So, I've been doing character vs character polls for the past couple of weeks, and here are all the characters from WindClan, who lost in the polls, but who do you like the least?

Probably the one who spent several books being a jerk of a leader, and wouldn't pay child support.

Nightcloud wasn't the best mother, but she was an okay mother imo. She and Crowfeather both raised Breezepelt, but Crowfeather neglected him, which in turn made Nightcloud become a helicopter parent. It's similar to how Shellheart raised Crooked, or how even Crooked raised Silver. It's a thing parents do out of reason, whether it's fear or loss, etc. Not to mention, in CT, Nightcloud is actually shown to be a good mother, respectable warrior, and eventually made amends with Crowfeather.
When it comes to Onestar and his position as leader, he did have chances to step down. The entirety between him not wanting to be leader, to letting Firestar announced it, and then there being no moonpool until later, and before the war. Heck, Mudclaw even challenged him 1v1 at one point. And even after becoming leader, he could have just resigned, it baffles me as to why he didn't now that I think about it.

Well, as characters, I love Onestar and think Breezepelt is boring. Morally, they are both horrible.

Making me chose between Breezepelt and Onestar.... how dare you. Onestar is definitely getting my vote this time, but not by a large margin. I think they're both pretty horrible characters, but I just recently re-read Crowfeather's Trial and he gets sympathy points from me.
Leaftail is in a close third because of said book, speaking of. He's just an antagonistic ass.

I don't really have a problem with Leaftail, I do like to headcanon him as Mudclaw's son, he reminds me a lot of him, and he's also dark ginger like Redclaw, Mudclaw's grandfather

Which, Leaftail gets called my favorite insult in the series by Crowfeather for said behavior: a sanctimonious cleanpaw. He's not evil or anything, but pretty rude.

That's true, Gorsetail and Weaselfur were kind of brats about the whole thing too, but from their POV, Breezepelt was a traitor who fought for evil cats, who wanted to destroy the clans. That is a pretty funny insult
