Inspired by silentbreeze Warriors Fighting Matches threads. Similar to the Saw movies. This tests a cat's brains instead of brawn. If a team of cats had to band together in order to solve puzzles and get out of a certain place before they died, while competing against another team to get out first, which one would win? Imagine a creepy forest filled with traps, and if they don't make it out first, they're immediately killed. The finish line would be like the forest boundary and then they would emerge back into familiar Clan territory. Traps can consist of swinging blades, puzzles that need keys to be found or can only be solved in a certain way, etc. Think of traps that require brains. I might go into detail in future posts. Team 1: Jayfeather, Firestar, Tigerstar (TPB) Team 2: Hollyleaf, Skystar, Crowfeather

When I first read Jayfeather's name, I thought I was going to argue about how Jayfeather is on many occasions dumb as hell, and might not be that smart.
But then I looked at the rest of his team and the other team. Firestar and Tigerstar are both very smart. Hollyleaf did show some problem solving skill if I remember correctly but putting Crowfeather and Skystar on a team together causes more problems than it solves.
Team 1 would win and I think quite easilly.

if tiger can cooperate, i think it goes to team one. crowfeather and skystar were never very intelligent, and even felt dim-witted at times (skystar especially, who also HATES being told what to do), but tigerstar was a schemer and firestar could be clever when it was needed, and jayfeather was always a more brain than brawn character.

I appreciate the responses so far. It's good that one thing to factor in is that it doesn't just rely on an individual cat's brains, but the team chemistry as well, which is why I put Tigerstar with Firestar for instance.

Team 1 ftw. Firestar and Jayfeather are both very intelligent, and Tigerstar is really good at strategizing, just falls short executing.
As for Team 2, Hollyleaf is pretty smart too, she would probably clutch for her team XD

Team 1 has the smartest people, but probably the biggest compatibility issues. Tigerstar and Firestar are going to have a hard time working together. It depends on whether Tigerstar is from his DF era or prior. Going to the DF got him obsessed with Firestar to an unhealthy level, he's going to self sabotage the team for spite's sake. Earlier on though, and he can probably swallow his pride.
Team 2 is just a mess. Skystar's a bit of an idiot, Hollyleaf solves all of her difficult problems with brute force, and Crowfeather has horrible communication skills. They have less brains than team 1 and only marginally less compatibility issues, so they aren't to be favored except on the occasion that Tigerstar's hatred destroys his team.

Team 1. Like vectoring said, if Tigerstar was still alive he could probably force himself to work with Firestar in the name of self-preservation. Plus, he’s pretty intelligent himself along with Jay and Fire.
Team 2, on the other hand, isn’t remarkably intelligent. Problems between Clear Sky and Crowfeather have already been mentioned, but what about Hollyleaf and Crowfeather? It just doesn’t seem like they would get anywhere.

I'll just post the traps. One minute. no hazard traps like ant swarm etc then? I don't think so, since it's not really one that requires brains. It relies more on the team's brawn.

I think Team 1 would win by far. Clear Sky is mostly my way or the highway, Crowfeather's angsty, and Hollyleaf would totally be carrying as @happy413 said. XD Tigerstar was smart in many situations, and Firestar is too. Jayfeather is realistic and logical, and that would come in handy.

Clear Sky being a bigger drama queen than a cat who tried to suicide after finding out her heritage seems reasonable to me. Made me completely forget that Crowfeather was her father ngl.
