Lilacshade ♥♥✬♥♥
The little lilac tipped molly, sat in the shadows of camp, listening to the sounds of her clanmates, falling asleep. Her heart pounded so hard against her chest, she swore someone would hear it. Her blue eyes, traveled to the sky, as she prayed to Starclan. "Please let me get out of hear safely.." The warrior was waiting for the last of her clanmates, to fall to sleep, before she would slip from the camp, and never return. Her heart hurt a little, at the thought of abandoning her clanmates, her family. Especially without even giving them a simple, Goodbye. Her tail, wrapped around her slightly swollen stomach, as she thought, and determination filled her soul. "This is the right thing to do. For the lives of our kits. For my love with Blazethorn. Its the only way." The molly knew far too well, that if someone found out, that she had taken a mate from Nightclan, and was bearing his kits, she'd be killed. The day her stomach had started to swell, Lilacshade had fearfully begged her mate, to get her away. She couldn't bare the thought of losing him, or her kits. Her mother, Froststar, would be so very disappointed in her. She had always expected so much of her. And Lilacshade, had meant no harm, when it had come to meeting Blazethorn, then Blazepaw. She had found the young, handsome tom, interesting. She had learned of his Half-clan roots, and it made her want to discover the toms struggles, all the more. The two young cats, had made a promise, to meet each other, almost every night, after that day. Quickly, growing together, the two had fallen quite in love with each other. They found no harm, in their love, until the moment that Lilacshade had realized she was bearing the Nightclan toms kits. At that point, the two had realized, that life was about to become more complicated, more dangerous.
With a soft sigh, the warrior stood, keeping to the shadows of the camp. She paused, as she spotted Poppycloud, the medicine cat, sitting alone, staring at the sky. Before the molly, could turn to find her, Lilacshade hurried out of camp, racing through her clans territory. She headed straight for the border, where she was suppose to be meeting Blazethorn. Ears flat against her head, as she slowed, breathing heavily, she slipped through shadows. Coming to a standstill, as she neared the border between Nightclan and Dayclan. Slinking down, to hide amongst a bush, the little molly sat, her blue eyes flashing, as she waited. Fear rolled off her, in waves, as she waited, afraid of being found. What if someone had followed her.? What if they were waiting.? What if they hurt Blazethorn.? What if someone tried to stop them.?

Blazethorn in NightClan camp, at border - with Lilacshade »»---------------------------«« The darkness had fallen quickly upon their camp, as it was mostly hidden in shadows most of the time anyway. Blazethorn narrowed his eyes, the green flashing as he waited restlessly near the entrance of the camp. His day had been full of worry for his mate which mixed interestingly with his strong desire to protect. The usual whispers and jabs of his clan mates hadn't helped his mood any. They grated his ears and pushed his heart further behind the stone wall he'd built to keep himself safe. Only one had managed to sneak past his guard and that was Lilacshade - which had taken quite a while, most of their childhood. A deep breath filled his lungs as he silently slipped forward, considering himself lucky to have been born in NightClan, a group that specialized in stealth. Still, he'd rather not push his luck. Not a cat stirred, except for the guard that sat tall in the moonlight, blocking his path. Blazethorn forced himself to relax and padded up to the other feline, a young warrior named Cloudheart. The molly turned her head abruptly, her fur standing on end, as though startled by his presence.
"Hey, Cloudheart. I'm going to head out and do some hunting, clear my head, you know?" the tom pretended to yawn, as though he couldn't quiet his mind enough to sleep. StarClan, he prayed that he was convincing. His heart thudded wildly in his chest, though he kept his smile friendly. The white she-cat seemed unsure and hesitated before nodding, clearly not wanting to question an older warrior.
"O-Okay, Blazethorn... but, be back soon, yeah?" she asked, her voice wavering with nerves. Blazethorn could have heaved a sigh of relief but instead nodded and waved his tail in farewell before slipped out the entrance and into the thick forest beyond. He needed to get out, run as fast as he could. Lilacshade needed him, they weren't safe here any longer. Their unborn kits weren't safe. Rushing through the shadows, something that had always felt natural to him, despite his half-loner blood. He charged towards the border, not bothering to stop to admire any sights - though it would be the last time he saw them. He was a tom on a mission.
Finally reaching the border, a small cluster of bushes just visible. This is where they usually met and had since they'd been apprentices. Lilacpaw had been such a pretty little thing, he'd been shocked she'd given him the time of day. For a leader's daughter, the molly was down to earth and actually seemed to accept him. Blazethorn smiled a bit at the memories as he pushed himself through the bushes. "Lilacshade?" he called quietly, worried that she hadn't been able to make it.

Lilacshade ♥♥✬♥♥
Starting to grow restless, with worry, the molly started to pace, heart pounding in her ears. She shook her head, desperately trying to get the anxious beats, from her head. Suddenly, the white and lilac pointed warrior, heard the fast approach of footsteps. Flattening her ears, flat against her head, and pushing herself to the ground, trying to hide herself, she held her breath, until the footsteps stopped. Suddenly, an all to familiar scent filled the air, and a strong comforting voice, filled her ears. "Lilacshade.?" The little molly pushed her way from the bushes, rushing to the handsome tom, a deep purr, rumbling so hard in her chest, she shook. Lilacshade wrapped her body around the Nightclan warrior, unable to speak, her eyes filled with love and fear. She couldn't express how happy she was, as well as scared. What if the two of them alone, couldn't protect each other, and the kits she was carrying. She tried to brush her fears aside, nuzzling Blazethorn, almost aggressively. "I was so worried for you, Blazethorn. So terrified of one of us getting caught. I can't wait to get out of here. To know we are safe.." She trailed off, not adding the part that they were only safe from their clans. Not everything else that the world had in store for them. ☽✧❆✧☾
The orange tipped tom, lay in the shadows of the warriors den, green eyes, glinting in the moonlight. He had stirred, when his best friend, Blazethorn, had left the den. The tom had paced in the shadows of the clearing for awhile, barely noticeable. Foxsmoke was sure, he was the only one to actually notice his friend. Not many of the clan cared to pay attention to the half-clan cat. To Foxsmoke though, the two had grown together. Been apprentices together. Trained together. Did everything together. Become warriors together. Foxsmoke was probably the only cat in Nightclan, that Blazethorn actually trusted. Suddenly, Foxsmoke jumped up, and slipped from the warriors den, as Blazethorn left the camp. Dipping his head to the guard. Cloudheart. He flicked his tail in an indication that he was going with Blazethorn, so his wasn't alone, before following the tom. Foxsmoke couldn't help but shake his head at his friend, knowing very well that he was going to meet Lilacshade, the Dayclan leaders daughter, again.
Foxsmoke remembered his suspicions about Blazethorn going off and meeting someone. Surprised to find out that it was the very daughter of their rival clans leader. He swore his friend had a death wish, getting tangled up with her. But as the tom had shared his secret with Foxsmoke, trusting him with everything, he'd done nothing but support him and express his worries. As much as Foxsmoke disagreed, he loved Blazethorn as a brother, and wanted nothing but his happiness and safety. As he neared the border, his green eyes widened in shock, as he watched the two lovers meet and greet each other. He couldn't believe his ears, as he heard Lilacshade mention something about the two leaving the clans. His golden tipped fur, bristling, and his eyes narrowing to slits, the Nightclan warrior aggressively padded forward, wanting the two to hear his approach. Pressing his ears flat against his head, a growl rumbled in his chest. He was leaving!? Blazethorn was leaving, and wasn't even going to warn him..To tell him goodbye.? Why..How could he.?

Blazethorn in NightClan camp, at border - with Lilacshade & Foxsmoke »»---------------------------«« There were no words that would properly express how relieved Blazethorn was the moment he spotted her familiar pale pelt in the moonlight. Her purrs ignited his own and he pressed himself tightly against her, taking in deep lung-fulls of her precious scent. She was here, she was safe with him in their hiding spot. That's all that mattered now, all the big questions and fears he had could wait. Together, they could do anything. Of that, the tom was sure. "I know, luv. I know. We'll be safe soon, I promise," he comforted Lilacshade, his green eyes gentle.
His ears perked suddenly at the sound of approaching paw-steps. A ferocious growl escaped the tom as he stood protectively in front of his mate, claws out, ready to do battle with whoever had followed him. His narrowed green eyes landed on Foxsmoke and instantly his hostility faded. Even the anger in his friend's face didn't keep his hackles raised. There was no way he could ever hurt the long-furred tom, he was more than his best friend, he was his brother. "Foxsmoke, what are you doing here?" he asked, guilt clenching in his gut.
Blazethorn hadn't wanted to tell Foxsmoke about his leaving, knowing that the golden red tom would have fought him every step of the way. The bengal tom didn't have an option though. He wouldn't remain here and let his mate or kits be harmed because they belonged to two separate clans. NightClan didn't even want him, they never had. He'd thought that a silent disappearance would have been easier to deal with.
Hazelwish in DayClan camp, at border - with everyone »»---------------------------«« Hazelwish had been unable to sleep, the familiar warmth of her best friend had long faded and it was weighing more heavily on her mind today. She was used to Lilacshade disappearing early in the night, only to reappear late and sneak back into her nest. Off meeting that NightClan tom who wasn't even fully clan-born. Sometimes she wished her best friend had better sense, nothing good would come of this romance after all. Only pain, which she didn't particularly wish on either cat - but especially not on Lilacshade.
Finally giving up on sleep, the molly sat up and dragged herself out of the warrior's den, just in time to see the blue tipped tail disappear out the entrance. Tilting her head, Hazelwish decided to follow after her friend. It would settle her mind about the other she-cat being safe, at least she wouldn't be alone on the trek home. It could be dangerous for a cat out there at night. Sighing, the brown and white feline followed after the scent of Lilacshade. When she reached the border, she paused, catching the very end of the conversation. Kits and danger... leaving? Shock flooded Hazelwish as she stood there, ocean blue eyes blown wide.
Slipping into the bushes after Lilacshade, she noticed that another NightClan warrior had just shown up. Hurt stabbed at her chest, panic, and fear mingling with it. How could her friend be pregnant and she was leaving? Without saying a single word to her, really? She said nothing, just standing there, trembling. Hazelwish was so confused about what was happening right now.

Lilacshade ♥♥✬♥♥
Flattening herself to the ground, as footsteps aggressively approached them, Lilacshade hid behind her mate, as he stood protectively over her. She flattened her ears against her head, breathing hard, as a growl sounded, only to be retaliated, by a deep growl from Blazethorn. Confusion filled the lilac tipped molly, as her mate relaxed, and she peaked around him, eyes widening with shock, at the sight of Foxsmoke. It was Blazethorn's best friend, A warrior of Nightclan. She knew that the tom was almost a brother to her beloved mate, but right now, he looked as if he could tear Blazethorn's throat out, as well as her own.
Taking a step away from the two toms, she opened her mouth to speak, only to whip around, as a very familiar and strong scent, hit her glands. Her blue eyes flashed, to the bush that it was coming from. She left her mates side, and shoved her way into the bush, coming nose to nose with her best friend, Hazelwish. Flattening her ears, both anger and grief in her eyes, she growled lowly at the brown and white molly. "Hazelwish! What are you doing here..? You could have been caught following me! You..You could have gotten me caught."
Her growl ended, and the anger faded from her eyes, only to fill with fear and shame. She ducked her head, her ears so flat against her head, it looked like she had none. She let out a deep sigh, wrapping her tail over her belly. Before pleading with her best friend. "Oh..Hazelwish. I didn't know what else to do..I'm starting to show. And if I don't leave..You know they'll kill me.." She didn't so much care about herself. She deserved it. She had betrayed her clan. Her mother. They'd never forgive her for that. But she had kits to think about. She had her mate, to think about. "I have to think of my kits. I want them to grow in a world..Where they aren't bound by rules..and..And aren't judged for where they came from. Oh..Hazelwish!" A sob escaped the molly, as she looked back up at Hazelwish, eyes wide. "Please don't tell the clan..Let them believe something happened to me."
☽✧❆✧☾
Foxsmoke glared at his bengal friend, green eyes, meeting green eyes. He lashed his tail, back and forth, ears swiveling. He waited until Lilacshade had moved away from Blazethorn, before circling his friend, his tail brushed out, to twice its normal size. He could hardly believe what was happening, at this very moment. Surely there was some other way. Finally, he spoke through gritted teeth. "You were going to leave..Without even saying goodbye to me!? I'm your best friend, Blazethorn..I'm your..Your Brother." The tom had, had a suspicious that night, that something more was happening, then just a meeting between the two lovers. But he had not guessed, that the two would be running off.
Trying to flatten his fur, his green eyes starting to fill with a cloudy sadness, Foxshade turned his head away from, Blazethorn. "Please don't leave, Blazethorn. You're my best friend. We can figure this out. You don't have to leave." The tom almost sounded desperate. But how was he suppose to say goodbye to his brother, the one he did everything with, had grown with. And over what.? Because he fell in love with some Oakclan warrior. Eyes flashing with a new urge of anger, his head snapped up, and whipped towards the bush, where Lilacshade had disappeared to. He couldn't help but wish he had been less supportive of their relationship. Maybe this wouldn't be happening right now.
Knowing he wasn't going to be able to convince him to stay, before the bengal tom could respond to him, a new idea formed in Foxsmoke's head. Determination filled him, more than anything else at this point. He stood tall, not wanting to back down, in case Blazethorn and Lilacshade tried to tell him no. Lashing his tail, aggressively, from side to side, he spoke. "I know you won't stay. I know, I wont be able to change your mind. So..I'm coming with you. And you can't stop me. You'll need another set of paws, in case you run into danger."

Blazethorn at border - with Foxsmoke »»---------------------------«« The bengal tom stood tall as his best friend circled him, nearly spitting with rage. He didn't flinch as he watched Foxsmoke's fluffy tail lash back and forth, his green gaze remaining locked steadily ahead of him. The words hurt but the tom didn't let it show. He'd hurt the ginger tom before him, it was his own fault. He deserved this. "Yes, I did. I was trying to do what was safest for my family - you included. What do you think Nettlestar would have done the moment I went missing? Interrogated you. You are my only friend, Foxsmoke, my brother. They would have tortured you until you told them what you knew. Not even your mother would have been able to stop that. So I was going to leave silently," Blazethorn replied, his tone sincere and hard, unwavering. He would not apologize for trying to protect the ones he loved... but he would apologize for hurting him. "I'm sorry I hurt you, Foxsmoke," he said more quietly, his gaze shifting to bore into his brother.
The sadness he saw there nearly broke his composure, he didn't want to leave Foxsmoke behind anymore than his friend wanted him to go. His chest ached at the thought of losing one of the only cats he'd ever been able to rely on. "I can't. My mate and kits need me," he replied, his voice still strong but it did shake with the strength of his repressed emotions. When Foxsmoke glowered in Lilacshade's direction, Blazethorn stepped between the two, letting out a small growl. He would never hurt his best friend but he refused to allow him to cause his pregnant mate any harm either. This was such a tricky situation. Part of the bengal tom wished the two of them were back tucked outside the apprentice's den, Blazethorn had never been allowed inside, staring up at the stars and wondering who they were going to be one day. Life was so... awful yet simple back then. Made brighter by Foxsmoke, who slept beside him in the cold even though he didn't have to.
Foxsmoke's next words came as a huge shock to Blazethorn. The tom blinked a few times, wondering if he had heard right. Then he shook his head firmly. "No. You have a life here, Foxsmoke. Your mother would be devastated. She always hated that you hung out with me... Maybe Juniperfur is right, I'm a bad influence on you," the warrior pleaded. NightClan hated his guts, they tolerated him because he was a decent warrior but nothing more. He wasn't accepted there - aside from his best friend. His mate and unborn kits needed to be safe and he was going to take them far away from the danger of the clans. Foxsmoke could live a normal life with him gone, Blazethorn didn't understand.
Hazelwish at border - with Lilacshade »»---------------------------«« The molly stumbled back a step or two at the unexpected anger that suddenly came from her best friend. They'd had a few spats over the years but nothing that had caught Hazelwish this off-guard. Her sea colored eyes widened as the apparently pregnant Lilacshade ranted at her, telling her that she could have put them all in danger. Her brown and white fur fluffed up in defense and she narrowed her eyes the tiniest bit, to hide the deep hurt and betrayal she felt. "I wouldn't risk you like that, Lilacshade. I knew you were going to meet him, I covered my tracks," she spat, flattening dark rimmed ears close to her skull. She'd covered for the pale blue molly for years, always making up excuses and lying for her, and she dared to accuse her of getting her and her precious lover caught?
Hazelwish watched, hurt and anger building in her chest as her friend's growl faded to be replaced by desperate pleading. The pregnancy was still a shock to the young warrior. How could her friend have been so mouse-brained as to bring kits into this? Froststar would have to order Lilacshade the worst possible punishment for betrayal, her friend truly was out of options. Though the brown and white molly may have been upset with her at the moment, she still felt the powerful spike of fear through her heart at the notion of her best friend being in danger. As much as she hated to admit it, Lilacshade was right, she couldn't stay here. Not without risking the lives of herself and her kits. Determination pushed down the betrayal, she'd deal with the true hurt she felt later. Now she had to focus on getting Lilacshade to safety, with Blazethorn it appeared.
"I won't tell the clan anything, because I'm coming with you. You two aren't enough to take care of the kits by yourself and as my sister is the medicine cat and I've helped her multiple times, I'm the only one of you with any herb knowledge, which you'll certainly need. I might be upset with you right now, Lilacshade.... but I don't want to see anything bad happen to you," the molly said, steel in her tone, only softening at the end. Her blue eyes peered intently into the eyes of her best friend, she was going to do this. They wouldn't be able to talk her out of it. Plus... she'd miss the mouse-brained she-cat too much if she left her behind...

Lilacshade ♥♥✬♥♥
Flinching as her white and brown friend spat a response back at her and fur fluffing up, Lilacshade couldn't help but feel that she had been too harsh towards the molly. Watching Hazelwish's black rimmed ears flatten, and her sea colored eyes narrow at her, she knew she would have to apologize later. She had spoken out of fear when she knew deep in her heart, that Hazelwish would never do anything to put her in harms way or betray her. The molly was her best friend for Starclan's sake. If she had wanted her to get caught, she would've done it long before Lilacshade had went and gotten herself pregnant.
Her pale blue eyes flashed with surprise, widening into two large circles on her face. She pricked her pale blue ears up, as her friend stood before her and demanded that she was coming with them. Part of her felt extreme relief at the idea of her best friend, of so many moons, traveling by her side. Helping to keep her kits safe. Starting a little group of their own. Another part of her, filled with fear at the idea of allowing her friend to accompany them on a dangerous journey. All over a mistake that she had made. But as Hazelwish's blue eyes stared so intently into her own, Lilacshade knew that she couldn't tell her friend that she wasn't allowed to come. Not to mention, she spoke nothing but the truth when she said that they would need someone with some kind of knowledge of herbs. With a deep sigh, the lilac tipped molly let out the breath she had been holding in. She brushed her cheek against Hazelwish's brown and white cheek as she gave a dip of her head. "Very well, Hazelwish. Everything you say is true. We could use more paws, in case of danger. As well as someone that has some knowledge of healing." She paused, her eyes sparkling slightly with a tease. "Of course, I should mention that it would be nice to have you around. I never wanted to leave you behind."
With that being said, Lilacshade turned and headed back to her mate. She just slipped up to his side, as she heard the large Bengal telling his friend that he wasn't allowed to join them. Her heart sank, as she listened to her mate deny his best friend, telling him that his mother had been right and he was a bad influence. Nuzzling up to his cheek with soft eyes, she whispered gently into his ear. "Blazethorn. Let him come. You know you need a friend. And we could use the extra paws. Plus..Hazelwish is coming with." ☽✧❆✧☾
Opening his mouth to speak, Foxshade's eyes flashed to the approach of Lilacshade. Clamping his mouth shut as the small molly spoke to her mate, the large tom pricked his ears as he tried to catch what she was saying. The only thing he caught, was her mentioning that he should come. Green eyes glowing with triumph, he held his head high with his tail lashing from side to side. Foxshade knew that his friend wouldn't be able to argue with Lilacshade, once she had an idea in her head. He'd seen the molly at gatherings, even spoken with her. She was not one to give in and when she was determined about something, you couldn't tell her no.
He wasn't sad about leaving his clan, he'd never really enjoyed the ways his clan went about things. The way that everyone was an outcast, if they weren't full blooded Nightclan warriors. Or how there was so much hostility between Dayclan and Nightclan. Or how when they did take Blazethorn in, he was treated poorly compared to the rest of them. Foxsmoke had stood by his best friend, from the moment he was brought into the clan and he would continue to stand by his side, no matter where that took them.

Blazethorn at border - with everyone »»---------------------------«« Blazethorn was very familiar with that look in his brother's eye, he knew what was coming. He wouldn't let the subject go that easily. He and Lilacshade had that stubbornness in common - it drove the young bengal tom up a tree most days. He squared his own shoulders, preparing to stand his ground, not that they really had the time for a drawn out argument. A light brush of paws against grass to his right and then silky fur pressed against his cheek. The warm, soothing scent of his mate wrapped around him as she stood at his side. Blazethorn let his gaze flicker to meet her pretty blues, ready to reassure her that Foxsmoke would do no harm.
Instead she told him to let his best friend tag along. Was the whole forest going batty? And Hazelwish was coming too? His green eyes narrowed in frustration. Why would anyone else - who didn't have their life on the line - leave their home? Their families? He backed away from all three cats, not understanding the logic. Lilacshade and Foxsmoke were the only family he'd ever known and technically because he'd asked her to be his mate, he'd put the his mate in danger. "Foxsmoke, Hazelwish... why? You'll never be able to see your families again. Foxsmoke, your mother..." Blazethorn peered pleadingly at his best friend, imploring him to understand. He would have killed to have a family who loved him and these cats would throw it away? For what? Kits that weren't theirs? Why?
Hazelwish at border - with Lilacshade »»---------------------------«« Pausing a step behind her friend, the molly watched in silence as Blazethorn argued with his friend - a familiar tom, Foxsmoke of Nightclan. She had her ears perked and alert, ready to catch even the smallest of sounds, wary of any approaching danger. She was sure she hadn't been followed but that didn't mean there couldn't be late night patrols out. The dark brown and white cat turned her attention back to the bengal tom when he mentioned her family. A pang of loss hit her when she thought of Poppycloud, her sister. They weren't exactly close - especially since her mother's death, but never seeing her again would still hurt.
Even still, Lilacshade needed her. She was an able body and had some herbal knowledge that would come in handy. She refused to leave her friend to the wolves with no one to defend her but a Nightclan cat. "I'm coming with, Blazethorn. She's your mate but she's my best friend," she replied firmly, sea blue eyes hard as ice. Her clan would do fine without her and she'd get to be there when her best friend gave birth, just like they always talked about as apprentices. Hazelwish would be the aunt those kittens deserved, without hesitation.

Lilacshade ♥♥✬♥♥
A spark of sadness filled Lilacshade's pale blue eyes as frustration came off her mate in waves. She held her breath as the bengal tom moved away from her, staring at the three remaining cats as if they had lost their minds. A flash of hurt entered and disappeared so fast within her gaze, one would think they had imagined it. She kneaded the ground impatiently, as he pleaded with both Foxsmoke and Hazelwish to rethink their decisions. Frustration started to overwhelm the little lilac tipped molly with each moment they were stuck having this conversation. Any moment they sat in this clearing, was another moment that one of their clans could catch the group of cats. That was the last thing they needed, as all four of them would surely be punished, just for being with each other at the border.
Her light blue ears pricked up as she heard Hazelwish speak up to Blazethorn, telling him that she was going. The queen couldn't help but blink gratefully at the dark brown and white warrior. As much as she felt for her friend with her decision to leave her family and clan behind, she was so very grateful for Hazelwish's loyalty to her. She watched as Foxsmoke spoke his thoughts, before finally letting out a frustrated hiss. Without another moment, she whipped around and started shoving her way through some ferns, ready to be out of clan territory. "Enough arguing about it and lets just go. Before we all get caught and get punished. I'm not waiting any longer." She hadn't meant to get so angry, one would say it was the hormones' of the kits she was bearing. She just was terrified of someone catching them and hurting the cats she loved. ☽✧❆✧☾
Green eyes shot towards the sound of approaching footsteps. Eyes met the dark brown and white figure of another molly. He instantly recognized the Dayclan warrior, Hazelwish. He watched as her sea blue eyes flashed as hard as ice, as she demanded that she was coming. It was clear that the molly wasn't going to change her mind. It just made sense that they both came with their best friends, the two that they had become closest with. Foxsmoke understood that more than anything. Nightclan wouldn't be worth living in, without his brother by his side. Even so, a sharp pang of sadness hit Foxsmokes heart at the thought of his mother, Juniperfur. Of course it hurt his heart to do this to his mother, but just the same, it was something that needed to be done. Just as Blazethorn had pointed out, his mother had never approved of the tom and had always made it clear that she didn't like him.
Shaking his head to clear the discomforting feeling, Foxsmoke stomped a paw to the ground. A low and determined growl escaped his mouth. "I am coming with you. You can't stop me. You are my best friend. My brother. My mother has the whole clan to take care of her. You have me. I would never be able to stay in Nightclan if you left. Life just..Wouldn't be the same." His green eyes hardened as he met Blazethorn's matching eyes. He didn't care how crazy the bengal tom thought this all was, he was going with the forbidden couple. He felt nothing but loyalty to the tom in front of him. Part of him felt a pulling loyalty to Lilacshade as well, especially because of the kits she was carrying. He needed to help protect them and four sets of paws, was better than just two. Without waiting for a response, he turned and followed the lovely Lilacshade as she demanded that they be on their way. He had no intentions of keeping her here any longer, as each moment they sat arguing, was a moment they could get caught.

Blazethorn at border - with everyone »»---------------------------«« Well, it seemed like everyone had made their decision, no matter what Blazethorn thought. The bengal tom felt his frustration build, until a quiet growl was rumbling in his throat. He didn't want to tear apart Foxsmoke's life - not for anything in the world. Juniperfur's harsh words echoed in his ears sending pain tearing through his chest. The deputy had always known that he'd take her son away from her, she'd always hissed that he'd get him injured or killed. Now he was bringing him away from Nightclan - permanently. Nothing about this felt right, his stomach churned with nausea. Blazethorn was a curse unto everyone he loved.
Without another word, he slunk after the trio, staying back, bringing up the rear. He didn't interact with anyone, didn't have the desire to. Aggression and hurt came off him in waves, his claws flashing in the dim light as he moved silently through the forest. The border to the clan's territory wasn't too far from their meeting spot, the familiar trees and bushes passing in a blur. They were exiting through Nightclan territory because they were closer to the edge.
Hazelwish at border - with Lilacshade »»---------------------------«« The molly was right there beside Lilacshade as they descended deeper into Nightclan territory, just a bit, walking near enough to the border to comfort the Dayclan warrior. She shook herself, her pale gaze sweeping the area, glad that the only sign of life out here happened to be their little group and the crickets. Hazelwish weaved through the trees, not as easily as Foxsmoke or Blazethorn, unused to the forest terrain. She was a meadow and plains girl, through and through. It's where she'd been raised. That would probably have to change as they traveled through different territories. Who knew what they would find out there?
Fear of the unknown rippled down her spine but she felt more secure with the others at her back. She was a clan cat, not a loner. She wouldn't be able to survive alone, but with the help of others, she could do anything. Or at least try. Hazelwish had to try. For Lilacshade and her kittens. The scent of the border grew stronger as the group neared the edge of the clan territories. Thank Starclan!
