you from that!
v. character creation ; Do not make your characters completely flawless (no mary sues or gary stus). Everyone has flaws, and that includes your characters! Feel free to use any character you make at any time. I'd rather have cats be clan-born, so feel free to make deceased parents or ask someone to be related to your character! Please keep your characters as realistic as possible in regards to pelt colors (no pink, neon green, etc)
vi. roleplaying ; While I'm generally fine with whatever, please do not spotlight, powerplay, godmod, etc! In addition, do not create prophecies without my permission (which will usually be no but feel free to ask)!
vii. No kit____ing. Don't try, don't bother, we won't reply.
viii. Do not spam! I don't want advertisements here either.
ix. Clan Ranks ; They'll work just like the books. I prefer keeping as close to them as possible, anyway. Don't join as a queen unless she has a mate! In addition, we don't accept only kits. Kits must have a mother or adoptive mother to join. x. Use brackets ( ), [ ], { }, or any others to talk out of character (OOC). Please include the word balloon in the other section of the joining form. This'll be changed frequently.

Many moons ago, a cat named Silver ruled the forest. Or he thought he did, anyway. There were many other felines residing in the forest along with him, all living in harmony with one another. It was said that these cats were descendants of big cats, maybe cougars or panthers, or of the original four clans, primarily ShadowClan, and some made this seem more obvious than others. These cats all possessed an unnatural ability to keep silent, to sneak around without being heard, and were graceful while doing it. Prey was everywhere, the rivers were violent, and the same sharp boulders shot out of the earth. It was peaceful for a long, long time, as it usually was.The peace didn't last for long. It never did. One night, they discovered a cat of theirs, Wood, dead beside an abandoned twoleg road. It was abandoned and Wood's corpse was not squished, so they knew it was impossible for a monster to have run him over. But the feline did have strikingly large claw marks across his chest, gushing crimson colored blood, but the marks were far too large to belong to another cat. They spent days trying to search for the cause, but to no avail. Eventually, however, the cats were attacked by a pack of large dogs. Confused and caught by surprise, they quickly realized and caught Wood's scent on the dogs, but it had been too late for a resistance group to be formed. Many of the original cats died, and Silver survived alongside a few others. Deciding that living on their own was far too risky, they deciding to band together and eventually formed a clan, which was named SilverClan in honor of Silver. This tale became a legend within the clan, and was passed down from generation to generation, so the events within it were often changed or exaggerated. The clan went through many hardships, sometimes falling down to just a few cats before it grew in numbers again. They endured a greencough epidemic, a series of moons without a medicine cat, a tyrannic ruler, and mysterious disappearances, all whose details have been lost through time, all followed by peaceful moments. Now, Halfstar leads SilverClan, and it's eerily peaceful. Maybe something's bound to happen soon.✂ - - - - The clan is located near a large, snowy mountain range. It's usually pretty chilly in the region, so most cats tend to have thick coats, but it's not rare for them to have shorter fur, as they're used to the cold. At night, temperatures can drop heavily, but as said before, the cats are used to it. The territory is full of pine trees and scattered rivers, lakes, and streams. ✰ the forest ; The thick pine forest the clan lives in, seeming to never end. It's lush and full of life, with prey running around virtually everywhere. The trees vary in length and species, although the pines tend to dominate.
✰ sky pine ; Thought to be the tallest tree by the clan, this is where the apprentices tend to go to train. It's also, coincidentally, located on in a circular clearing, which is sandy and then fades into grass and into the forest again. There are two small, gentle rivers running beside the roots of this tree, where apprentices learn how to hunt fish. It's also deep enough for cats to bathe in without the fear of being dragged away by the current.
✰ silver field ; A field of large grasses, seemingly silver in the sunlight. Apprentices usually go there with their mentors to develop the silent trait they need to become a successful hunter within their clan. Around the edges of the field, there are often herbs growing. However, herbs tend to grow at the base of the trees outside of the Silver Field, too.
✰ shimmering lake ; The lake on the eastern edge of the territory, by the large mountain range there. The water seems to shimmer in the sunlight, and in the middle is an island. Cats often bathe here too, as the water doesn't seem to be as strong as the rivers. The rivers dump their water into the northern, southern, and western edges of the lake, always keeping it full. By the eastern border of the lake, the island is within reach. Cats can simply hop over and reach it.
✰ the moonstone ; Located in the middle of Shimmering Lake and inside a large oak tree lies the moonstone. It's safely protected by roots and makes for a safe space to communicate with StarClan.
✰ the silver range ; The silver mountains that seem to border the clan. The cats look up to and value the mountains and how they seem to reach up to StarClan. In a story passed down from generation to generation, it is said that the crevice large enough to be seen from a distance is a way to another world.
✰ SilverClan camp ; Located in a rocky area, where the boulders help to form the camp.
✰ abandoned twoleg nest ; It's run down, broken, and occasionally houses outsiders. Clan cats are urged not to go there alone, as tales within the clan say that cats who go alone often disappear for good.
✰ abandoned twoleg path ; This path leads to the nest, and is near the border. Again, cats are to not go alone, as tales state that those who go alone disappear forever.
✂ - - - - ✰ PREY ;
- mice, voles, shrews, squirrels, chipmunks - [ common ]
- fish, frogs, bigger rodents, rabbits, robins, finches, small birds - [ uncommon ]
- owls, large fish, thrush, sparrows, blackbirds, pheasants, wading birds - [ rare ]
✰ PREDATORS & ENEMIES ; - foxes, badgers, foreign cats - [ uncommon ]
- hawks, owls, eagles, rats, big mountain cats - [ rare ]
- twolegs, dogs, wolves - [ extremely rare ]
✂ - - - -Located in a rocky area not too far from the middle of the territory, the cats are heavily guarded not only by the boulders, but by the thick bushes ground around them. ✰ leader's den ; This den is on the highest rock. To the left is a ramp leading to the very tip, but halfway there is an opening where Halfstar sleeps. Although it seems small, it's rather spacious and can house another cat if she allowed it. ✰ highrock ; Continuing up the ramp of the leader's den is a flat edge, where Halfstar is able to stand and make announcements. ✰ medicine cat's den ; Next to the highrock is the medicine cat's den. It's quite spacious and has various dips within the boulder's walls to fit the herbs. There's also a small stream running into the den to supply with a small watersource. ✰ nursery ; Of course, the nursery is nested right beside the medicine cat's den. It's also made of solid stone, just like the other few dens are. It's able to house various queens, and has space for any kits to play and for queens to lounge around.✰ warrior's den ; Facing the leader's den is the warrior's den, a few feet away. It's right beside the exit to the camp. This den is made of the same jagged stone, but it has crevices in the walls, and is very spacious. Thankfully, the large trees outside help to shelter if it were to rain.✰ apprentice's den ; To the other side of the exit to the camp is this den. It's made of a fallen pine tree with a hollowed out trunk. Although it might not be as comfortable, it does have enough space to house many warrior to-bes. ✰ elder's den ; This last den is hidden within a pine tree with a hollowed inside. Because many warrior's don't tend to retire, this den was picked and is a little smaller than the rest.✰ extra den ; It's right next to the leader's den. SilverClan likes to use it in case of emergencies, or if they need to house extra cats.✰ fresh-kill pile ; Located in the middle of the camp and covered by a small pine tree growing within the camp. Covered by the roots, the prey tends to last longer due to this. It not only provides shelter for food, but the kits like to climb on it and play.

✰ L E A D E R } HALFSTAR ; 35 moons ; leader ; female A thin and small she-cat with an extremely flexible and agile body. She has long and soft light brown fur with a white underbelly and all white insides of her paws. In addition, the small feline bears fawn-like flecks, and although one might think she'd be named due to that resemblance, she was not. Instead, the left half of her face is her usual light brown color, but the right half is white, earning her the warrior name Halfmask. Her tail tip is white, and the fur is bushy and feathery. Her nose, pawpads, and inner ears are a light cream color and Halfstar's eyes are a beautiful icy blue color. Although quiet and reserved and silent at times, Halfstar is not afraid to speak up. She will challenge if necessary and will not back down from a fight. Though stubborn, she's also extremely caring and will go to great lengths to make any cat happy. She enjoys joking around and having friendly chats, too. { foxtrots }

SUNSPECK ; 25 moons ; warrior ; female A cream colored she-cat with blotches of light brown and subtle oranges, along with a white underbelly and muzzle. She has fluffy and soft fur, along with a thick, feathery tail. Her eyes are a vivid green color and they tend to stand out with the rest of her appearance. She seems small, but her body is well built. She enjoys being productive and getting things done, as well as spending time with other cats. Most of the time, the she-cat is outgoing, flamboyant, and generally kind and generous, but she also tends to be stubborn, sassy, and have a sharp tongue. Curiosity is probably one of her more important traits to remember, mostly because it gets her into trouble, but also because she'll never back down from a chance at exploring SilverClan territory, or going near the mountain ranges. Her brother is Batwing. { foxtrots }
BATWING ; 25 moons ; warrior ; tom Unlike his sister, this tom is a dark brown color, similar to Sunspeck's light brown blotches. His eyes are a striking yellow, and he bears scars across his cheek, nose, and sides, mostly from defending the camp or clumsy accidents. His fur isn't very long, but his body is muscular and hardy, tending to let him withstand the cold temperatures within the region. Batwing is a very clumsy cat; it isn't uncommon to find him in the medicine cat's den due to wounds or simple injuries. Despite so, he's responsible, determined, and extremely loyal -- he'll go to great lengths to defend those he loves and cares about. However, he can be sharp-tongued and sassy, like his sister, and also uncaring and cold. { foxtrots } Mentors Cedarpaw.
FOXTROT ; 30 moons ; warrior ; female A russet-furred she-cat with darker could marks on her body. The marks scattered over her pelt are placed in a marble-like pattern, extending from just above her shoulder blades and down to her large and fluffy tail. Her muzzle and tail tip are white, as well as her underbelly and paws. Her frame is rather small and thin, and she bears a large, bushy tail that resembles one of a fox, but even so, the feline is agile and swift, and has strength hidden within. Her eyes are a vibrant, emerald green. A scar rests just above her nose, a few across her shoulder, and another on the side of her neck. Foxtrot loves adventure - to be living nearby mountains and plenty of forest is a blessing for this cat. Her curiosity only fuels her hunger for adventure, and she remains optimistic of any task at hand. She's also graceful, her pawsteps seem to be planned carefully beforehand, and is extremely caring of her clanmates, but on the other hand, the she-cat is sassy, stubborn, chatty, and sly. Often, she's compared to a real fox because of her slyness, which she hates. Her bloodline is unknown. { foxtrots }
COUGARGROWL ; 45 moons ; warrior ; male A masculine of huge stature who easily towers over the majority if not all of his clanmates. A sturdy, lean figure with strong bones create his structure as it is lined and filled with thick muscles and leaving little to no loose skin to be seen- quite accurately being made of strength. Large paws sheathing sharp, off-white claws completes the logistics of this male's foundation. Over this figure runs a coat of velvet skin and short, glossy pelage that briefly thickens during the wintery moons. The color is a soft tan-cream that is solid throughout his coat, broken only by piebald-like white fountain spouts of markings that envelope his chest and splash beneath his chin. His massive paws have their toes dipped in such white as well as the very tip of his long, thick, whipcord tail. His ears are average-sized for a cranium such as his- a broad, defined platelet with a long, expansive muzzle with a width almost as much as his platelet. Housed within this feature are two almond-shaped optics where each is colored a bright, soft mint-green shade. At his throat starts a massive, long scar that curls from one side of his jugular to the other to then travel over the left side of his neck and continue to bow around his shoulder and end behind his left shoulder blade. His personality is described as passionate, refined, astute, perceptive, and moral. However, it has also been suggested to be blunt, enigmatic, aloof, abrasive, stern. His mate is Sparrowchirp and their daughter is Foggyfuzz. { Papurr ♚ (Papurr) }
SPARROWCHIRP ; 45 moons ; warrior ; male Lean and well-muscled, this tomcat has had his fair share of battle experience, and has taken on a flexible, well-structured frame with long limbs, neck, and tail and a wedge-like, exotic cranium. Coating his frame is a pelage of rosewood ebony- a russet cherry of wood tones with tasteful marbled, darker stripes and splinters throughout this shade. There are varying degrees of dusking to his pelt such as grey-brown and black that give shadows to his fur in a smoke pattern. There is darking to the proportion of a mask of brown-black covering his cranium. There is a white-dip pattern to his paws and on one side of his muzzle- at least, the side that is not scarred. His eyes, almond-slitted, are colored a hazel shade of mix, tropical orange and citrus in a vibrance. The most notable attributes of this tomcat are the horrendous amount of scarring that covers his being. Detailed, they are as follows: a massive bite wound to his shoulder that spans into his neck and front leg, various scratches amongst his chest and paws, massive scarring to the right side of his face including a shredded ear, and a long gash along the right side of his flank. His personality has been described as optimistic, loyal, reliable, responsible, and moral. However, it has also been suggested to be blunt, sassy, stubborn, arrogant, and feisty. His mate is Cougargrowl and their daughter is Foggyfuzz. { Papurr ♚ (Papurr) }
CRUMPLEDTAIL ; 30 moons ; warrior ; male
A creature of tall height and yet with a figure made of firm, lean muscle and flexible structure. A robust yet naturally lean and flexible bone make up his foundation with a lining of average muscles sloping elegantly across his line. Medium-sized paws sheathing dulled but strong off-white claws complete his base look. Coating this figure is velvet skin and a pelage of medium-length strands that is dense and soft at the heat of the skin while becoming coarse and wiry at the tips with fur pluming at his cheeks, stomach, haunches, between his toes, and developing into a nicely plumed tail- of course, what's left of it! Such a pelage is a sultry shade of russet red that travels the expanse of his fur and is marked by soft, soot-darker agouti tick patterning that leaves elegant shadowed smudges along his spine and tail. The base red dissipates into a soft creamy undertone that runs under his chin and creates his undercoat patterning that travels the expanse of his chest, stomach, and the underneath of his tail. His cranium is well-built and wedge-shaped with a defined platelet and a tapering muzzle ending in a leather nose. Housed in such a contraption lies two large, almond-shaped optics both colored a vibrant, lively yellow-copper. What used to be a beautifully-plumed tail is now left a crinkled line with multiple breaks in the tail, leaving it to appear "crumpled". His personality has been described as flamboyant, adventurous, affectionate, humorous, and open-minded. However, it has also been hinted as being eccentric, sarcastic, unpredictable, jealous, and materialistic.
{ Papurr ♚ (Papurr)}
SILVERSTORM ; 30 moons ; warrior ; male A masculine of tall, limber stature that lends him to proportionally of large stature and athletic build in both muscle and bone structure. His limbs are long and lean, balancing his muscled torso with an elegant ease and instinctual grace alongside a short-furred and thick whipcord tail. Over such a figure runs an expanse of velvet skin from which streams medium-length, thick, glossy, smooth strands that clothes his stature and gives him his look. This particular pelage is colored that of a pale silver with a variety of tabbied markings running fingers through his fur. His base coat is a glowing silver shade that is marred by a patterning of darker- although still rather pastel- tabby stripes that are overlaid with another layer of even darker stripes atop of these. Other variations of his pelt include the white patches that envelope his paws and the bottom line of his tail arching into the tip as well as a downward arrow-shaped marking against his chest and a piebald-like, wobbling white blaze traveling the left side of his muzzle to the middle of his forehead. His cranium is a modified wedge-shape, more pointed than rounded, and lends him a sharp-edged platelet, muzzle, and jawline branching to large, triangular ears. Held in this head holds two narrowed optics that are both colored a smooth, pastel green shade. His personality has been described as wise, brave, moral, sensible, and practical. However, it has also been explained to be ritualistic, impersonal, predictable, stubborn, and overbearing. His twin sister is Snowgloss. { Papurr ♚ (Papurr)}
FOGGYFUZZ ; 20 moons ; warrior ; female A medium-sized molly with an elegant and yet muscular body is what creates this feline. A lean line with a semi-foreign body type, falling in a moderate scale somewhere between Oriental and Persian structure- athletic but not bulky, and with a fine-boned structure and well-formed muscles, high shoulders, and long limbs creates the foundation. Covering such a figure runs velvet skin and a coat of medium-length strands that are plush, glossy, and thick even as it runs off in notable plumes off her cheeks, neck, elbows, haunches, and tail. This pelage is colored a blue-smoke tone with the plush elegance of a Russian Blue's rare coat paired with softer edges and shading that runs throughout her fur. The lighter and cream-colored areas are relatively soft-shaded and not abrupt or startling in appearance although they are enough to be easily noticed and recognized that her fur is indeed not a solid- her fur is tipped in a gentle silver. A modified wedge creates her cranium with a regal platelet that is more pointed than rounded and a tapering muzzle that ends in a charcoal black nose. Housed in this are two averagely set-apart, slightly oval-shaped optics that are both colored a startling, bright blue- her ears are relatively large. Her personality has been described as motivated, energetic, imaginative, clever, and loyal. However, it has also been described as sarcastic, reticent, rule-breaking, naive, and domineering. Her fathers are Cougargrowl and Sparrowchirp- her mother is unknown. { Papurr ♚ (Papurr)}
SNOWGLOSS ; 30 moons ; warrior ; female A feminine of tall, limber stature that lends her to proportionally thin stature and athletic build in both muscle and bone structure. Her limbs are long and lean, balancing her thin torso with an elegant ease and instinctual grace. Over such a figure runs an expanse of velvet skin from which streams medium-length, thick, glossy, smooth strands that clothes her stature and gives her look. Such a fur is incredibly soft and fluffy, like down, and puffs up in elegant plumes at her cheeks, neck, elbows, and haunches to stream into a short yet incredibly feathery plumed tail. This particular pelage is shaded a soft, silvery shade that is not quite pristine and yet not a silver- in fact, one could say its even a lilac gray color. Variations within this pattern include simple, thin white patching along her front legs, one sloppily sliding off the side of her spine, against her tail, and a thin piebald-like wobbling white blaze traveling the right side of her muzzle to the middle of her forehead- a mirror of her brother. Her cranium is a modified wedge-shape, more pointed than rounded although her plumes of cheek fur make her appear to have a rounded face with large, triangular ears. Held in this head holds two narrowed optics that, like her brother, are colored both a smooth, pastel green shade. Her personality has been described as sweet, astute, insightful, humble, and charismatic. However it has also been described as cautious, sensitive, forgiving, faithless, and reticent. Her twin brother is Silverstorm. { Papurr ♚ (Papurr)}
TURTLESTUMBLE ; 25 moons ; warrior ; female A feminine of short, stocky stature that lends her to a proportionally strong stature and athletic build in both muscle and bone structure. Her limbs are average, if not slightly short, and balance her muscled torso with a surprising, ironic ease and pride. Over such a figure runs an expanse of velvet skin from which streams short-length, thick, fluffy strands that clothes her stature. Of this, her signature attribute is despite the shortness of the pelage, it lengthens and plumes inexplicably into her tail, creating a long-haired, thick, fluffy tail to stream. This particular pelage has a base of sultry dusty-brown, like a catch between a brick red-brown and the husk of dark wood, creating an interesting shade of dusty-red. Atop this base patterns a small variety of light black patches that curl about her figure with a grace and oval-like signature rather than sharp-edged patterning. There are hints of dark red marble tabby stripes against her fur, beneath the black patches and yet still present in her step. Under this all lies the lightening of the fur of her muzzle, throat, chest, stomach, and paws into a soft brown-cream shade that fully completes her look. Her cranium is a modified wedge-shape, more rounded than pointed, and gives her a wide face and strong jaw with large- almost too large- triangular ears. Held in this head holds two owlish optics that are both colored a bright, light yellow shade. Her personality has been described as energetic, optimistic, excitable, humble, and responsible. However, it has also been explained to be clumsy, gullible, forgetful, indecisive, and naive. { Papurr ♚ (Papurr)}
GORSELEAF ; 34 moons ; warrior ; male Gorseleaf is a slim tomcat, built more for speed and agility rather than strength. Gray fur hazes itself over the tomcat’s body, fanning out to create a dusty, long looking coat. A soft, white-gray color splashes amongst the darker gray on his chest and underbelly. Dark, jet black lines cut across Gorseleaf's coat in the classic mackerel tabby design, giving him a look that is oddly reminiscent of a tiger. Tufts of fur bloom from the tom's cheeks, the bends in his legs, and the tips of his ears. A pink nose dots his face, and expressive, fiery green irises blaze from his eye sockets. A single scar tears across Gorseleaf's face, running from his forehead all the way down to his nose. The tom's gentle appearance -- sans scar -- does not directly reflect his personality, however. With a tongue sharp as a lion's fang, and a temper as short as a mouse's whisker, Gorseleaf isn't the most likable cat around. He is a cat with little self control and a easily vexed personality, often letting his mouth get the best of him when he should -- realistically speaking -- keep it sewn shut. Despite his negative traits, however, he has an extreme loyalty to his Clan. He would lay down his life for them, fight until there's not a breath left in him, and put himself through horrendous amounts of pain for the sake of them. There is little he wouldn't do, and perhaps that redeeming quality makes up for his sour character. { ❈ ─ sollux ─ ❈ } Mentors Antpaw.
RISINGSUN ; 27 moons ; warrior ; male ( Risingsun is a tall tom with long, slender legs. See, he's a savannah cat: a long-legged, slender breed of cat with a spotted, copper-brown coat. He has thin face and bright, inquisitive eyes of a dark brown hue. His tail fades to white about half way and is marred with thick brown-black stripes that match the color of his spots almost perfectly. His jaw and upper chest are also painted white, and the bridge of his nose is a little faded. He has long whiskers, making him very alert, and his dark eyes are rimmed with a light amber shade. He's quite handsome, yes, but he's not very strong. He's more the silent, slender type. His body was made for stealth so he prefers hunting over fighting. He enjoys eavesdropping quite a bit and he's got sharp ears, so he knows everything and anything that is going on within the Clan and without. He doesn't talk much, though he has many interesting to say and keeps secrets to himself, no matter whose they are. He's a good cat to vent to when you're feeling alone, because he'll listen quietly and never tell a soul. He usually sits back in the shadows and watches from a distance when it comes to crowds and he'll often slip away for the mere joy of being alone. You can often find him wandering the territory, not really paying attention to where he's going, and deep in thought. When he gets mad, though, his words are as sharp as thistles. He's sarcastic and rude and bluntly honest, telling you exactly what he thinks with no regard to how you'll feel. He's a bit aggressive when it comes to words and finds it hard to back away from and argument once introduced to one. He's a descendant of a rogue who joined the Clan a couple generations back, resulting in his unnatural savannah breed. ) { вeaѕт }
TROUTWHISKER ; 32 moons ; warrior ; male ( Troutwhisker is a tall tom with short fur to help it dry faster when it gets wet and strong hind legs and hooked claws for climbing and jumping. His fur is mostly light grey, the bottom coat a snowy white so he looks a brilliant silver color (especially in the moonlight). On the tom he has sleek ebony black marbled markings, shining a rare obsidian color in the sunlight. White rims his eyes which are a series of blue colors, ranging from light, translucent river blue to deep, dark ocean blue. The colors seem liquid and shiver when his eyes move. His nose and pads are a soft grey spotted with darker smoky hues. His body is long and athletic and he has long legs. His tail is long and plumed, feathery. It has smoky stripes down the silver pattern. Troutwhisker is bold and stubborn. When he makes a decision, he rarely changes it unless completely necessary. He's fierce and sharp-tongued but inside he's actually very sweet and playful. He loves to fight and moves through battles with a grace. ) { вeaѕт }
RUNNINGSONG ; 26 moons ; warrior ; female ( Runningsong is a small dilute calico. Her coat is a very pale blue-grey with mute tabby stripes mixed in with cream and a faint orange hue over a chalky white base. Her fur is soft and short, but her tail is slightly feathered. She has large, innocent looking eyes made up of a variety of blues, mostly very light colors. Her legs are long and slender and are tipped with dainty white paws and her face is angular with slightly rounded ears. She may seem like a very soft and fragile thing, easily breakable and practically harmless, but if you look closely her eyes burn with blue fire. Runningsong is one of the most unpredictable she-cat's you'll ever meet. She comes off very shy, very quiet, and she's kind of a lone wolf. She likes sneaking off by herself and doesn't have much patience for mousebrains. She avoids contact with other souls most of the time and will kind of fade off in the middle of a sentence, doubt clouding her eyes. She doesn't talk much and will turn away from a conversation, anxiety prickling on her pelt. If you really get on her nerves though, you'll regret. She's kind of got a sharp and unpredictable temper. She will sooner claw your ears off then then play nice. As you can see, she's very anti-social. But when it comes to battle, she loves being right in the thick of things, clawing her way to the top. She will leave nasty scars for you to remember her by. ) { вeaѕт }
HOLLYVINE ; 31 Moons ; Warrior ; She-cat ( Hollyvine can best be described as a background character. Her pelt is a dark gray with darker tabby stripes. Her eyes are a light, golden yellow. She is a little quiet, so she has some trouble making friends within the clan, and is often seen alone. Despite this, she keeps a happy attitude for the most part, and does her warrior duties with a smile on her face. It's not hard to pick a fight with her, however, since her temper is one of the shortest and has a 'I don't care' mentality. Having that mentality, this also makes her a very difficult cat to deal with at times. She's very stubborn, and will very seldom lose an argument. But if you stay on good terms with her, she can be an astounding and loyal friend. ) { Eмpreѕѕ oғ Oυтworld } Mentors Thistlepaw.
CROWTALON ; 27 Moons ; Warrior ; Tom ( Crowtalon is a large, buff, all black tom with piercing green eyes. He has a very intimidating appearance, and uses this to his advantage whenever he can. Crowtalon is a more experienced warrior. He may seem like your average, hard-working warrior, but he is much more than that. He excels is fighting abilities, but mostly because he can overpower a good amount of his enemies. When it comes to battles, he is fearless and this can sometimes injure him badly. He has a lot of pride, and doesn't like to admit when he is injured. He's not the friendliest cat, as he can come off as too "professional." Sometimes, though, he can be a bit of a flirt. He's a good friend, though, once you get past his outer shell. He's a loyal, ambitious, a hard working warrior, and that's all truly he aspires to be, although, if asked, he'd answer differently. ) { Eмpreѕѕ oғ Oυтworld } Mentors Albapaw.
GRAYSMOKE; 26 moons ; warrior ; male Graysmoke is considered to be one of those silent giants, large with lean muscles but not really into talking or being social in the long run. He has dark gray colored fur that ripples with a underlining color of blue if the sun hits it at the right angle. His coat is similar to a Chartreux cats - short haired, but a bit longer and fuzzy around his belly but not to mention a tad bit heavy to carry around. His eyes are the color of burning embers, the only dash of brightness that contrasts against the shade of gray that engulfs his body. Graysmoke is a loyal cat to say the least, loyal and um well maybe that's the most that anyone could maybe sum up about him at first glance. Graysmoke doesn't speak out a lot, nor does he enjoy taking part in any sort of games or activities. If Graysmoke wasn't born a clan cat he would have most likely ended up as a loner. Along with the silence you would receive from Graysmoke, you will probably get a lot of empty conversations or just a bunch of grunts. But that doesn't mean he's a emotionless being. He just needs time to warm up to other felines and get use to their presence before he can open his muzzle and start a conversation, which most of the time his conversations are about something important - or not it all depends on how he is feeling towards the subject. Besides his silent nature and thick padded walls, he's protective, respectful of others and mindful of others feelings. But sometimes that can turn to stubborn tendencies, blunt opinions and a silent anger if you roll onto his bad side - or his tail. { Ɗαятн Ɓєє }
✰ A P P R E N T I C E S } ALBAPAW(fang) ; 10 moons ; apprentice ; female Albapaw has soft white fur, thick, but not so long that it was a hinderance. A few yellow splotches are scattered across her pelt, including one covering her left eye. Her eyes are a dull, rather murky shade of green. Albapaw's nose is bright pink, though it sometimes turns white in the cold. Her tail is of average length, if a tad thick. Structurally, Albapaw is thin and sleek. Despite being agile and somewhat graceful, she is disadvantaged in battle due to her lack of strength. Albapaw is fiercely loyal to her Clan, and freaks out over the idea of betrayal. As a result, Albapaw is very suspicious of outsiders, and displays xenophobic tendencies. She is obsessed with perfection, micromanages both herself and her Clanmates. Albapaw is constantly putting pressure on herself as a result. She happens to be a gifted strategist, and is very intuitive. Albapaw dreams of becoming deputy one day. However, it's probably just a childish ambition that will fade with time. She can be very charming when necessary, and is rarely manipulative. Albapaw views those outside of SilverClan as inferiorites that need to die, and won't hesitate to attack.{ applebløssømm } Mentored by Crowtalon.
ANTPAW ; 10 Moons ; Apprentice ; Tom ; Cedarpaw is his sister It's not hard to pity Antpaw, the apprentice who wants to be the greatest warrior the clan has seen, but is held back just by his mere size. He was the runt of his litter, and shorter and smaller than most of his fellow apprentices despite being older than many of them. Antpaw refuses to let this hold him back, however. He trains extra hard to keep his skills sharp and be the best he can be. Some would even think he goes a little overboard, but he doesn't care. Antpaw makes up for any lack of skills he has with his intelligence; He's one that warriors, although being older than him, recognize his smart ideas when it comes to battle tactics, or even advice. He can be a little short-tempered and sharp tongued if you get on his bad side. He can also be very curious and daring, which in turn leads to him causing a lot of trouble, and getting his den mates in trouble as well. As he ages, this trait of him is slowly starting to fade, but he will always have a thirst for adventure that will never be quenched. His fur is short, black, and soft, while his eyes are a sharp, firm green. { Eмpreѕѕ oғ Oυтworld } Mentored by Gorseleaf.
CEDARPAW ; 10 Moons ; Apprentice ; She-cat ; Antpaw is her brother Cedarpaw is a she-cat who is lithe and agile, yet still has a considerable amount of muscle to her. She has a powerful, yet regal, air about her, and it almost seems like she's a sweet she-cat when you first meet her. But cross her, and she isn't afraid to use her teeth and claws. She has a fiery ambition that everyone recognizes, and she refuses to let others tell her she will be anything but great. Not many cats get along with her other than her brother, but this doesn't faze her. She is an excellent fighter, but lacks in most other skills. Cedarpaw knows how to get what she wants for the most part, using words like silver and what little charm she can muster. But this is all an act, and by now, most cats can call her bluffs. Her pelt is dark brown with darker tabby markings, and she has dark, intimidating amber eyes. { Eмpreѕѕ oғ Oυтworld } Mentored by Foxtrot.
THISTLEPAW; 10 moons ; apprentice ; female A slender, medium sized female cat with a short furred coat, a light brown base but with a much darker rusty red top coat that spreads down her spine, to the back of her hind legs and the length of her long tail. Her face is sort of a wedged shape, with a slight break in her muzzle, nose, and chin that form a vertical line when in a viewing profile, with almond shaped eyes tinted with a light hue of green. Her body is lean, graceful and made for running and climbing or even hunting, but not exactly in the shape for fighting another cat even if a cat where to be her same size. Framing that face are a pair of large ears that have that same rustic red burn that fade towards a lighter color at the tips. Thistlepaw is one of those she-cats that tries to be all cool and collected on the outside but given the right push can be a little bouncing ball of energy. She spends as much of her time fawning over the female warriors, claiming that each and every one of them are her heroes or inspiration to do better and be just like them. Although when asked about what she feels towards the male warriors she just sort of shrinks away and states how some of them are a bit frightening. Thistlepaw means well though, she just wants to be a great warrior like every other apprentice wishes to be. Although she isn't exactly the best to teach, considering how her attention bounces from one thing to another. And trying to get her to fight another cat would be like trying to get a bird to bark like a dog - nearly impossible. Compassionate, cheerful and humble is Thistlepaw on a good day. On bad days though she can be stubborn like a mule, sharp of the tongue and really blunt. {Ɗαятн Ɓєє } Mentored by Hollyvine. ✰ Q U E E N S A N D K I T S} OPEN

Cool. )
Smokeflight sat on a small patch of dirt near the entrance of the warriors' den. He continued to groom as the sun peaked out. The air was still crisp, but warmth was starting to return. He moved to his paws while he watched the camp.
Frostpaw watched his paws flex as he laid in his nest. He felt rather useless. The apprentice still didn't know what to do with himself. He could wait outside, but he then didn't know what to do with his eyes. Should he look at other cats? Should he not? The tom was too awkward out there too. He buried his head and groaned.

The sun had been making its way up the sky, just barely visible as it kept rising past the horizon. The light always bothered her, and she hated waking up with its rays hitting her fur, but she knew she had to wake up as soon as she felt the disturbance. Her moments of peace and silence ended as the she-cat stretched on her nest, her den facing away from the camp, and she shifted to rise to her small paws. Her claws flexed while she stretched again, digging into the softness of her nest before she proceeded to pad out of her den, turning left and heading down the small ramp that led down to the camp. Her eyes scanned the her surroundings. She didn't expect much activity this early, the sun had just hardly risen, but she was glad at least one was awake. However, within moments, Sunspeck and Batwing were exiting the warrior's den, the sunlight filtering into it through the cracks and crevices that formed the sturdy structure. Halfstar sighed, but she greeted the three warriors as she made her way towards the fresh-kill pile.

Smokeflight lifted his head from his paw so he could dip his head to the awakening cats. Where is Frostpaw? He wondered looking to the apprentices' den. His tail flicked. The tom should be up. He knew for a fact that the young cat woke up at the crack of dawn. He had been awaken by enough kitten mews for his lifetime. He turned his head with a grumble. He was no responsible for the apprentice anymore. The warrior stood up and stretched. A piece of fresh kill would be nice. He slowly approached the pile. There was little left, but enough for the warriors waking up. He silently waited for the leader to pick first while eyeing the mouse.

Noticing that the warrior was eyeing the mouse, she moved to nudge it towards him, choosing to nose through the pile for a small squirrel, which she began to eat. At the silence, she chose to speak. "How are you?" She questioned the tom, pausing, "Is Frostpaw awake? I was wondering if Batwing could take him out to train or something." Her icy gaze was fixed on the warrior, expecting an answer, before her eyes dropped back down to the prey in between her paws as she began to eat again.
Batwing had stepped away from his sibling, heading towards Halfstar, to which he respectfully dipped his head. He then greeted Smokeflight. "Good morning." He meowed, not wanting to eat until the other two cats finished. His tail flicked as his sister approached, but Sunspeck had kept silent. He was grateful - it was far too early for her chattering.

[ I'm gonna use the example I made as my starting post, haha. I liked it. ]
Runningsong slid through the undergrowth, shadows dappling her calico pelt. Little to no sun warmed her today from the clouds that drifted across the sky. It smelled of rain, so most creatures were probably hiding in their burrows, waiting for the storm to pass. Still, the little she-cat was hungry, so she was going to hunt. The odds just weren't in her favor today. She scented the air. The cold, metallic smell of snow touched her faintly, reminding her of how close to the mountains she stood. She sighed. She had a long fur coat, but some of her clanmates weren't so lucky. Though all of SilverClan was accustomed to the cold, she couldn't help but think it had to be harder for her short-furred clanmates.. Shaking her head to clear the distracted thoughts, Runningsong continued to pad softly through the undergrowth, her tiny paws making almost no noise as she picked her way through the pine needles and debris. She raised her pink nose to the air again, this time finding the welcoming scent of mouse over the smells of rain and snow. Her mouth-watered as she pictured herself biting into the tiny body, still warm from her recent kill. Quickening her pace, the slim feline leaped over a fallen log and wove through the trees, following her nose. Suddenly her form went rigid and she dropped into a crouch. Ever so slowly, she began to slide towards her prey. She was close, close enough to pounce, so she gathered her legs under her, muscles tensing as she readied to leap and.... The mouse fled, scurrying out from under a leaf and slipping into a small burrow near a tree. Runningsong yowled in frustration as she gave chase, but she was too late. Tail lashing, she turned and scowled. Her grey eyes searched for something that could've startled her prey. She had been downwind of it, so she knew it wasn't her.

(sounds good! :] )
At the crack of dawn, Sunspeck had risen to her paws, joining her leader in camp, who was eating by the prey pile. Having been told by Halfstar herself that Runningsong had gone out of camp to hunt and that she should look for Runningsong and help the fellow warrior out, the cream she-cat nodded. She knew it was a large forest, and any cat could easily get lost, even if most clan cats knew how to navigate through the tall pines and angry rivers that made up a good chunk of SilverClan territory. Sunspeck huffed. It was rainy and the sun was slowly making its way up the sky. It was unusual to have such weather; leaf-bare was going to arrive soon and the sun was still bringing the showers that usually showed up during greenleaf and newleaf. But she couldn't blame Runningsong for going out alone. She didn't know why, but Sunspeck assumed it was most likely due to the shortage of prey within the camp. As the she-cat trotted through the undergrowth, ducking over fallen pines and hopping over small streams and round boulders jutting out of the soft earth, she soon caught the scent of the familiar cat. With perked ears, she directed herself towards Runningsong, only to be distracted by a mouse - the same that Runningsong had been hunting. Thinking back to the shortage of prey, the she-cat dropped into her hunter's crouch, but because she had little to no time to settle herself, a twig and dry leaves crunched underneath her weight. She watched as the plump mouse scurried past her, lifting her head, gaze meeting with Runningsong. She gulped, stiffening in embarrassment. "H-Halfstar sent me to look for you. S-s-she didn't want anyone out here alone; I-I'm sorry I scared the mouse away." She meowed quickly, stuttering over her words.

{ woo! i'm so ready to start roleplaying again :') } gorseleaf shapeless, we move, unwinding the wires between ▲ warrior | 34 moons | well rested & hungry Hunger forced the tom awake, his stomach turning on itself due to its emptiness. A soft gurgle came from it, and Gorseleaf's eyes fluttered open as a soft, yet persistent pang prodded him awake. Green eyes still soft with sleep gazed upwards, where branches thick with moss and leaves let in just enough light to cast the warriors' den in a mild glow. The day is still young, and the tom finds himself pondering if it is still early enough for a successful hunt. With that thought in mind, he stirs himself from his nest. The loose bedding clings to his fur, and the warrior grunts in distaste before shaking himself vigorously to detach the offending bits of moss and feathers. The motion does the trick, and Gorseleaf soon makes his way out of the warriors’ den to greet the morning. A few in the camp stir about, and Gorseleaf gives them a quick glance before drawing his attention to the fresh-kill pile. The stock is low -- not painfully, but enough to where he frowns at its appearance. The gray tabby makes his way to the pine sheltering the fresh-kill pile, emerald eyes raking over the food gathered there and eventually pinpointing a rather plump looking mouse just beneath a squirrel's tail. He takes it gingerly in his mouth and retreats just a few fox-lengths back before proceeding to enjoy his breakfast. table code written by sollux

At the sight of her clanmate, Runningsong flattened her ears to her head and gave the fellow she-cat a reproachful glare. She didn't reply at first, cold eyes flickering over the cream cat in front of her. "Yeah," she mewed, sarcasm dripping from her tone. "Thanks for that." With a huff, Runningsong turned away, tail still lashing in annoyance. She had quite the temper, but for the sake of hunting for her Clan she was trying to keep it under control. Lifting her nose to the breeze that blew cold air through her fur, Runningsong took a deep breath. She tried to ignore Sunspeck still standing behind her, willing herself to calm down before speaking again. They weren't far from the rapids. The fast currents and cold weather combined were dangerous, but that mouse had been the only thing the warrior had been able to find on land. Maybe they'd have more luck in the water. "Come on," she sighed. "It'll be cold, but the river is always full of fish. We should at least see if we can catch some."

Smokeflight picked up the mouse intending to head off to a corner in the camp. However, Halfstar had sat down and spoken to him. The tom was trapped. Even he wouldn't ignore a leader's words. He took a moment to look at his spot before slowly sitting down with his golden eyes locked in her icy gaze. He sat up with the mouse in front of his paws. There was no use settling and eating before answer Halfstar's questions. "I am not the apprentice's keeper." He grumbled under his breath. It was be loud enough for a keen ear to catch, not that Smokeflight cared. While he did raise the kit, he was determined to let the young tom go and have him become independent. He looked to the leader before speaking up, "I have not seen him come from the den." He flicked his tail towards the apprentice's den.

"If we don't fall in, that is.." She mumbled, a little hurt that she'd caused her clanmate to be upset, but nodding as she began to trot ahead. Her eyes flicked side to side, scanning her surroundings as she walked. After few moments of silence, the she-cat detected a familiar scent: a rabbit. The she-cat turned, diverging from the path she and Runningsong were taking towards the rapids, choosing to follow the scent a few fox-lengths away before halting to a stop. This time, she made sure not to make any sudden noises; no crunching leaves, no snapping twigs. In the near distance, the she-cat could see the rabbit's form against the base of a tree. Running now would mean that the rabbit would escape, but taking too long would risk having it get away, too. And so, the she-cat began to crouch, stalking forward until close enough to break into a sprint. Her agile form chased the plump prey, her claws eventually catching onto its skin, and she pressed hard enough to pin it down and deliver a swift and lethal blow to its neck area.
Back in camp, Halfstar eyed the waking warrior. "Good morning, Gorseleaf." She meowed, voice soft and gentle, watching the tom pick a piece of prey from the pile. "I'm afraid for what's going to happen in leafbare if we can't stock up on prey. Most won't make it through without it and herbs in the medicine cat's den." She sounded worried, but the emotion was well hidden within her rather neutral tone. Halfstar didn't speak again. Lowering her head to the pile, she nudged around, but she knew she couldn't be too picky with the lack of prey. So she chose a thin fish. She'd rather have her clanmates have the bigger prey; she could settle for something small. Silently, she began to eat her morning meal, glancing around every so often.
