Date: June 9, 2019 Time: 14:00 hours (GMT-7) Location: Tillamook County, Oregon Coast __________________________________________ Sutton smiled to herself as she watched the waves crash against the shore, splashing as they hit the rocky coast and causing a spray of mist around her. It was a rather muggy day but that wasn't unusual for Oregon weather nor did the Virtue of Charity mind. The fair skinned girl wasn't much of a fan of the sun, claiming it was too much for her and the heat made her unable to focus on her work. Her red hair hung in messy waves around her shoulders, bits and pieces beginning to stick to her cheeks from the moisture in the air around her. Sutton had been working at a local animal clinic earlier that morning and was on what was supposed to be her lunch break, but the girl wasn't very hungry today. Most of the cafes and shops in town were crowded this time of day, so she ultimately decided to wait and just have a big dinner when she got home later instead. Glancing down she pulled her cellphone from the pocket of her scrubs, tapping the home button to check the time. 2 o'clock. I still have fifteen minutes left.
Just when she was about to put the device back in her pocket the Virtue froze, her soft green eyes widening in surprise as Michael's voice rang clear in her ears. It had been a while since he had spoken to her, but it was a voice she would never forget. Nodding to herself Sutton regained her composure, I'll be there.
Closing her eyes the girl took a moment to regain her bearings, trrying not to let the minor panic and confusion set in as she wrapped her head around Michael's warning. Breathing out a small sigh she opened her eyes once more and turned her attention to phone still in her hand, scrolling through the contacts list until she found the one she was looking for. After clicking on the number it only took a few seconds for the line to begin ringing and shortly after a woman's voice picked up on the other end. "Tillamook Veterinary Hospital this is Nancy, how may I help you?" "Hi, Nancy. It's Sutton. Listen, I just got a call and am needed in New York for a while. I need to leave today, so can you find soeone to cover the rest of my shifts this week?" Sutton felt horrible for leaving them on such short notice but she had no other choice. It wasn't like her to miss a day of work or even show up late every once in a while, but that's also how she knew that they would let her go. "Y-yes I can find someone. Is everything okay sweetheart?" "Yes it's just a family emergency, I'll be back as soon as I can. Thank you, and I'm very sorry about this." Saying their goodbyes the line dissconnected, and she placed her phone in her pocket once more. Sutton didn't get up just yet, instead she took an extra minute to take in the scenery around her; the ocean, the rocky coast, the seagulls pecking at the round nearby, the cloudy sky. Over the years she found a home in Oregon despite it's unfavorable weather patterns and she was rather reluctanct to leave the comfort that the waves brought her. With one final sigh the girl stood, brushing off some of the sand from her light blue scrubs before beginning the short walk back to her car. She began to make a mental checklist of everything she needed to do when she got home: shower and change, pack, book a flight... the list went on. Unlocking the drivers side door to her silver Hyundai SUV the Virtue of Charity took one more look at beach around her before getting in and turning on the car, not knowing if she would ever return.

Date: June 10, 2019 Time: 2:00 hours (GMT-4) Location: Bash's Apartment Complex Theater District just Northwest of Manhattan New York City, NY __________________________________________ Sebastian had spent most of his day sleeping, and it showed. His hair was a mess with strands sticking up every which way, his blue eyes drooping slightly with boredom. The pair of black joggers he wore hung loosely around his hips as he made his way to the kitchen. His studio apartment wasn't big by any means, but it deffinitely wasn't the smallest in the city. The appliences and furniture were all relatively simple, most pieces in some shade of grey or black in color with very few hints of color throughout. Rubbing the sleep out of his eyes Bash turned on his Keurig and began rummaging in one of the nearby cabinets for a mug. Surprisingly enough the Sloth Sin had quite the collection of various coffee mugs, most having some sort of snarky comment or phrase decorating the outside but there were also some "nerdy" ones with quotes from t.v. shows or games he enjoyed. Today, or tonight rather, Bash picked a white porcelaine cup adorned with the words "Sorry I'm late I didn't want to come" in bold black letters on either side. Once the coffee maker was finished heating up he popped in a hazelnut flavored k-cup from his wide assortment displayed on their rack and hit start. He loved coffee, french pressed was one of his favorites, but having to put so much effort into one little thing he could have at the click of a button just wasn't worth the time. Sure, it might not have the same taste but at least this way it was done in half the time and he didn't have to add any flavoring or anything to it - the machine did everything for him. Once it was ready Bash grabbed his keys off the counter and stuffed them in his pocket, then held the coffee mug by the handle and made his way out the door. He was on the eleventh floor of the building gaining him his own balcony access, but he rarely ever used it. Instead the Sloth Sin preferred the terrace on the roof of the building, so with no shoes, no shirt, and dark hair still a mess he made his way to the elevator just down the hall. Unlike other buildings in the city his was rather quiet at night, but he didn't mind. There were a few college kids here and there that were always up late doing something, but he made it clear to them that he didn't want any part in their little games. Not many used the terrace late at night it was more of a sun bathe during the day type of thing for the other residents, so it was no surprise when Bash stepped out into the cool night air and found himself alone. The young man made his way over to the far side of the area, passing various plants and furniture as he headed towards his favorite little corner. Resting his arms on the black metal railing he looked out at the city beneath him, lights flickering on and off as people went to bed or were coming home in drunken stupors.

After reluctantly leaving Sin City (and the bed he had, in fact, seduced some scantily dressed dancers into), Lucifer went to New York. He'd gotten a tip, no doubt from Michael (the impatient, meddling, smartass) that there was a Sin living there. Upon arriving, Lucifer spent over an hour searching, but whichever Sin it was, they didn't have much, if any, of a public figure.
That alone gave Lucifer a pretty good idea which Sin he was hunting now.
But knowing which Sin it was didn't help one iota. Sloth was the Sin of Sloth for a reason. Lucifer was unlikely to catch the buggar out and about, which meant he had to find the pesky Sin and track him right to his doorstep.
A job, he decided, that required too much work. So instead, Lucifer hired the best PI he could find and set them to the task. As far as Lucifer was concerned, he'd earned a break. He'd gotten three Sins on board with this little meet-up and mission already. Plus… convincing the lazy ass known as Sloth would probably require effort. So Lucifer spent the next several hours partying it up at a college frat party.
After all, what better way is there to relax and have a good time?
But alas, eventually, all good things must come to an end. Around two in the morning, Lucifer got the expected but rather unwanted call: the PI had found Sloth. Or rather, Sebastian Montgomery, as he was known around these parts. So with great reluctance, Lucifer left the party and drove his black 2016 McLaren 650S Spider across town.
It was time to convince Sloth to do something productive. Joy.

Lucifer pulled up outside Sloth's apartment complex. He turned off the engine and got out, taking a moment to survey the building before hopping nimbly onto the curb and entering the loby. From there he geaded up to the eleventh floor and knocked on Sloth's front door.
When there was no answer within thirty seconds, Lucifer went to Sloth's neighbour and knocked on their door. The human that answered happily directed him to the roof, where Sloth apparently liked to visit. And so to the roof Lucifer went.
When he got there, it was quickly apparent why Sloty liked it up there so much. Lucifer would have gotten bored with it after a few weeks, but as hide-outs go, it was a damn good one.
After a bit of wandering and sight-seeing, Lucifer spotted the Sin and grinned, spreading his arms wide as if expecting a hug. "Sloth! How good it is to see you! How you been, ol' pal?"
Was he being dramatic and over-enthusiastic on purpose? Yes. Yes he was.

Lucifer dropped his arms with a chuckle. “Oh, don't worry, I'm aware. You're just so gloomy, im afraid if I don't act cheery, your gloom will be contagious.” That was a bald-faced lie; nothing in this world or the others could make Lucifer gloomy.
He stepped up to the railing beside Sloth, being sure to keep a good foot between them, and braced his forearms on the rail. He clasped his hands and took in the scenery in peaceful silence.
Which lasted about ten seconds.
Lucifer spun around. He propped his elbows on the railing behind him and crossed one booted foot over the over. “So, Sloth. What'll it take to convince you to join the other Sins in Central Park Wednesday night?”

Date: Tues, June 11, 2019 Time: 13:00 hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York, USA ___________________________________________
It took Lucifer thirty-eight hours, sixteen minutes, and fifty-two seconds, but he finally found Envy. And didn't it just figure, the little bugger was in New York. The good news: it shouldn't take too much convincing to get Envy to Belvedere. The bad news: it was Envy - of course it would take effort.
Lucifer arrived in New York, feeling rather pleased with himself. He had four out of seven Sins who would be on their way to Belvedere within the next twenty-four hours, he was honing it on the elusive Sin of Envy, and he was pretty sure he knew where the last two Sins were. If he played his cards right, he could be done with this job and on his way to the Bahamas.
Or… somewhere. He hadn't actually decided where he would be hiding out while Michael convinced the Sins and Virtues to team up. He just knew it would be far, far from here. As great as New York was, Lucifer wasn't a fan. It was too loud, too smelly, and too easy to find people who could compete with him. Thanks, but no thanks. Mark may have been the official first Sin of Pride, but Lucifer was the original prideful being. It was his whole reason for “falling” after all (just ask any hardcore Christian).
Lucifer shook those wayward thoughts from his mind and focused on the task at hand: identifying Envy. The other Sins kept mostly to one human form, though they could all alter their appearance slightly if they had to. But Envy’s physical form was ever-changing, making them very difficult to spot… if you didn't know what you were looking for. But Lucifer was hoping he wouldn't need to pick the Sin out of the crowd; with any luck, his appearance here would simply flush Envy out and bring them right to Lucifer.
Date: Mon, June 10, 2019 Time: 13:00 Hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York ______________________________ Logan was enjoying his facial quite a bit when Lucifer stepped foot into his city. Logan had earned his facial; he had worked his butt off this past week between modeling shoots, interviews with up and coming fashion magazines, and working on upping his Instagram game even more. Logan was also very in tune with his city (as he had come to call New York over the times). He could sense the inflow and outflow of people each day, which was a way for him to be aware of how to morph his look to remain the best and most central talk of the city. Really it was more of a curse because he could never exactly rest easy in whatever skin he was in because as soon as someone entered that had something more desirable than him, that’s when the burning started.
Or, rather, the jealousy.
Logan thought of his desire and need to be the best as a flame. When he was on top of everything, the flame was subdued and flickering faintly. But when someone better entered, it started as an itch. A spark catching on and spreading. And soon enough, the flame conquered everything; he couldn’t eat, sleep, or settle down until he figured out what their strength was and stole it.
And Lucifer sent him itching.
But Lucifer’s was different than humans’. Logan knew that much. Logan felt a pull to gravitate towards him. And that was the last thing Logan wanted to do. So, Logan finished his facial and then booked it home. As he slunk along the streets to his apartment—one of the best New York had to offer, of course—he felt the itch growing stronger. He didn’t want that because it meant Lucifer was getting closer. He picked up the pace, glancing over his shoulder as he did.
When he arrived at his apartment, he sighed, locking his door. Not that it mattered if he did; he knew Lucifer would let himself in when he was ready.

Date: Tues, June 11, 2019 Time: 13:00 hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York, USA ________________________________________ Well, part one of the plan worked: he managed to bring Envy out of hiding. Part two - bring him right to Lucifer - backfired a little.
When Lucifer first saw the attractive young man hurrying through the crowd, he dismissed him as just another New Yorker - these people were always in a hurry. But something about the man made Lucifer do a double-take, and in that moment he realized what it was about the man that held his attention: he was no man. It was Envy.
At that point, Lucifer just sort of watched Envy disappear into the crowd, brows arched. "Well, that was unexpected," he said to himself. So far, he'd spoken to four Sins, two of whom had been quite pleased to see him. The other two had been a little less eager by his appearance, but they hadn't fled at the sight of him. So what -?
Wait. Envy. Riiiight.
With a low chuckled and a shake of his head, Lucifer set out after the Sin. He hadn't seen which direction Envy went, so Lucifer just looked around until he spotted the nicest apartment complex. Then he went that way, using just a bit of angelic influence to urge the rushing humans all around him to stay out of his way. It helped him gain ground on Envy, but not enough to catch up before the Sin slipped into their building. And of course, getting in and up wouldn't be as easy as it had been with Sloth's apartment. This lovely little apartment had security and a front desk who actually cared who was coming in and out of the building.
Good thing Lucifer came equipped with a plan B.
He took a deep breath, then darted into the building. He looked around a bit frantically, eyes wide and breathing heavy. The security guard immediately noted his behaviour, but stayed back - for now. Lucifer pretended he hadn't even noticed the uniformed man, and instead let a look of relief cross his face as he "spotted" the front desk. He jogged up to it and placed his hands against the edge of the desk. There was a wallet clutched in one hand. He forced a little smile for the man behind the desk. "Hi. Sorry to barge in, but can you tell me the name of the guy who just came in here?" Lucifer gave a quick description of Envy's current face, then held up the wallet. "He dropped this, and I wanted to make sure he got it back."
The man behind the desk relaxed, the suspicion leaving his gaze, but his smile was apologetic. "I'm sorry, sir. I'm not at liberty to give away the names of our residences. I -"
"Oh, that's okay," Lucifer interrupted cluelessly. "Maybe you can just direct to his room? I'll shove it under his door. Oh! Or, hey, I guess you can just give it to him?"
The clerk nodded. "Yes, that would probably be best." He held out his hand, and Lucifer handed over the wallet. "Thank you for your consideration, sir."
Lucifer grinned. "Yeah, no problem. Thank you!" And he left, a man with responsibility lifted off his shoulders. He walked around to the closest alley, where he shed his human guise, effectively making him invisible to ordinary mortals. Then he strolled right back into the apartment lobby, completely unseen by the humans.
The clerk was on the phone when Lucifer ambled up to the desk. He propped one elbow on the desk's edge and listened, smirking slightly at his success. The clerk had called Envy's room, letting the Sin know his wallet had been found and returned, and would he like to come get it, or should they send it up? Now all Lucifer had to do was wait.

Maudelynn meanwhile had flirted with a taxi driver and used him to get to an airport. She was not going to be late to the party, oh no, a girl had to be either on time or early. She made some promises she wouldn't keep to the taxi driver, then got on the plane.

Date: Mon, June 10, 2019 Time: 13:00 Hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York ______________________________ Logan felt the itch burning more. He could already feel the stress as his bones began to want to take shape and shift, frustrated already that his mortal form wanted to convert already. But there wasn’t time for that. He had to figure out what could bring Lucifer here—why Lucifer would bother. Logan had been living off of his radar for a while. It wasn’t that Logan was scared of Lucifer. He knew the devil liked him enough to keep him around.
No, it was the envy Logan felt around the devil.
Logan couldn’t stand it. No matter what form he took, he knew he could never be better than Lucifer. And that made him want to avoid him all together. Because the itch sent his bones aching and teeth grinding, and Logan didn’t need that kind of stress risking a break out. Especially not this week. He had too much on his plate.
So when Lucifer entered his building, he about came undone. He knew the devil was looking for him, but he also knew the devil didn’t need to find him. He didn’t want to give up this apartment he had worked hard to achieve. Part of the jealousy was the need to be perfect—something he knew he could never achieve, but he couldn’t handle the thought.
And then the phone rang.
Logan froze, his pacing coming to a stop as he stared for a moment, the thing ringing clearly. After the third ring he managed to compose himself, clearing his throat and smoothing his hair. Lucifer couldn’t have his number, could he?
”Hello?” Logan greeted. He nodded, thanking the desk clerk before hanging up. And then he really let loose a string of foul words he normally reserved for really bad things, like stubbing his toe or being cut off in traffic. Logan wasn’t stupid, not in the slightest. Of course Lucifer would find a way to make him come out. He had no idea how the devil had gotten his wallet, but it didn’t matter anyhow.
The burning made thinking too hard.
He sighed, steeling himself as he headed to his door. He stared for a moment, debating whether or not it was really worth it. Then, he headed down, running as quick as possible. If Lucifer was waiting on the staircase, he’d rather confront him there than in the comforts of his home. Although, if Lucifer was waiting in the lobby, he was sure he wouldn’t be alone.
All the way down, he couldn’t help but wonder why Lucifer was seeking him out, and how to avoid whatever punishment could be awaiting as a consequence.

Date: Tues, June 11, 2019 Time: 13:00 hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York, USA ________________________________________ As soon as Lucifer saw Envy appear, he teleported himself to the far side of the lobby, out of Envy's immediate range of sight. Humans couldn't see him when he wasn't wearing his human guise, but the Sins could. And Lucifer didn't want Envy to spot him just yet.
So he watched from the far side of the lobby as the man at the front desk caught sight of Envy and smiled. "Mr. Frederiksen," he greeted warmly. "So glad you could come. I believe this is yours." He placed the wallet on the desk and slid it toward Envy.
Lucifer almost chuckled. He wondered if Envy would notice right then and there that the wallet was not his, or if he would get it all the way upstairs first. Using a wallet had been a gamble. Lucifer knew how Envy got whenever the Sin was around the devil, and Lucifer had hoped that would be enough to keep the Sin from realizing he hadn't actually lost his wallet. Nope. Envy's wallet was wherever he'd had it last. What was sitting on the front desk right now was Greed's Hawkeyes258 . Lucifer wondered if the greedy Sin had noticed his wallet was missing yet.

Introducing: The Sin of Wrath. ;D
Date: Wed, June 12, 2019 Time: 3:00 hours (CDT) Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic ___________________________________________ Humans could be so stupid sometimes. Hunter was constantly questioning how they had managed to survive this long in such big numbers.
Take the idiot across the bar for example. He was a healthy enough guy, probably in his early to mid-thirties, and if the attention he was getting from the women in the room was any indication, he was considered attractive by human standards. Hunter wasn't really the best judge, considering he was neither human nor attracted to men. And yet, despite all he had going for him, the human was doing his best to get himself killed.
He was playing a high stakes game of poker, winning every hand, earning him more money - and more hate-filled stares - with each victory. It sounded innocent enough, and maybe if the man wasn’t cheating, maybe if everyone wasn’t well aware of the fact that he was, it would be. Hunter couldn’t be sure of the individual reasons the other players were letting the guy get away with cheating, but he did know each and every one of them were packing. And none of them planned to let him leave alive.
And that wasn’t even taking into account the bounty on his ass. A bounty Hunter was about to collect on, even if he had to go through all these humans to get it.
The woman sitting on the bounty’s knee cheered as he won another hand. “Damn, baby, you’re good,” she said with a grin.
He swatted her ass. “I sure am. Stick around long enough, and you’ll see I’m good at plenty of other things, too.” He winked.
She giggled.
Hunter, seated at the bar across the room, rolled his eyes. He doubted the human even knew the first thing about pleasuring a woman.
The bounty turned his attention back to the table. “What do you say, lads? Another hand?”
The other men at the table exchanged glances. Hunter, his drink halfway to his lips, went still. He felt the change in the air, and it set his blood pumping. A storm was about to break, and everyone in the bar was aware of it.
Everyone, that is, but the man who was the cause of it. Hunter couldn’t tell if the guy truly was stupid, or if he simply believed himself to be untouchable.
Hunter couldn’t wait to prove him wrong.
One of the men made his move, and it was a ballsy one. He pulled his gun from the waistband of his pants and placed it on the table, hand resting casually on the handle, finger brushing the trigger. The whole table went silent, and that quiet quickly spread throughout the small room. No one moved. Hardly anyone dared breathe. Everyone had their eyes on the gun.
Everyone but Hunter.
“Why don’t you push the cash over here, eh?” the man with the gun said, tone too cheery and casual for the tense atmosphere.
The bounty slowly pulled his gaze from the gun to the other man’s face. There was a look in his eyes that sent Hunter’s instincts flaring. Well, well. Maybe this bounty was smarter and more untouchable than he’d seemed.
“Why don’t you come over here and make me?” he said, smug and challenging.
The man with the gun looked startled, then pissed. He picked up the gun and pointed it at the bounty’s face. “Give me the money, you stupid shi -”
A shot fired. Someone screamed. And the gunman slumped back in his seat, a bullethole in the centre of his forehead.
Everyone else at the table surged to their feet, hands reaching for their own weapons as their eyes darted around, seeking out the source of the shot. None of them got far. For each weapon revealed, another shot was fired, and one by one the men went down, courtesy of a bullet through the head.
Those not part of the poker game were fleeing the room, screaming and ducking in an attempt to shield themselves. They didn’t realize that, had the shooter wanted to, they would all be dead too, regardless of their attempts to stay alive. But whoever had fired those shots clearly had specific targets in mind, and those not on his shit list got away scot free.
Pretty soon, there were only two people left in the room.
The bounty.
And the bounty hunter.
The former was still seated comfortably at the poker table. But as silence fell once more over the room, he stood up, adjusting the cuffs on his suit. He looked quite pleased with himself as he gathered his money and put it into a duffel bag. He didn’t noticed Hunter until he turned for the door.
He startled, eyes going wide. They shot to his left and back to Hunter, so fast most anyone else would have missed it. But not Hunter. He saw it, and now he knew exactly where the shooter was.
With an easy smile, he raised his glass in salute. “Good game,” he said pleasantly. “How much did you win?” He took a sip of his bourbon.
The bounty relaxed, clearly deciding Hunter was no threat. His first mistake. He pulled nervously at the lapels of his jacket, slicked his hair back, as he got control of himself again. It seemed Hunter had rattled him more than expected.
Finally, the man squared his shoulders and returned Hunter’s smile with a more subdued one of his own. “A good haul, that’s for sure,” he said. “A good haul indeed.”
Hunter chuckled. “Guess it’s a good thing you hired such a good shooter to back you up,” he said casually. He pretended he didn’t see how the man went tense all over. “That really was some remarkable shooting,” Hunter went on. “I could use a shooter like that under my payroll. You wouldn’t be interested in sharing, would you?”
Looking rather put out, the man shook his head. “Not really, no. If you’ll excuse me, I -”
Hunter spoke over him. “I wouldn’t move, if I were you.” He said it in the same calm and friendly tone, but the threat was still clear.
The man froze. His eyes narrowed, and Hunter practically saw the arrogance and pride return to this man. He once more believed he was untouchable.
Mistake number two.
“And why is that?” he asked, amused now.
Hunter finished his drink and placed his glass lightly on the bar top. “Because then I might be tempted to kill you.” The man’s brows shot up, but Hunter wasn’t done. “I won’t be able to collect your bounty if you’re dead, but I’m pretty sure what you got in that bag is enough to make up for it.”
Unbeknownst to the foolish human, Hunter had no intention of killing him. He would take him in, get his bounty, and walk away with the cash in the bag. It was a win-win all the way around.
For Hunter, anyway.
The bounty laughed. “Boy, are you daft? You saw my shooter. Heck, you complimented him! You really think you can kill me before he kills you?”
Hunter’s eyes narrowed, and without a word he stood up. He didn’t move toward the man. He didn’t need to. Eyes going wide, the human stumbled back a step, gaze dropping from Hunter’s face to his toes and back again. “What the hell…?” he whispered.
Hunter couldn’t really blame him. Disguising his height and intimidating figure was easy enough when seated in a dark corner; hiding his predatory nature was not so easy, but Hunter had practiced doing just that for years. First to blend in among the humans. Then to hide the fact that he was the hunter every bounty feared would end up on their ass.
Hunter could see the pieces clicking into place in his bounty’s eyes. They got a little wider with each second, and then suddenly he threw himself backwards. “Shoot him!” he shouted. “Shoot him! Shoot him! Shoot -!”
The shooter fired.
There were three things that made for a good shooter. The precision to hit your target, no matter where it was or how small. The ability to hit a moving target, no matter how fast or slow they moved. And the foresight to know exactly where your target was going to be next. There was no doubt this shooter possessed all these skills. But he’d never gone up against someone like Hunter before, and therefore, he miscalculated.
Assuming Hunter would go for their charge, the shooter aimed and shot for the spot Hunter would be. If Hunter had gone for his bounty right then and there, he would have joined the table full of poker players on the floor in a pool of his own blood.
If.
Hunter didn’t go for the bounty. Him he could get anytime. The shooter was another matter. So when HUnter moved, it was toward the hidden hole in the wall through which the shooter was firing. By the time the shooter realized he was Hunter’s target, it was too late. Hunter rammed through the concealed door of the little hideout. His hand shot out and grabbed the doorway, and he used it to swing his momentum around so his other arm slammed into the shooter’s stunned face with the force of a hammer. The man practically did a backflip as he was knocked clear off his feet. He landed in a heap, and did not get up.
Hunter was already off. His bounty had bolted when he went for the shooter, which he’d expected. What he hadn’t expected was for the little shit to be so fast. By the time Hunter made it out to the street, the man was several blocks away. And headed for the harbour.
Oh, hell no. You’re not getting away that easily.
Hunter took off, only he didn’t stick to the streets. First chance he got, he bounded up to the roof, and then he really let loose. He was stronger than humans, faster, and running from roof to roof, it showed. He covered distances quicker than should be possible, jumped gaps that no one else would dare. And he did it all with ease. It had been too damn long since he let loose like this, and it felt amazing.
The buildings ended at the harbour. Hunter came to a stop at the edge of the last roof, his breathing only a little ragged. He looked down at the street, and there was his bounty. The man had slowed to a walk, and while he had hi back to Hunter, he knew the little shit was grinning, believing he’d escaped. That he’d won the game once more.
That was his final mistake.
Hunter jumped to the ground, landed in a roll, and launched himself at the unsuspecting human. The man yelped as Hunter hit him hard between the shoulders, sending him sprawling across the dock. He flipped over quickly, took one look at Hunter, towering over him, and started crab crawling backwards away from him.
“Wait, wait, wait!” he said quickly. “Don’t hurt me, please! I - I can pay you. You want money?” He grabbed his fallen duffel and tossed it to Hunter. “It’s all yours. Just let me go.”
Hunter snatched the bag from the air. Dropped it neatly at his feet. And prowled with slow precision after his prey.
His screams could be heard all the way back at the bar.

Bash couldn't help it and let out a small chuckle, the idea of the Sins failing without him was rather hilarious. He was one of the youngest Sins, always looked over since they never expected much out of him. How useful was he, really? If he refused and they failed, Bash no idea what sort of consequences would come of it. All he knew was that he could mess with them about it for as long as they lived, dangle that little piece of shame over their heads for eternity. But was it worth it? The Sloth didn't know. He was torn; he wanted to be able to embarrass them for their failures sure, but then another part of him, a small part, didn't want to be the reason why they failed. Despite being the Sloth Sin he didn't always take pleasure in letting others down; he might be slow and take his time when doing something but at least it would get done eventually. "I'll go, but only because I don't want to be the reason they fail. If they fail it should be their own fault, I don't want them having a reason to hate me more than they already do." As for Lucifer's offer... there wasn't much that the Sloth Sin desired. He had as much as he wanted, and that wasn't very much. "Anything I want huh?... Hmm... I'll get back to you on that one." Lucifer wasn't one to throw around favors often, so this was something Bash needed to really think about. He wasn't going to ask for something pointless and take his offer for granted.

Date: Mon, June 10, 2019 Time: 13:00 Hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York ______________________________ Logan got all the way down the steps and to the lobby desk before he realized that the lump in his pocket was in fact his “missing” wallet. Time seemed to slow down for the Sin as he glanced blankly up at the lobby clerk before he felt the burning of eyes behind him. He couldn’t help but cringe, mind blanking as the itch grew stronger.
“Mr. Fredericksen, are you alright?” Logan flicked his absent gaze to the desk clerk, jaw taunt as he felt his bones rumble angrily beneath his skin. He forced a smile, straight white teeth gleaming reassuringly.
“Oh yes, thank you! Thank you very much,” He turned then, glancing over his shoulder and making deliberate eye contact with Lucifer. And then he turned and headed out doors and across the street to the nearest local coffee shop. He made no move to hurry, no rush to run. He’d rather treat the devil to coffee than let him know which room was his, if he could avoid it.
Better to just get it over with now, He thought, sighing as he felt the itch subside for a moment. Then, he felt it start and knew Lucifer would join him soon enough.

Lucifer watched with growing amusement as Envy realized he had been duped. He may very well have doubled over in laughter if he'd had even a smidgen less self-control. He couldn't resist a wink and a two finger salute when Envy made eye contact with him, though. This was turning out to be quite fun.
It only got better when Envy left. His target: the coffee shop across the street. Lucifer followed, but he made another quick pitstop in the alley to take his human form once more. Then, brushing invisible dust off his leather jacket, he headed after Envy.
A little bell rang out happily as he opened the shop's door. He ran his gaze over the interior, wondering briefly how humans could make all their coffee shops look different, and yet somehow all seem exactly the same. Or maybe that was just him. With a shrug of one shoulder, he turned and ambled over to where Envy was seated. He pulled out his chair and spun it around with a flourish before sitting in it backwards, the seat back in front of him. He crossed his arms over it and grinned.
"Hello, my little Envy."

Date: Tues, June 11, 2019 Time: 2:00 hours (EDT) Location: Bash's Apartment Complex Theater District just Northwest of Manhattan New York City, NY ____________________________________________ Lucifer nodded decisively. "Fair enough. You got a deal. Go to Central Park, Belvedere Castle, Wednesday night. Midnight." He couldn't resist. He winked. "Try not to be late, eh?" With a chuckle, he pushed off the railing, spun so he was still facing Sloth, and walked backward toward the door as he delivered his parting words. "And once your mission is completed, I'll owe you one. Whatever you want, whenever you want it. Hit me up, and I shall deliver. Now." He kicked open the door. "If you'll excuse me, I still have three more Sins to find." He saluted. "Later, gator!" And he was gone, leaving Sloth to his... slothiness.

Date: Mon, June 10, 2019 Time: 13:00 Hours (GMT-5) Location: New York City, New York ______________________________ Logan picked a booth in the far corner where they would hopefully be out of range of most human ears/eyes. He didn’t want to risk anyone getting involved, and honestly a small part of him didn’t want anyone else to be privy of his conversation with Lucifer because it was his conversation; He didn’t want to share his time with the Lord of Hell with anyone else, no matter how unexpected and nerve wracking it was.
He waited anxiously, judging how close Lucifer was getting by how strong the itch was pulling in his gut. So it ws no surprise to him when the devil appeared before him with a flourish. He did, however, feel a light blush at Lucifer’s greeting and felt his heart thump warmly in response. He hated how excited he got when Lucifer praised him or called him pet names; it was pathetic and weak and he couldn’t control it in the slightest.
”Hello. Long time no see. How’s hell?” Logan smiled slightly, trying to force himself to relax; there was no need to be on edge because he had nothing to hide, and he hadn’t done anything wrong, right?
Right.
His jaw twitched slightly as he fought the urge in him to allow his bones to pull apart and reconstruct. He knew no form would be able to be greater than Lucifer’s, and he hated that. It only made the itch burn more.
He wanted it to stop.
