I’ve actually never paid attention when I’ve stopped growing? 17-18 I think.

i reached my adult height at abt 15, but it's really one of those things that varies from person to person.

I chose "other". You reach the majority of your height at the end of puberty, but some people do have little bitty grow spurts into their early 20's, although I think that's more common with men.
Case in point: my husband was 6'0 when I met him freshman year of college at age 18. At age 20 he measured again and was then just shy of 6'1". A week ago he had a physical exam for a life insurance thing, and he's now 6'1.5" at age 24.
I imagine it's a "late bloomer" thing. He had so little facial hair at 18 that he only shaved once a week, whereas now he has to shave every day. Personally, I reached full height around age 16, although I have apparently grown a quarter inch between then and now.

I was still growing until 20. Not by much but i was 5'4 my senior year but 5'6 by then, and stopped.
Though i did start hrt then, and ive heard that if people start hrt either during or not too long after puberty you can grow more. So i don't know if that was why I did or i was just a late grower.

I think it depends but if I had to choose maybe 18? I was 5 feet when I was in 6 grade and was growing a bit slowly until I hit 5'2 in the beginning of highschool then at the end I was 5'2 in a half. (Still hoping I can finally be 5'3 T^T).

I stopped in 6th grade. Little did I know I would be diagnosed with Cushings disease about 12 years later, which screwed me over in a lot of ways so I’ll be 4’11” forever.
