I really enjoyed her as Dovepaw during early OotS before all of the love triangle drama. While both of her romantic "choices" were/are not to my liking in the slightest (Tigerheart/star came off as rather manipulative at first and Bumblestripe was very pushy), I'm still glad that Dovewing is now happy in ShadowClan.
Will forever hate her mate though and continue to wish that her character arc had not been so romance driven since she deserved much better than that.

I liked that she chose her heart and moved to Shadowclan, also from what I’ve heard I like the idea that she “ran” away
