'Why do you keep making these posts?' I think random thoughts about warriors sometimes and wish to ask. What is the general opinions on Crowfeather? I feel like he is popular both to love and hate, I cant remember seeming many neutral takes. I am neutral leaning towards like.

I feel like he’s overrated. He was a horrible father ans while I usually find horrible father and while Nightcloud wasn’t a good mate the either, he still was a bad mate. I usually find characters like these interesting but I hate how people act. I probably would actually find him really interesting if it weren’t for this.

I like him (Nightcloud and Breezepelt too for that matter). Crowfeather is quite a complex character who is just very interesting for me to read about.

I'm pretty neutral since it feels natural on how he acted, definitely not the best way he could've reacted to anything, but the most realistic after everything he's been through.
Losing feathertail falling for leafpool and maybe getting a glimpse of happiness with her before it was taken away again His clan's doubts and his rash reaction to prove his loyalty by taking nightcloud as mate
course, that's just the biggest things i can think of, it's no doubt he ended up the way he did.

He should have treated Breezepelt better, no kidding.
Over all, I love him though. He's so messy and flawed and he brings so much drama to the table that I can't help but enjoy his character. Also, none of the conflict in his life felt forced, unlike a certain SquirrelBramble's.
I think Crowfeather's trial was a great book for all the development it gave Crowfeather. True, Breezepelt wound have been unrecognizable if it weren't for his love for his mother but Crowfeather's growth was amazing because he really did improve as a person(cat?) and I think it felt earned.
I also love how none of his wrongs are excused, like how Squirrelflight & Bramblestar's are.

I think he is well developed and a good character, but I can't say I personally pay him much mind. I usually forget he exists.

I like Crowfeather's character, I think he could've been a bit kinder to Breezepelt, but, from memory, he tries to make up for it in the book dedicated to Crowfeather. Crowfeather is a complex character with plenty of faults, but he tried to be better. He's also lost the only cats he ever loved(not counting Lionblaze and Jayfeather, who he's learning to like/love), so he's dealt with a lot of sorrow, he deals with it better than some other cats.

I have no opinion. He's a cold and distant father but not that bad to Breezepelt from what I remember. His son, however, is more annoying to me.
