I know that there was three ancient tribes that lives around the lake, all sharing the Moonpool and calling it “The Moon of Stars”. Later on two of the tribes left due to two-legs getting closer to the lake and one tribe was left. This tribe eventually journeyed to the mountains and founded the Tribe of Rushing Water. Was it ever said where exactly around the lake the Ancients made their camp? For some reason I see Furled Bracken’s tribe living somewhere on the moor, but please correct me if it was actually said in the books. I’d like to see an SE or even an Arc on the ancients.

It's been like two to three years since I've read Long Shadows, but I'm pretty sure Jaypaw points out that Fish Leap heads toward what will become ShadowClan territory during a time when the to-bes are all hunting. There's other stuff like that but I can't remember for sure.
I'd love an entire arc on those cats but it seems very unlikely. An SE on those cats is more likely, but I don't know if it's something the Erins would go for? I'd love a Half Moon SE for that reason. They need more attention. Criminally underrated group of characters.

Criminally underrated group of characters. Thank you! It makes sense that ShadowClan’s territory was still there at the time. I imagine the Horseplace and the mine-hollow of TC being the first places to be invaded by two-legs. Followed by the Greenleaf two-legplace and the trails in SHC and SkC territories once the mine closed.
