To start things off, I would just like to say that I'm not a fan of Sol as a character or even villain.
He's just rather whiny and weak since he can't really fight. Sure, his method of villainy is interesting as a concept since being able to manipulate others just by talking to them is a "good" ability to have for any villain character.
But the things is, most villains in the series are also manipulative and cunning (such as Tigerstar and Hawkfrost) but they also have the bonus of actually being able to back up their words with actions (of physically fighting). But Sol can only talk (and talk others into fighting for him). Because he himself sucks at doing battle.
Now onto my idea though:
So, whenever Sol (or Sleekwhisker) came up in threads for the past few years, especially regarding the question if he (or her) would ever show up again, I usually answered by supporting the idea that it could be neat if he makes a comeback as a villain.
The idea of Sol and Sleekwhisker somehow meeting up and returning as a chaotic duo that is only semi-competent is also still a fun(ny) concept to me.
Because that way, both of them would also finally be dealt with once and for all.
Another idea I just had could see Sol returning to the Clans, old and injured (ignore that he's younger than Leafstar lol) and talk one of the Clan leaders into letting him become an elder (Harestar most likely even though he knows about Sol).
Imagine how pissed Leafstar would be though. Since she then would have to deal with not only Tigerstar but Sol as well. It just could make for an interesting storyline, in my opinion.
