I am in an engineering class in my highschool, and this year we have to come up with our own invention and basically in the end make it. I have thought so hard with my group, even Googled some inventions that don't exist yet, but basically all of them actually do exist, or is to hard to make.. so now I'm here wondering what you guys have always wanted to exist but just never said anything about it! Here's your chance to have your invention possibly made!!!!

i want a walkie talkie that can give people a small shock from a distance away. so like if you're camping or whatever and someone's back at base and they fell asleep and won't answer, the shock can wake them up in dire situations. something like that. yes/no?

What is the skill level behind this? Like can the products be really simple-to-make or do you have to involve certain techniques and do they actually have to look professional? What sort of criteria has the teacher laid out for you?
edit: also is this strictly physical/engineer-like things or can you bring other skills into this? ie. designing an app

What sort of criteria has the teacher laid out for you? edit: also is this strictly physical/engineer-like things or can you bring other skills into this? ie. designing an app It can be simple but it has to have a problem to fix, like I have a kid so I was searching things people want for their kids, one for example this person was trying to explain a fancy way of tying a string on a baby pacifier to tie around the babies head to keep it in its mouth ;-; sure I could make that, but will i? Probably not because well it's so simple. My group member wanted to make a biodegradable form of Styrofoam, but are teacher popped our bubble saying it would be to hard and difficult ;-; so I really don't know what we are capable of making.. (And I have no idea how to make an app)
