I'm off to a great start. I...
-Dropped my laptop, causing it to break (it was a few years old so that's not too bad) -Bought a new laptop, spending half of my money -Found out the next day that I could have borrowed a spare from the library and gotten my old laptop repaired -Tried to use my student ID to do laundry -Put quarters in the card slot on the washer because I thought you could use change... you cannot -Realized that I forgot to grab the Really Important thing that would have included a laundry card -Took way longer to do my homework than I should have because I couldn't decide if it was better to do it by hand or type it, so I kept changing my mind and rewriting it
Yay.

[ Oh college~ a joyous thing, isn't it?
My student ID serves as a money card that we use for basically everything including laundry xD But idk why they have quarter slots if you aren't supposed to use them? ]

There were no quarter slots. I put them in the card slot. I don't always use my brain.

Uh, oh. The dreaded freshmen fifteen... Hopefully I'll manage to avoid some of that since I'll be living at home.

My freshmen year.... Let's see; I took multiple math classes. The higher levels I got the more I realized that I was one of only two freshmen in those classes. (Since most people tend to save math for last; according to counselors for non-math majors. I'm not a math major ))
I choose to commute to school. ^ My first year my dad wasn't a big fan of letting me drive alone though; so he fixed his work schedule to my school schedule. Then I found out last year that he just wanted me for carpool!
Nonetheless; My dad and I had a lot of time to converse on the drive home. Him mainly asking me about how my day was and classes. He especially wanted to hear about all the embarrassments I've put myself through. Geez dad... --> I walked into the wrong classroom for Science --> Got smacked in the face by the doors in the science building because opening one automatically opens them both --> Almost slipped down the stairs because the guy behind me was really excited to see his girlfriend or something... --> Locked myself not once but four times in the same day; out of the lockers in the student rec center
Since I was on campus from 9am - 6pm I just didn't bother with walking off campus to get food. It was my one semester where I was with Ramen once a day; just long enough to get home and make myself something. <3
Though now that I'm taking myself to school; and have been for several semesters. I been bored out of my mind in traffic. I'm like blasting music, and tuning into Discord to talk to friends since texting would be bad. Hehe
Nonetheless this semester was pretty brutal. There was an accident that forced me to miss my first class of Biology. Almost missed english too. I left around 7am didn't get to school till 10:30am. I emailed the professors ahead of time to explain the traffic. Boy was I not the only one; half or more then half of the commuters were on the same boat.

All those things are pretty normal for new college students
