oh hello. i suppose that you to are a bored person. well i have not roleplayed in a while and i am really rusty. I wish to be able to create and work with characters, so i'm hoping by creating a few plots i can maybe once again get into the swing of things. so let's just be sure to follow the rules, i am okay with same-gender roleplaying, however i do better with opposite gender. but i'm not opposed to doing same-gender and and have a hell of a good time. okay?
some plots i found on tumblr
like the president's kid muse a finally convinces their father/mother (who was just re-elected as president) to let them go off to college on their own. a promise of no secret service or anything. of course it's college, they're meeting new people like muse b. some who recognize the face, others who don't. they swear their psych 101 professor is a secret agent. blah blah blah cue just life
muse a and muse b are both famous musicians of opposite to-be-determined genre's. when muse a tweets a jab at muse b's favorite movie... muse b makes a jab at muse a's music. what was a fun feud online between two famous people who know and frequently see each other at the studio, it gets blown up by the fans. beginning with hopeful fans for a collaboration and for them to get together.
the wealthy, gorgeous socialite plot where muse a is a high class person with a divorced mother who is constantly setting them up on boring, wealthy dates who only talk about themselves. muse b is a middle-class, trying to get by with a simple job and has always been there for muse a since they met.
"just broke up with my exe" and while crying on a park bench in the rain, muse a finds themselves being shielded from the weather by the kind stranger muse b's umbrella.
muse a's prom date ditched them last minute. leaving muse a to go to a diner and get greasy diner food in their fancy prom clothing. muse b is either a home schooler who doesn't do prom, goes to a different school and has prom at a later date, or is simply a student who decided not to go and couldn't get off work. either way they are the only server on shift at the diner and decides to try and cheer up muse a
when muse a is the babysitter of muse b's little sibling because muse b works or just refuses to babysit. the kiddo loves muse a and well so does muse b maybe
soulmate au where the name is on the wrist. one has an ordinary and bland name like elizabeth. john. sarah. cody. and the other has a unique name. muse a is looking for their boring named soulmate and muse b is trying to avoid them.
some ideas i always wanted to work with
i always wanted to work with a already established sort of relationship. marriage. engagement. something really far along. i would not know how a plot would work around it. however, it's something as a writer i always wanted to see how i can make my character automatically love yours. [or hey i can do a fake marriage just for the married couple benefits because those are fun too. // or even a 'if we're not married by 28 then let's marry each other' sort of best friend deal and then one proposes on their 28th birthday]
bonus if the married or couple are broke and are living paycheck to paycheck, working and trying to make sure it will all be okay
more bonus points if they get named godparents and are given joint custody of the child. maybe not even in a relationship at this point
like forget the good girl meets bad boys. make it bad girl meets bad boy and make him succumb to his knees and plays hard to get and drives him absolutely crazy with her attitude and personality but he's never been so into someone
anything war-time and old-timey. like i love the cute aesthetic feel of flowers on first dates and going to movies, but i also like the feel of a young lad coming home after the war and finding his girl once again
i'll figure out more later
