I don't like her. I feel bad for her about the deaths of her family, but other than that I feel nothing. One thing that sticks out to me with her is the situation with Tiny an Tigerstar/paw. First she tried to defend Tiny saying he's only a kit and shouldn't be fought against/seen as a threat. When Tigerpaw attacks him, she just stand there for a few moments before doing anything about it. What she should've done was instantly intervened instead of Tigerpaw attack him.

She was regarded as a good leader. Then she acted like a total b*tch in Bluestar's Prophecy and Dangerous Path.
She also broke a crap ton of warrior codes herself.

I hate her with burning passion and I don't get why she's considered wise and one of the best TC leaders, she was pretty bad.

I'm quite surprised by how many people dislike her so. I'm rather neutral on her. I never fully understood why Firestar adored her so much but in the first arc I liked her. In BP she wasn't as likeable but I understood why. She was so moody and unfriendly.

I like Bluestar and understand how she felt. She was a good leader and she gave up a lot for her Clan. People have a way of forgetting the good others do and just see the bad but a person or cat is the sum of bad and good. In these books there are some evil cats and then there are some cats like BlueStar and Ashfur who are not evil but have done bad things because they are afraid and their hearts are broken by betrayal by the cats they trusted and care for deeply. To the haters some day you may be like BlueStar or Ashfur.

And he doesn't seem to care about Squirrelflight. He care more about himself than others.

I am not saying that Ashfur did not do anything bad but he never killed anyone and he did lead the dogs away from the camp when he was an apprentice or was it he was still a kit. He was killed by Hollyleaf and then she told the other clans about the three being Crowfeather and Leafpools kits and that is why Hollyleaf killed Ashfur. She did the very thing she did not want Ashfur to do. Hollyleaf had a chance to make up for what she did but Ashfur was never given that chance. Squirrelflight betrayed him when she made him think that there was a chance of them becoming mates and then going off with Bramberclaw who trained with TigerStar and almost let his brother kill FireStar. He cared a lot for Sqirrelflight until she went back to Bramberclaw and I think that broke his heart. I see evil as someone like TigerStar or Mapleshade who killed and enjoyed killing.

Neutral. To be fair, I have not yet read Bluestar's Prophecy, so I've only seen her behavior in the first arc and as a Starclan cat afterwards.

I am not saying that Ashfur did not do anything bad but he never killed anyone ( Just because he failed doesn't mean he intend to kill them.)and he did lead the dogs away from the camp when he was an apprentice or was it he was still a kit. ( And so did Fernpaw but I don't see her get worshiped by the fans.) He was killed by Hollyleaf and then she told the other clans about the three being Crowfeather and Leafpools kits and that is why Hollyleaf killed Ashfur. (Hollyleaf killed Ashfur before she knew who her parents where. She only that she was not Squirrelfight's kit. They tried to stop him from telling the secret. But he would not listen to them. He only care about hurting squirrelflight)She did the very thing she did not want Ashfur to do. Hollyleaf had a chance to make up for what she did but Ashfur was never given that chance. (I disagree with that. He had chance after he tried to murder Firestar. He could just move on like what a normal person would do. He also had chance to move on after he tried to burn Lionblaze, Hollyleaf and Jayfeather alive. There was some between the fire and his death.) Squirrelflight betrayed him when she made him think that there was a chance of them becoming mates (Squirrelflight just broke up with her mate. She needed a friend some that could help her. She even thought about being his mate. But she was not ready to take a new mate. In the end. She realised that Ashfur is not the right guy for her. But Squirrelflight still wanted to be friends with him. She also felt guilty. But he ignored her.) and then going off with Bramberclaw who trained with TigerStar and almost let his brother kill FireStar. (For the first neither Ashfur or Squirrelflight knew that Brambleclaw trained with Tigerstar. Is fun that you bring up Firestar. Beacuse Ashfur helped helped Hawkfrost setting the trap up for Firestar. And Brambleclaw did not nearly let his brother kill Firestar that was Ashfur. Brambleclaw was the one to save Firestar.)He cared a lot for Sqirrelflight until she went back to Bramberclaw and I think that broke his heart. (He may cared about when they hanged out. But when she told him that she did not love. He did not care about Squirrelflight any longer. He hated her for not loving him. I understand that is okay to feel sad that the person you love don't love you back. But the way reacted seems like he only cared about his own feelings rather than others.) I see evil as someone like TigerStar or Mapleshade who killed and enjoyed killing.

To the haters some day you may be like BlueStar or Ashfur. Ashfur wasn't betrayed. Bluestar was betrayed by Tigerclaw, the cat who showed to be ambitious, cruel and battlehungry from the beginning... not a big surprise. In fact, her "madness" came to be forced and unrealistic. As I say: a good leader does his best to lead in the good AND in the bad times. Leading in those good times... isn't a big deal, honestly. Bluestar didn't do anything but get everything worse in those bad times. If it wasn't for Fireheart, ThunderClan would be nothing.
