It seems most of my interests line up with yours, so I would like to try something. I'm always a sucker for anything fantasy, so doing something related to D&D or general fantasy is always fun for me. I tend and like to play with two or sometimes three characters simply because I like the verity and it can help me knock out a good couple of paragraphs. Even if I have one character to work with, I tend to average around three paragraphs.
I'm on daily and would prefer to rp on here anyway, so that works out nicely. I can be a bit slow replying from time to time depending how busy I am and/or how much inspiration I have. Also I will occasionally go back and edit my newest posts. At most it's just rewording a sentence or correcting spelling mistakes I missed before. Nothing too major. I'm also fine with romance as long as it comes naturally through character interactions and such.
Now that's all out of the way, I have a few ideas that we can use, but one idea of yours caught my eye. Misfit Island sounds like a really fun concept. The idea that a group of people from wildly different backgrounds/regions working together for one reason or another seems interesting to work with.

Okay, sounds great! I'd be interested to hear your ideas as well, if you don't mind sharing (:

- A criminal or criminals come across a runaway royal in the streets. For one reason or another, the child of whatever ruler(s) has run away from home scared and alone. They won't say why they ran, only that they won't go back for they fear for their life. After getting them out of the city, the criminal(s) help protect the royal and figure out why they ran.
- The characters are invited to the resident of a noble/royal/wealthy merchant. For the most part, they're strangers only connected through the invite. The person who brought them together has a task for them. Find a lost person, uncover an ancient artifact, figure out what happened to shipment, etc. The work together and do the thing. Maybe they uncover a secret plot and realize whoever hired them isn't what they seem or perhaps another group goes after them because they want whatever they're looking for
- A criminal, a noble kid, a scholar, and a craftsman all get swept up into an adventure together. Maybe they're tasked with helping the leaders of a country or happen to uncover a devious plot that they help stop. Roles can also change as they're more suggestions than anything.
- One kingdom is a conquer, another has fallen, and the last is threatened by the first. Either through a war-torn country or a thretened kingdom, the characters meet and travel together. For one reason or another they get caught up in the conflitict. One or more of the characters could be the last surviving member(s) of the royal family of the fallen kingdom.
- There has been peace in the region for hundreds of years/a very long time. However something is threatening it now. Maybe someone takes advantage of the peace to enact some plan or a series of misunderstandings lead to rising tensions.
- A person with an unusual bloodline is about to board a ship as prisoner for some sort of ritual. What do the characters do?
- Walking through the streets of a city, a fight suddenly breaks out. People are attacked and running for their lives as the assilant(s) continues. What happens?
- Cloaked by darkness, the characters are running from something. Perhaps they've stolen an artifact and are being chased, or maybe they're angered a bear and have to run for their lives.
Some of these are a bit weak because they're simple ideas that can be built upon as we go or starters to get the story going/for brainstorming.

Those are excellent ideas o: I liked these two in particular, but I'm especially drawn to the second one. Of course, if you'd rather do the misfit island thing, that's fine, too. Which would you prefer?

I like both and we can definitely combine the ideas. Like maybe there was a coup and this royal was able to escape somehow. Or maybe their parents were growing power hungry and they were trying to stop them but had to run instead. Also if we want to bring in Misfit Island, maybe it could be a royal, a criminal or two, and a bystander or something. There's a good couple of things we can do here.

Ooh, I like where this is going. I think I have a few ideas we could add to this.
Would you like to take this planning to a thread or do it over PMs?

Awesome! Also I personally prefer planning through PMs, but I'm fine with either.

That would be great! We could easily work a mission or quest-related thing into an AC or Harry Potter plot, and that would leave plenty of room for character relationships to grow, too. Which would you prefer?

Hi! If this is still open, I'd love to flesh out the first concept with you? I'm not super active, but I'm still fairly active, and I love a lot of the things you posted!

inky Hol up - there's a Viking one coming out? Dude O: Sign me up! Anyway, I guess the first thing we'd have to pin down is the time period and location, yeah? Any thoughts on that end? Headphone Actor ah, the immortals one? I'd love to hear your ideas for it!

I'm not sure? Maybe two mages that were the apprentices of a powerful wizard, and they're rivals throughout history?
