((If it's alright with ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ as well, then yeah, I'll get Storm to widen her range and catch their scent ^^)) Smokepaw ~ Camp ~ @open
Smokepaw huffed in irritation as he rolled onto his stomach and cracked an eye open. Yawning widely, he grumbled to himself at being awake this early. 'I wonder if the Dawn Patrol is even away yet,' He thought ans he pushed himself to his paws and padded out of the Den, flopping down outside, he began grooming his wings. They always ended up extremely untidy in the mornings because he had a bad habit of sleeping on his back, wings splayed over the ground and paws in the air. He let his eyes roam the Camp, looking for his Mentor, Ashflower.
Redfeather ~ Camp ~ Bearstar (๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ )
Redfeather sat on a branch above Camp, looking down into the centre of SwampClan with a worried expression. Akryuzu's increased activity had him on edge, as it did most of the older Warriors. It had been a long time since the beast had been sighted, but he fully believed it was because they had been cautious, hadn't let down their guard and stuck to the Code. Shaking his head, he spread his wings and leapt from his branch. The thick-furred Warrior beat his wings a few times, before allowing himself to glide in a spiral down to the floor of Camp, landing with more grace that you'd expect from the large tom. Spotting Bearstar, he padded over to his Leader, ducking his head in respect. "Apologies for disturbing you, Bearstar," He rumbled, tail flicking calmly, "But I was wondering if you had anything that needs doing. I find myself at a bit of a loose end this morning."

(Ack, Iโm sorry for being so inactive on here! Itโs about 12:00 at night for me here right now so I donโt really have the time or awakeness to write something, but Iโll take a look at whatโs been going on since I last posted tomorrow and try to get something up.)

Feel free to have her join them Lycaonia !)
"Be careful." Mallowpool said quickly. She walked around a frond of undergrowth and came upon a grizzly scene. It was the corpse of a black bear, a very rare animal that was rarely seen around here. It's pelt was torn to shreds and it was missing nearly half of it's chest and stomach. Mallowpool didn't like it, but she walked over and took a closer look at the bite marks. She already knew what had killed it, only one thing could do this much damage, but she had to be sure. The corpse must have been a few days old as it was already in a more advanced stage of decomposition. But the large tooth marks were unmistakable "It was Akryuzu. We'll need to inform Bearstar." zero
Bearstar was glad for the distraction of the other warrior and turned away. He faced the warrior and said "The freshkill pile is low, but a patrol has already been sent out. You can take a border patrol out to the border with Akryuzu. Look for any signs of movement but stay away from the waters surface and don't let the trees cage you in."

Duckflight looked Palepaw up and down expectantly, twitching an ear. She had never had an apprentice of her own, though she wasn't about to admit that to the apprentice nor was she about to call after Sootglare for assistance. She took a deep breath and tried to recall what her mentor had done with her, what skills and lessons she had learned. She finally perked her ears upright. Palepaw was one of the older apprentices, right (Correct me if I'm wrong)? When she had been nearing the end of her apprenticeship, her mentor began to turn to her to teach him things, to test her knowledge on certain topics. Duckflight cleared her throat, speaking with as much confidence and authority as catly possible, "How about we try something different? I'll let you make the decision as to what we're going to do."
---- Pebblepaw padded after Sootglare as quietly as possible, head lowered slightly. He still wanted to complete the task he had set himself- impress Sootglare. But, he was well aware that Sootglare wouldn't take over-excited chatter of an apprentice well, nor would she take exaggerated swagger. She seemed like the type of cat to be more impressed by a quiet, calm and well-tempered warrior. So, that was what Pebblepaw would be for the day. He twitched his ear, his claws still digging into the ground ever so slightly as they padded through SwampClan territory. He wondered if they'd near anywhere Akryuzu had been just the night before. Out of pure instinct and forgetting the last few minutes of pondering and coming up with a battle plan, he characteristically chirped, "Do you think we'll see anywhere Akryuzu tampered with last night?" He winced instantly afterwards, thinking the question was silly.
---- Out of the corner of his eye, Slatewind spotted Beepaw. He twitched an ear at Specklefur's, and called to the apprentice, "Hey, Beepaw, we're about to go on patrol, fancy coming along?" --- ((I am so sorry for just dropping dead one day, but here's all my replies, I think. Let me know if I missed anything that makes these replies irrelevant! Also like I said if I got anything wrong let me know. Also sorry Zero and MiRen for the short answer,,, I didn't know how to get the patrol rp going again ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ zero @leafdawn ))

Thanks for replying!)
"Ok." Palepaw nodded, taking the decision in stride. He was happy to start making decisions. It would be good for him, and it would get him closer to becoming a warrior. In the end, it all worked out "How about we got over to the small river that runs through here? I remember Mallowpool saying that river fowls gather there to eat the smaller fish and bugs."
Sootglare whipped her attention back to Pebblepaw. Her expression made it look like she was going to snap at him, but instead all she said was "It's unlikely. The beast rarely leaves behind any signs. The clan has only ever seen damage done by it when cats go missing." she had had experience with the monster and knew it was important to educate the younger cats. No matter how much of a bother it was.

Stormsong ~ Around Camp ~ Mallowpool (๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ), Mudsprout (zero ) Stormsong lazily winged her way in an increasing circle around Camp, looking for any signs of predators. She was about to head back and find a few cats to possibly go hunting, when a familiar scent caught her nose. Instinctively, her wings tilted to follow it as her eyes scanned the area, looking for her sister. She landed on a large branch, frowning down at where Mallowpool and Mudsprout were standing. Flapping her wings, she pushed herself off the branch and glided down to the pair. "Mallowpool, Mudsprout?" She meowed as she landed behind the pair, tucking her silver wings into her sides and staring at the massive corpse, "What's going on?"((Regarding Redfeather taking out a patrol, do you mind if I tag everyone to see who's willing to go, I'm not sure who all is active, especially since I was a bit stuck myself for a while.))

Lycaonia
Mallowpool held out her wing so no one got closer "It looks like the works of Akryuzu. Nothing else here could tear apart something this big." she took a hesitant step forwards and sniffed at the corpse. It didn't smell good, of course, but she caught the scent of the monster. It was all around it's territory and it was hard to miss on something like this. An animal torn apart by the monster itself "We need to tell Bearstar." she decided "But I want to get all the information before we do..."

Mudsprout wrinkled his muzzle when the air shifted and sent the stench of the body towards him. He had taken chare of numerous sick and injured cats, but the scent of death was never easy. Honestly, he didn't know how Mallowpool could stand being so close to the rotting body. He wanted to get out as soon as possible. Unfurling his wings, Mudsprout opened his jaws to call the other warrior when a voice broke the silence. The tom nearly jumped out of his fur before he recognized Stormsong. Great Starclan, he hoped there wasn't a patrol coming this way. Apprentices shouldn't see a sight like this. He scented the air while the two warriors spoke and through the scent of death, he couldn't detect any cat or beast. He relaxed a fraction.
"Let's go back to camp. I can collect herbs from a different spot later." He said regretful to leave his patch he had so carefully raised but he knew not to risk the lives of his clanmates for a couple of roots. In a couple of beats, he was in the sky, waiting for others to take his lead and go back to report.
---
Beepaw was flopped on a branch. Her wings and legs hanging limp as she relaxed in the sun. Well, all the sun which could sneak through the thick canopy. She was still comfy enough to be half-asleep. Her ears twitched in response to her mentor's call but her mind was slower to follow. "What was that?" She said groggy and mostly speaking to herself at this point. It took more time than it should have to put the voice to the cat. She woke up with a jolt and sprang to her paws. "Yes!" She shouted. Her head nearly spun as she looked for her mentor. After seeing her mentor standing still and not leaving her, she did manage to calm down and hop branches over to him. "Where are we going?" She asked.
