Does anyone else keep forgetting that he was deputy?
Speaking of which, Tigerheartstar was already leader, so what was the point of killing him off? I mean, that's why Crowfrost was killed off, wasn't it?
Couldn't he have just saved Shadowkit, redeemed himself, and not died?
It sucks that a character with such a beautiful name gets killed off.
There's also the Juniperkit of Squirrelflight's, who got killed off before even having a chance to live.
Anyway, Dawnpelt was really good at naming kits, like I mentioned above, Juniper is a beautiful name, and Strike sounds really cool. Sleek is a really boring, but eh, two out of three ain't bad.

I feel like killing Juniperclaw off was an attempt to make the storm more effective then it actually was, as only one cat (Juniperclaw) died
Obviously, it did not work which is sad considering how killing off the masses to actually create actual tension would've been nice instead of...the one character that almost nobody cared about until now (also killing off more characters would've made the harsh winter in Lost Stars more effective, seeing as the editors don't think that having over 40+ cats in one single Clan won't create any overpopulation problems of any kind, let alone the other Clans :/)

If this was the first series, everyone would be dropping like flies. I don't want anyone to die though, I know that characters should die, but I'm super attached to a lot of them. Like Brackenfur, he's my favorite character, though, I guess I wouldn't mind if he died, so he could be with Sorreltail again. And Graystripe, all of his friends and loved ones, except Bumblestripe and Blossomfall, are either dead or away. Blossomfall and Thornclaw can go, because I don't really care for either of them TBH. Hollytuft, Leafshade, Honeyfur, I have no attachments too, but I think it'd be sad if they died, since they've never even done anything yet. Lionblaze, Ivypool, and Jayfeather can go...like, they've had their moment, and Lionblaze is just there.. when I was reading AVOS, I had to check the allegiances to make sure he was even still alive. I wouldn't mind if Rosepetal went, but I'd hope she carried on the Spiderleg legacy before she did.

I'm still not sure why they had Tigerheart even choose Juniperclaw Like, why not choose the nephew that WASN'T a traitor? You know, Strikestone.
Also, I don't want Rosepetal to die. She deserves deputyship or something.

That's true, I'd rather Strikestone, but I think Tigerheart did the whole Onestar thing, where he chose a deputy out of the cats who betrayed them, just to prove that he still trusted them, or something dumb like that.
