HI HI HI!
Nice!! I actually love avoiding Seattle if I can. There's way too much traffic and no parking and I'm much more of a small town/small city girl. I mean, Pikes is awesome, but otherwise, I like not being on the Westside.
My personal favorites have got to be the coast, Long Beach, and the mountains, Snoqualmie Pass. Oh and the state parks are so so great! And one cannot forget about Leavenworth, especially in the winter time <3

HI HI HI!
And one cannot forget about Leavenworth, especially in the winter time <3 which is why we either take the bus or walk everywhere in the city but I agree as a person who grew up in quiet suburbs of around Lynnwood area Seattle is a little much but hey it has Easy Street Records so that's nice AND I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT SNOQUALMIE I LOVE THAT PLACE IT IS ONE OF MY FAVS SMH FAKE WASHINGTONIAN Leavenworth in the winter and around the holidays is amazing I went in November and I still felt the Christmassy feel agg And it is quite weird lol COME MY PEOPLE Yes, but taking the bus with seven+ people proves to be difficult. I used to go to downtown with my friend when we both went to school nearby and it was easy to grab a bus. But yeah, usually I just hang out on the eastside (of the sound, not the state) and get my fix over here. I grew up like 20 minutes south of Lynnwood. <3 Another really great area.
Unbelievable that you'd forget such an amazing place! We go every weekend in the winter to ski and board. This winter I think my friends and I are going to go inner tubing and stay the night at the townhouse my family has up there.
Leavenworth in the winter is hands down the greatest. Makes you feel all warm inside!
Come, fellow Washingtonians
