I had to stop drinking coffee, cuz my left eye started twitching on and off, and apparently it does that because I've been drinking too much caffeine? ?? I've only drank one cup a day, and yesterday I tried to drink a half a cup, but it didn't work. Now I've gone cold turkey, and it's just as bad as the day it started? ? (I think it started saturday?) It feels like there is a pulse in my eye-lid that pumps super fast, but it comes and goes. It's just annoying as fudge

now I have a headache, I'm tired, and I need to get work done. But I'm so sluggish and the eye twitching is super annoying

well since people get addicted to caffeine it's best to slowly get yourself off it and not quit completely otherwise you'll see withdrawal symptoms.

It'll ware off in a few days, but I need work done, and I have a quiz I have to take in a few days to get my hunters license, and there's a lot of information and I'm not up to it. dang

I recommend waiting until the weekend. I had that issue before finals last school year, and it ceased when summer vacation started (bc I rarely drink coffee on non-school days)
