I really enjoyed that book especially the artwork so I can actually have a visual idea what some cats look like. I think it would be really cool if they made another one with new cats introduction in the newer series or some from DOTC. Even if they made it with cats we already knew but with updated information and with the newer art style would be amazing.
What does everyone else think?

I really miss the artist who worked on it, may he rest in peace. I don’t think I would want a new one with the current artist because they kind of draw their cats a bit too samey and in weird, unflattering perspectives, although I liked that Ashfur one.

I like the artwork and I think it's adorable that Rock is describing the cats to some children (Mosskit being one of them). The descriptions can be a little biased, however.

I prefer the original art work, but I think making an updated version of the book would be a really good idea. They could include both the original and new versions of the cats as well as updated things about them.

I do agree with your opinions on the new art style. Especially the ones when it’s just the cat’s face close up?? It’s pretty boring and weird lol. Honestly if it’s a different style or similar to the older one would make me happy.

The anatomy of each cat is the same and as is their fur length (from the covers I've seen at least). I don't really care for the up close of the cats' faces either because it is constantly done for the covers. Like all the books in TBC are floating head cats as the main point of the cover. It feels overdone and really bland.
