lol you don't want to rp with me :'( ) "And Tansykit can be Tansystorm and... and Lionkit can be Lionblizzard!" Twilightkit exclaimed, wiggling with excitement. Blizzardstorm hauled himself up, circling Lionkit like he did with Flurrypaw. "Alright, show me your best crouch. Remember you want to try and stay as still as possible." eh, lol) "Those certainly are some interesting name choices. Maybe you should be the one to pick the names for our warriors instead." Squirreltail teased, nuzzling Twilightkit with another purr. "Okay!" Lionkit said with a squeak, dropping into a crouch and holding as still as his clumsy paws would let him. His tail waved excitedly, happy that his father was taking the time to show him how to do a battle crouch.

“I’m good.” Silvermask flashed her a smile. “Just wanted to come see if you would come hunting with me?” She asked. “Im dying to get out of camp.” She huffed dramatically. "O-oh, you want to go hunting with m-me?" Specklefrost asked, feeling her fur flush at the thought of hunting with Silvermask alone. She chided herself mentally though, the older warrior probably just saw that she wasn't doing anything, and that's why she was asking her to join her. "S-sure, I can join you. I was just thinking about going out too." She mewed, standing up from her spot. Silvermask smirked lightly at her being flustered. “Of course I want to hunt with you mousebrain.” She teased. “Who wouldn’t.” She moved to take a step towards the camp entrance. “Let’s go!”

Tigerpaw shuffled his paws awkwardly at Flurrypaw’s excitment. He never knew how to act around him! “Uh ye yeah I want to train with you!” He got out, clealry nervous. “I want to make sure you can keep up.” He said, trying to tease his friend.

"Ah, well, I-I'm not sure." Specklefrost murmured, shuffling her paws shyly. She couldn't think of anyone who would willingly ask her to hunt with them. Specklefrost blinked when Silvermask started walking towards the camp entrance, "O-oh, okay!" She squeaked, hurrying after her.

I can do more than that!” Flurrypaw grinned, determination in his bright eyes. He nudged Tigerpaw’s shoulder without any shame, brushing past him as he bragged. “My mentor’s one of the best. And yeah, my dad’s cool, but Blizzardstorm is cooler. Get it? Because his name is Blizzardstorm, and blizzards are cold?” He snickered at his own joke. Featherfoot hid his humored and knowing smile with a paw and a clearing of his throat as he motioned for Tigerpaw and Flurrypaw to follow him. “Well, I should be cool enough to give you an apprentice who can challenge you then, Flurrypaw. Tigerpaw’s practically ready to become a Warrior, after all.” He reminded, proud of his apprentice.

Bramblefur smiled back, although he could tell that they were both strained. "That's true" He said, giving a slight nod to his head. "Sometimes it is hard to get up in the mornings, knowing that their not there. Or that it could have been you" He said. It was true, he know did thoroughly sniff his prey to make sure it wasn't poisoned, and he still felt uneasy eating it until he was done. "Do you know if they are going to call off the twolegplace patrols? They are obviously dangerous, and the prey we bring back makes us sick!" Shadowblossom glanced toward the entrance, "I hope they do soon, but there's a patrol out right now. Let's just hope they remember the smell of the poisoned prey enough not to bring it back a second time." "I know I have, or at least what the poisoned cats smelled like. It has to be close, right?" He said. But it had only been after his clan had been poisoned. Not much help in that. "I think most cats have, yes?" He said. It was the safest thing to do, after all.

"Correct!" Magpiewing raised her tail in approval. "In a battle, the Clan has to work together. The same is true when hunting or tracking. We have to trust and count on each other, and if someone needs help, it can affect their strategy." She cast her gaze back over to the RiverClan border, where Sunningrocks loomed in the distance. "Here's another question. Pretend that a ThunderClan cat went and marked the border over there to move Sunningrocks onto our territory without telling anyone. What do you think RiverClan would do?" "They would retaliate, wouldn't they?" Sootpaw asked, tilting his head as he thought about it. "And not just that ThunderClan cat, but also the whole Clan right? They would think it was all of us rather than just the one who started the problem." He added. Magpiewing nodded. "Right. So don't go getting any ideas and trying to do things on your own. It can cause more trouble for others, even if you don't mean it." She looked back at Sootpaw, gaze softening. "Of course, you haven't done anything like that. Let's take a break from the strategy talk and try to find something else to catch. Then we can call it a day, all right?" she offered.

Bluewhisker bared her teeth as the two apprentices rushed her, their smaller sizes and increased agility outspending her. She took their blows head-on, lashing her tail. “Good,” she grunted, pleased that Dawnpaw and Yewpaw were working together. Yewpaw gave a slight smile at Bluewhisker's praise, but she kept her eyes on the mock battle. She ran to the back of Bluewhisker, swiping at her side and her rump. Yewpaw gave a quick glance at Dawnpaw, who was attacking Bluewhisker's front. She skidded away to avoid a blow from Bluwwhisker, but quickly came racing back, lightly biting her mentors tail. Dawnpaw was warmed by Bluewhisker's compliment, inwardly hoping that he could impress the powerful Warrior with all he had learned. He opted to focus on the spar, wanting to support Yewpaw's attack as needed. After all, a tag team fight was always more successful than a single cat fight.

“There’s plenty of prey if we know how to share it.” Hickoryshade mewed cryptically, before she smiled at Chestnutfur. “Feel free to take it, if you like, I’ll go out again to hunt soon, I’ve been really enjoying it.” She looked at the younger she-cat, idly wondering if she’d be willing to keep the secret and listen to Fluffcloud’s proposal. Serpentkit scrambled closer to his father on wobbly legs, dragging himself into his fur. He stared at the beetle with a tiny growl, not happy to see it near Ashkit’s paws. "Oh, I've already eaten." Chestnutfur said with a small shake of her head, wondering what Hickoryshade meant by what she said about sharing. "But I'm sure the elder's would enjoy this squirrel, you don't mind if I take it to them, do you? And if you need an extra paw on your next hunt, I'm free for the time being." She added. Sunthroat gave a small smile and wrapped his tail protectively around Serpentkit, "No need to worry. This little beetle is more scared of you then you are of it. It won't hurt you." He reassured, watching as the beetle scurried away from Ashkit when he batted at it again. "I don't mind at all. If anything, I appreciate you bringing it to them. I would have done it, but if you're offering so eagerly." Hickoryshade humored with a flick of her tail. "Drop it off and come back here, and I'd be happy to go hunting with you." She offered, inwardly wanting to gauge Chestnutfur's ideals. If she could see a possibility for inviting her to help with Fluffcloud's prey sharing, then they might be able to feed more than just the elders. Serpentkit stared as the beetle was chased away, though he did not move from his spot pressed close to his father. Instead, Serpentkit gave a noise of displeasure at the beetle, before he seemed to become fixated on his father's dark fur.

Bluewhisker whirled around when Yewpaw grabbed her tail, then back to Dawnpaw to bat off his attack. She kept swinging this way and that, fully on the defensive. She knew in a real fight, claws unsheathed, she could likely beat both apprentices off - it was a fact she wasn't proud of, however.
"Enough," she finally puffed, shaking Dawnpaw and Yewpaw off. "Your teamwork was smooth. I was mostly defending. You both dodged the majority of my blows."
The stern warrior observed both panting cats for a moment before inclining her head towards them.
"Well done."

She said with a purr, picking the squirrel up and bounding over to the elder's den. She disappeared inside for a few quick moments, exchanging a few words with Emberfluff and the others briefly. Ashkit huffed as the beetle skittered away, trying to chase after it on wobbly paws and stumbling over the loose moss from the nest. Sunthroat purred lightly as he watched Ashkit chase the beetle, looking back down at Serpentkit. "See? It's gone now and I doubt it will be coming back anytime soon thanks to Ashkit." He reassured, bending his head and giving the kit a comforting lick on the head.

Serpentkit gave a non-committal noise, though he seemed to relax under his father's ministrations. The striped tom tried to stand up on wobbly legs, but found himself unable to just yet. He gave up, opting to squirm around and try and reach Sunthroat's tail.
Sprucetail flicked his long tail as he glanced at his sister. "I've got den weaving duties tonight. If you and Chestnutfur go out, please be careful. I don't like the idea of these creatures that Cedarstar was talking about at the gathering."
"I'll be just fine." Hickoryshade assured her gentle-natured brother, glancing once at the elder's den as she admitted. "It's best I make more friends that are younger than me, anyway. "I was" He said. He remembered how they had passed they prey around the camp and gave everycat a chance to smell it, and then pass it on again before they disposed of it. Bramblefur gave out a small shudder. "It still is" He said. Some cats still had lingering sickness from when they ate the poisoned prey. "I wonder how many Skyclan cats got sick" "From the patrol that came to warn us, quite a few but I'm not sure if they lost any clanmates or not. I hope Lavendersky and Spiderbite were able to treat them in time. I wonder if Spiritstar or Lightningstar will mention it in front of the other clans at the next gathering. It might be a bit suspicious if they do. The other clans will get nervous if they figure out we currently have an alliance." Shadowblossom replied with a flick of her ear.

Darktail gaped at her for a moment, his ears suddenly feeling like they were on fire with her teasing. "My aunt was there!" he hissed quietly. He squeaked as his little claw connected to the dark fur, allowing him to pull it down. Hickoryshade padded confidently through the territory, glancing back at Chestnutfur and observing her youthful optimism. Already, Hickoryshade could appreciate her energy. She flicked her tail and shrugged. "Not many of the Clan are as driven as I am to fill the prey pile. I guess you can call it an obsession, but these past events have made us struggle." She continued on, before she suddenly asked. "Chestnutfur, tell me. Would you ever share your prey with a hungry cat from another Clan?"

"I'll leave you to it, then. While you track the bird, I can go unbury your catch from earlier." She glanced back at the border to Sunningrocks one last time. Her eyes dimmed in thought for a brief moment before she shook her head, looking back at her apprentice. "Don't worry - I'll let you take it back to camp and get all the credit." She flicked her tail for Sootpaw to begin.
