Now that we’re approximately two months away and have had a taste of what’s to come, what are your predictions for the next installment in The Broken Code?

Someone will probably go hunting, or on patrol, maybe even both

Very funny, but I mean real predictions.

Very funny, but I mean real predictions. Well, I hope that Tigerheart finds out what happens to his son, and completely snap on those respsonsible. I want him to awaken with the spirit of every fierce ShadowClan warrior ever, and just rip them to shreds. Not enough to kill them, but just enough to make them regret their lives.

A SkyClan or ThunderClan patroul probably finds Shadowsight's (hopefully not decayed) body. Bristlefrost tells the others that the imposter killed Shadowsight and that will most likely cause the battle.

Bristlefrost tells the others that the imposter killed Shadowsight and that will most likely cause the battle. The imposter will stay for at least another book (DW), and I am pretty sure if it's revealed in VOS that Ashfur killed him, then everyone will unite against him and not each other

The battle will be primarily SkyClan vs ThunderClan, with Fake Bramble blaming SkyClan for Shadowsight's death. If he's actually dead, that is.

A big war happens yet nobody in Thunderclan dies, Shadowclan gets ganked again, and Wind and River at most lose 2 or 3 cats. Idk about Skyclan.

-I predict exactly what Brindle said. I'd be shocked if we get any TC deaths, especially more than one.
-Shadow will be found dead or alive. Hopefully alive. This will trigger the battle.
-More exiles. idk who.
-I predict at least one litter of kits, preferably ShC. They haven't had any kits in ages and there's usually some births around this time. I'd love if it were AntxCinnamon, but I'm not holding my breath.

Shadowsight will be found dead, Tigerstar gets mad, a battle happens, and hopefully some cats will die.

Rootpaw will talk to Shadowsight's ghost (if he's actually dead).

Short, small prediction: The imposter may frame Squirrelflight for Shadowsight's murder.

All Clans except ThunderClan suffer fatalities because for whatever reason that whole Clan has plot armor except for ghostly background characters who die off-screen.

If Bramblestar fights Tigerstar it will be like Tigerstar1 fighting Tigerstar2 because it has been said that Bramblestar is the spitting image of his father, Tigerstar.

This just came to me, and isn't really a prediction, but Snowbird really should stay in camp for this battle. Since she now has a permanent limp in her leg, she's probably going to die as she's not used to fighting with one.

not sure if this is really a prediction, probably more of a theory, but i think that rootpaw is going to die in this book and the reveal of his warrior name on the official site was just a red herring. that could also explain his absence in darkness within's summary.

The main characters will know the identity of the imposter (we already know that at least Squirrelflight will know who it is), and this is more of a hope, but I really want there to be a ThunderClan purge. I doubt it, but hey, if the plot armor really is gone for Shadowsight, then anything could happen.

By this logic, Bristlefrost is dead by the fourth book as well (Shadowsight probably is). Just because he isn't mentioned doesn't really mean anything. But if he is, then he could have gotten a dying apprentice ceremony, assuming Leafstar knows the words.

Short, small prediction: The imposter may frame Squirrelflight for Shadowsight's murder. I can really dig this. If the impostor says she did, and ShadowClan is sheltering her, the other Clans might not take too kindly to that. Though ShadowClan knows she didn't do it. Could be an interesting plot point.

I am not sure about this. Sometimes Ashfurstar wants to protect her, sparing her from atoning, other times he punishes her, most recently exiling her. Its honestly 50:50...

Its honestly 50:50... The impostor exiled her after she clued into him being an impostor. I think it's safe to say he wants her out of the picture to avoid being outed. If he believes that she's left Clan territory, he can just pin Shadowsight's death on her without a whole lot of repercussions.
