What if by some miracle, it gets remembered, and since StarClan is cut off, Leafpool gets the idea to try her mind-linking powers with Squirrelflight, and it works?

I think that'd be interesting to see, and it'd show that it wasn't completely forgotten about. It could show some perspective from StarClan if nothing else, or at least in a way prove StarClan's still out there, albeit still silent.

That would be cool to see what StarClan is going through with this, and how they're dealing with all of it. It's annoying how it was forgotten about, when it could have been used for SO much more rather than just Leafpaw knowing about Squirrelpaw running off, and her telling her about burdock root to heal Tawnypelt's rat bite.

It would be cool! Some heavy speculation here, but if Leafpool did that, and told Squirrelflight that their connection got cut off or has some clues regarding the impostor, it could help her try and identify who's possessing Bramblestar. Obviously that's just some theorizing, but I think it'd be neat to see. And honestly? Yeah, it is. I suppose it only existed for plot convenience. I doubt the current editors even remember the concept existed in the first place.

Something subtle-ish like that so we know StarClan hasn't just completely abandoned the living. Unless they did, then oh well.

Yeah, I wouldn't want her to straight out tell her who the impostor is, just help her along a little..I want Squirrelflight to figure it out on her own..I mean, if she's going to be in the spotlight yet again, I want it to be worth it

I'd want a subtle clue or two if it were Leafpool helping Squirrelflight. Nothing direct, just a little implication for Squirrelflight to go on. If Leafpool's going to help her, I'd like it to be meaningful and well done.

That would certainly be interesting. My biggest concern with that is that we'd just be told all the information too soon. Maybe their communication could be restricted or Leafpool doesn't know who the imposter is. The Erins probably forgot about that power, though.

Omg, imagine if they solved the case together, and like Squirrelflight is content with how things are safe now in the clans, and with her family, and she decides to join Leafpool up in StarClan at the end. And Bramblestar goes there too, because he isn't able to get back to his body

Those are really good ideas too, like maybe it can be bad cell service, and a single leaf blowing past, can cut the connection or something.

I hope something like this happens. I feel like Leafpool is pacing and panicking in Starclan because her sister and her babies are in danger. Probably wants to come down and whoop the impostor herself

It would be something nice to see remembered again. There are a lot of places in which it would have had the potential to impact what was going on and I wish it would be remembered, and if not used, at least resolved.
