she's not as "evil" as some people say she is, but at the same time, she's not a flawless perfect mother either. she's just ok. i will still defend her when it comes to the blossomfall situation though.

Somewhere in the middle? Just because she snapped at Blossomfall once doesn't mean she's the worst mother to ever exist.

She messed up a bit but she loved her kits so much. So no, I wouldn't consider her 'bad'.

Don't know much about her situation, but she could've definitely handled herself better when it came to Briarlight, but she's far from the worst imo, she's alright at best in my book

She's an ok mother. Of course she's going to be worried for her daughter that's injured. Her yelling at Blossomfall is bad but at the same time (don't remember the scene too clearly) Blossomfall wasn't doing warrior duties so it makes sense to yell at her. For Bumblestripe we don't really see too much of an interaction between them so I can't say anything about how she treated him.

Yes.
I understand the situation was very difficult on her and any mother would struggle with that kind of stress. Still doesn't justify her neglect of Blossomfall. As a victim of parental neglect, I will always say Millie is a bad mother.

Yes, my issue is more with how she treated Briarlight than Blossomfall though. I don't like using that word for a she-cat character but Millie usually behaved almost hysterical whenever her disabled daughter was in a scene with her after the accident. Briarlight was uncomfortable with her mother's attitude towards her on multiple occasions.

I like Millie as a character, but she is an okay mother at best. Not fond at all on how she treated Briarlight's injury.

Millie as a character is a vital part of warrior cats but I don't like the way she favours Briarlight over her other kits. Okay, Briarlight did get mortally wounded but that's no excuse to forget about Blossomfall and Bumblestripe. I prefer Silverstream to be Greystripe's mate as she sacrificed her loyalty to the warrior code for him and even tried to reach him when she was giving birth! I don't know about you guys but that sounds like loyal love!
Also, let's forget about the neglecting her other kits thing for a second here. If your child was hurt or ill and was in hospital, would you seriously go around constantly following the doctor and checking on how your child was or making suggestions or other stuff like what Millie was doing? Talk about being over-protective. Plus, once she even suggested letting Briarlight die to put her out of her misery! I mean Briarlight did seem a bit sad but still, that's a bit, what's the word, crazy?

Yeah. Not as awful as people make her out to be, but she's not a good mother.
