Like just the lyrics? Or the whole song, like the singing.

Yes, and it usually gets on my nerves because it ends up either sounding like German folk music (Volksmusik) or Schlager (which is specific kind of music that is translated in English to mean Popular/Hit music even though it has nothing to do with actual pop).
I also frequently have this problem when it comes to Disney musical numbers being translated into German. The only good modern exception so far was Encanto, those songs sound fire even in German. But two bad examples would be Frozen and Moana. Because they just translated the songs word for word without trying to make it rhyme or sound good (pretty much sounds like it got thrown into Google Translate lol).
As for Hazbin Hotel songs in German specifically (since OP named two in the top post), I tried watching it in German but couldn't get through it. Might give it another shot just to make sure because I can't remember what it sounded like at this point. Recently watched the Wonka musical though and was once again reminded that the original does tend to be much better, at least when it comes to English being translated into German.

There's an Italian song that is very popular that I know... Once you translate the lyrics, it's like: why is it so basic but so good?
As for French music, it really depends on the artist. Stromae's songs are a work of art with the way he plays with words in French. I don't always understand what he's saying, but it hits hard.
also, for a certain Spanish song I know, one may find the melody to be annoying but it's funny.
(I know 2 languages, fluent in 1 and can barely speak the 2nd.)

i'm bilingual but I've never tried translating songs myself actually. I do know some english songs in my native language as well tho just cause there were pre-existing translations of them. A few I enjoy in both languages are Sloop John B and Take Me Home, Country Roads lol
On the other hand I have actually tried translating lyrics from french to english before. Not to sing them tho, just as language practice bc I learned french later in life and i'm only conversational in it.

Never done that (I’m bilingual, in Spanish and English, aiming for Scottish Gaelic) unless translating ‘Despacito’ counts. ☠️ don’t do it…
