So I want to do a military-style RP, but in a bit of a different way than usual. The RP is going to start off at a military's special training camp, wherein delinquent minors come to have their lives reshaped and healed. Basically, the general premise is that twelve boys and twelve girls, all delinquents of varying degrees, will be forced to join the military by judges as punishment for their behavior. It's either that, or end up in jail with a criminal record that will destroy their chances in life. Now, obviously at this stage there will be no gore or tons of fighting and stuff. However, the camp will operate like a serious military training camp. These kids will spend 12 weeks at the camp before becoming Privates and moving on into AIT, or Advanced Individual Training, at other military locations. During their 12 weeks at Basic Training, the twelve boys and twelve girls will each be placed under a Commanding Officer to direct them. They will receive instruction from drill instructors, or DIs, during the day. The 12-week program aims to correct each teen's problems. These problems can range from common things like cigarettes and alcohol (no drugs because PG-13) to extreme things like robbery and vandalism. You'll be able to carry your character all the way from Basic Training to AIT to their actual military career.
Opinions? Questions?
