Heart Attack
plot
Winter Everett [Pearl ]
Adrian McGrath [𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 ]
Winter Everett is the most popular guy in school. He is a player, and is constantly making use of the love-struck boys/girls around him. He thought nothing would crash his reign as King of the school. That is, until Adrian McGrath comes along. Adrian is a transfer student, and a player as well. Soon, he is known as the new King, and so begins the battle of the 2 Kings. Who will triumph, and be the first to fall in love with the other? Will Winter finally realize that he loves Adrian, or will he continue to fight it? Will Adrian fall in love with Winter? (or vice versa).
Winter Everett [Pearl ]
Winter is a very slender young man and quite white. Under the uniform, you could never tell that Winter had any kind of muscle. He looks thin and weak in the blue blazer and tie. His clothes are ironed neatly, and his hair is parted perfectly and gelled back. His skin is pale, but not unhealthy. His cheekbones and jawline are defined, but not too much. Instead, they make him look regal. His eyes are almond shaped, and are a very clear blue. His nose is small, round and more button shaped. His lips are full and light pink in colour. Overall, Winter pretty much looks like a girl if he didn't have the angular facial features that made him look masculine. His hair is soft, straight and jet black, he has long eyelashes, and his eyebrows are neatly trimmed, and quite thin. His hair is not cropped, but not long either. It neatly falls to the nape of his neck. Winter stands at 6'. Without his school uniform, Winter has slim shoulders, but his muscles are lithe and long. He has long legs and a slightly shorter torso.
Winter is the definition of how royalty would act. When he is in school, he is prim and proper. All of his words are pronounced perfectly, and he acts like a gentleman. He walks with grace, and has his own tempo when he speaks. Winter is a real persuasive speaker. He can charm the pants off any girl if he really tried. Unfortunately, Winter has no untoward thoughts towards women. He is gay, after all. Winter has never told anyone of his orientation. His temper is quite mellow, but that doesn't stop him from having a rather abrasive tongue when he's displeased. In public he will never swear, but in private, he will swear in full force. His skin is rather delicate, so if he ends up injured, it hurts quite a bit. It's easy for Winter to tear up from pain. He has a very low pain threshold. All you can say about Winter, is that he's completely two-faced. In public, his mouth is full of sugar, but in private, he is far from being a gentleman. He likes to lounge about and play video games or watch movies (particularly anime). He's actually short-sighted, so when he's at home, he never pulls out those annoying contacts, and uses bottle cap-like glasses, round and thick. His favourite sports are swimming and basketball, and he's good at both. Winter is a hard worker, and he always makes sure to keep his grade at the top to keep up with his image of a prince. He's not a genius, but he is smart.
Winter comes from a rather rich family, but he absolutely hates it. Everyone expects him to act a certain way. He has to be a proper gentleman outside the house, and he has to be interested in women. It's not a discussion in the household. He has one older brother, and two younger sisters- twins. Being a middle child, Winter was left to his own devices most of the time. He barely had any attention, and he was expected to be just as good as his genius older brother. Everything his brother achieved, Winter had to do better if he wanted to be acknowledged, so he made sure to stay as number one in his grade, but didn't put in any effort to do better than his brother. He had long given up any ideas of grabbing his parents attention. He wishes to be a pharmacologist that develops a definite cure for cancer or a supreme hacker in the future so that he can laze all day and not care about money.

Adrian McGrath [𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 ]
Adrian isn't traditionally handsome, but striking nonetheless. His features are all large - big, round, hazel eyes, full lips and cheeks, a sharp but big nose, wide mouth and even large ears - but as they all are, they strike an appealing balance. When relaxed, he looks a little sad, thanks to low set eyebrows and the downturn of the outer corners of his eyes, but when smiling, as he most often is, his face opens up and he looks more boyish. He's tall, over 6' and with the long limbs of a still growing youth. He has a straight build, with his shoulders only slightly broader than his torso. He's more muscular than not, with especially strong legs. His hair, chestnut brown, is just long enough to be annoying, but cut regularly. He moves confidently but a little clumsily thanks to a recent growth spurt.
Adrian is very sociable and warm. He's charming and generally rather positive and as such has a knack for making friends wherever he goes. While few would describe him as kind, even fewer would fail to call him friendly, as there are very few people he won't at least attempt to befriend. He's an attention seeker and adores being the centre of attention, something he likes to accomplish by making people like him, making them want to look, rather than force them to. He's vain and spends much of his time ensuring he's well-groomed and presentable. He's sharp-tongued and temperamental, easily frustrated, irritated and, yes, angered. A good ally and a poor enemy, Adrian is dedicated to his goals and will stop at nothing to achieve them at any cost. It is this dedication, not extraordinary intelligence, that has let him stay at or at least very near the top of the class at every school he's attended. That's not to say that he's stupid, far from it, he's just not academically gifted. His social intelligence, however, is high, and he knows it. He's strategic, especially in this regard, but his temper has been known to get in the way of his carefully constructed plans.
Adrian moved from the coast to this town a little into his senior year for the sake of his two years younger brother, a skilled speed skater here to train. Adrian himself is a speed skater as well, but does it more as a hobby when compared to his brother, who hopes to make it a career. He plans to study chemical engineering at university.

Runaway Princess
plot
Aiden Springheart, prince [Pearl ]
Charles "Kit" Rodin, also known as Castor or Hound, pirate [𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 ]
Eve Morninggold, guard [𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 ]
Aiden Springheart is an adventurous prince. He is always leaving the palace grounds, looking for something fun to do in the village nearby. Eve Morninggold is his best friend and protector. Unknown to him, she is always following him when he goes on his little adventures. Aiden decides to finally run away. Charles 'Kit' Rodin is a pirate. He recognises Aiden immediately since he is also a noble, but a poor one. He kidnaps Aiden and takes him to his village, where he learns to do everything and learns how to support him. Eve tries to protect Aiden as best as she can, but she quickly loses him and Kit. When Kit finally asks for the ransom, will Aiden want to go, or will he want to stay?
Aiden Springheart, prince [Pearl ]
Aiden is a small young man. At age 17, he is only 4'11". The reason why he's so small is because he's sickly. The young prince has pasty skin. His eyes are round and look innocent, but they're also sunken into his face. He has bags under his eyes, and he looks malnourished from how small he is. His limbs are very skinny, so much so, that he's all skin and bones with very little muscle and fat on his body. No matter how much he eats, he never seems to gain any weight, and that's only when he's healthy enough to eat. He's usually throwing up his food. Aiden has a head of rich chocolate coloured hair that curls a little at the ends. He leaves it in a semi-long state, allowing it to grow to the base of his neck, but still remain short enough for him not to look like a girl. His cheeks are still a little chubby despite his skin and bone appearance. His eyes are a beautiful shade of green that compliment his hair. He has really thin eyebrows, a small, yet angular nose, and full lips that remain so pale, they're nearly white. They're constantly dry and chapped. He looks like a child, and all of his clothes are too baggy for him, even his royal attire. He tends to stick to wearing a nightgown (he's constantly sick in bed) since it's more comfortable than anything else he owns. He is a hermaphrodite (or intersex)
Aiden seems naive and innocent, but he truly knows a lot. He knows that the only reason he's still alive is because no one cares about him and because he's sick. If he ever got better, he'd be seen as a threat and would not live to see the next day. Aiden is extremely careful about how he lives, but deep down, he's a bundle of sunshine. He is a laid-back individual with a sweet and sunny personality. He has a lot of optimism for a child who's always on the verge of death, though he does view himself as a monster, much like how his mother and fully-blooded siblings address him. He is kind to a fault, and hates the sight of blood. Aiden is rather sheltered, despite his hidden plans since he's rarely left the castle. He's only able to talk to his best friend Eve, or read books to pass the time. He loves to read, and will spend hours reading up different topics, especially regarding medicinal herbs and poisons. He's only escaped the castle three times, and even though he's brought money with him, he's never been able to escape the confines of the city without being brought back to the palace. Aiden is able to hide his emotions and because of his kindness, every mean word towards him cuts him deeply. He never shows the pain, and never cries because he knows that no one will truly care for him except for Eve. Aiden has no idea what his orientation is. He's never fallen in love before. He knows he loves his youngest sister, and he knows he loves Eve as a best friend, but he doesn't understand love any more than that.
Aiden has a large family. His father, the King, has one wife and 5 concubines, including Aiden's mother. Aiden has 3 older brothers, 3 older sisters, 3 younger brothers and 5 younger sisters. His fully-blooded siblings include one older brother, one older sister, one younger brother and one younger sister. He loves his younger sister the most because she's the only one that doesn't call him a monster. His mother and his Imperial Doctor grandfather are the only ones who knows he's intersex. Since he's male, but can have children, his mother views him as a monster, and has called him that ever since he could remember. His older brother, older sister and younger brother all follow in their mother's footsteps, even though they don't know why she says it. Because he was a boy and had a claim to the throne, Aiden was first poisoned when he was 5 years old. By that time, he knew he couldn't rely on his mother or older siblings to protect him, so when he was beginning to recover, the very first book he learned to read was one full of poisonous herbs. He used it as a reference to poison himself again so that he didn't recover. He continued to poison himself over the years so that he could remain under the radar. He's gained an extensive amount of knowledge with his near perfect memory because all he could do as a terminally ill indvidual is to read. The upside to the constant poisoning is that eventually, even the Imperial Doctors stopped coming to check up on him so they don't know that his body is resistant to a lot of poisons. He's had to find stronger poisons over the years to keep up his sickly appearance due to the fact that poisons slowly stopped working on him. His goal in life is to escape from the palace and live a free life under the sun in the countryside where no one knows who he is.

Charles "Kit" Rodin, also known as Castor or Hound, pirate [𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 ]
Kit is a man on the shorter side, a mere 5'6". That, however, does not make him a small man. Thanks to his muscular, broad build and commanding presence, he often appears larger than he is. He's built for endurance and strength, something that's been amplified by his life choices. He has a head of bright ginger hair, coarse and curly, and a face full of freckles, made darker by the constant sun exposure. His nose is crooked, bent from a break when he was a teen, but is still sharp. His eyes, too, are sharp and angular. They're dark, so dark they appear black when not under direct light, when it becomes clear they're actually a deep chocolate. He wears clothing intended for movement, loose shirts and fitted trousers, and comfortable, worn leather boots. His hands are calloused and strong. He walks with a pronounced limp favoring his right leg, the result of an injury in the war. He uses a heavy cane more often than he'd like but far from as often as he should.
Kit is a leader. That much has always been clear. He speaks with authority and without doubt, and indeed, in very secure in his decisions and opinions. He's a very steady man, not the kind to get overly emotional. He's dependable and loyal to those loyal to him, which has served him well in his life. Kit is not one to value honesty, nor the law, but he does value authority, both his and that of others. He's clever, and educated thanks to his upbringing, speaking several languages and being adept at both geography and mathematics. He's observant and watchful, good at reading others and his surroundings. Kit has a need to be respected and valued, and hates nothing more than being dismissed, disrespected, or, worst of all, ignored. He'd rather be hated than thought of as ordinary, and considers his legacy to be of utmost importance.
Born Charles Rodin, Kit was raised in a military family. They were low ranking nobility, but got most of their fame both within the courts and without for their military capabilities. He was promoted to general at an early age, and fought in the recent war between [his home nation] and [Aiden and Eve's home nation]. In the war, he suffered severe injuries to his left leg, and though he was fortunate enough to keep it, the scar tissue makes it both painful and difficult to use. As a result, he was dismissed from his post, and took up piracy to continue to make himself valuable to the royal of his home country, and to prove to himself that he is still capable of doing the things he wants to do. He is now a part of the war as a pirate, looting shipments intended for [Aiden's home nation] and all around making trouble on the sea. When he left his post, he also left behind his name, and rarely goes either by Charles or Kit. His crew call him Carlos, and as the captain of his ship the Hallow Wind, he's more commonly known as Hound.

Eve Morninggold, guard [𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 ]
Eve moves fluidly and with a vague, simple grace, much like a dancer in build and presence, with obvious but gentle curves. She has pale blonde hair, fine, thin, soft, and lacking any curl or wave pattern. It has been cropped to shoulder length and is most often pinned up neatly. Her narrow but big eyes are grey-green and expressive, truly the window to her soul. They're framed by thick but short lashes the same blonde hue as her hair and are rather rounded. Her nose is slightly upturned and her lips small, giving her a somewhat prim appearance. Her skin is of the same colouring as the rest of her, pale with pinkish undertones, and though it never really tans she does freckle when she goes out into the sun for longer periods of time. She's stronger and more muscular than she appears in her heavy skirts and dresses, but still more lithe than anything.
Eve is emotional and sympathetic, a kind spirit at heart. She's driven by her loyalty, especially to those she keeps close, and is very unlikely to let the trust and relationships she builds as a result fail. She's warm and protective, caring deeply or not at all. Her emotional tendencies often give way to the negative, too, and she's prone to wild mood swings and pessimistic outlooks. She has lever learned to mask her emotions, nor found much need to, and so she is an open book even to those who barely know her. She's worked on keeping a level head, and tries and often succeeds in acting rationally, but emotional outbursts are not a surprise when coming from her. Exceptionally intelligent, Eve has a bright and creative mind. She's always been a quick and eager study, and could spend days cooped up in the palace library. She doesn't discriminate when it comes to what she learns, and would find equal pleasure in learning to cook from the kitchen staff, to embroider from the ladies at court, or to spar from a member of the guard. Her curiosity is seemingly endless and always sincere.
Eve has grown up at the palace, the daughter of one of the King's advisors and his wife, an ambassador to the neighboring kingdom. Her father grew up with the King in the same way that she grew up with the King's children, and she views the royals as family, though she is careful of saying so where someone other than the royal siblings might hear. She's been groomed from a young age to be a friend, play-mate and study companion to Aiden, but more importantly an invisible protector. With his illness, she's spent more time playing the role of friend than protector, but keeps up with her combat training as much as she can nonetheless. She's meant to supplement his guards, not replace them, so knows better how to fight hand to hand or with short blades than with swords, other heavy blades, or larger weapons. She is aware she is weaker in this regard than she should be, but has never had to step in to protect him before so is unsure just how weak she is.
