The isolated landscape before you is not a beautiful place. Here the winds are bitter, the ground underfoot unstable and the air tastes stale of any hint of existence. The scent of life feels like merely a distant dream by now, and any sane cat might well have turned tail and bolted far from this lonely moorside. Still you remain statuesque, no matter how your hammering heart demands otherwise. Legends gather around this place as hungry birds circle injured prey. Despite its lack of beauty, word has spread that this place is something special. This is the only place still known that the stars shine, happiness prospers and the dark has not yet staked its claim. But as your gaze wanders the empty fields rolling for miles around you, even the most optimistic cat might struggle to battle the feelings of despair. And after the life you have lived, and fought so hard to leave. Optimism is a fading memory, and faith is something you lost a long time ago. Now you are simply left to hope the legends aren't myths.

The cats of HazeClan tend to vary quite widely in terms of build, the diverse nature of our territory in terms of both hilly terrain and flat areas allowing for an advantage one way or the other, so no singular characteristic in terms of muscularity is most common. Thick coats do tend to provide an advantage for our cats to protect against the bitter winds frequenting the territory, and wide-set paws to aid with finding purchase on the rocky landscape of the HazeClan. Darker coats are more common, though not an absolute within the clan, meaning cats with greys, blacks and browns making up their coat frequent HazeClan ranks.
In Summary Common Features Are: ♦ Thick coated cats. ♦ Colours of darker shades are most common coat pelts. ♦ Wideset paws are advantageous. ♦ Varying muscularity.
Ancient Oak Hill. Though not the tallest point in HazeClan, it is known for its population of old oak trees, perfect for squirrel hunting.
Canyonplace. A crater carved into the eastern side of the territory, a perfect opportunity for hunting the birds inhabiting its crevices.
Foraging Foothill. An opportune place to hunt rabbits and hares is this small foothill, populated widely by bushes and a small warren.
Inferno Cascade. A small waterfall leading down to the Tumbling Pass Creek, named for the great blaze that burned here many moons ago.
Lightning Lake. Central to the territory is its main water source, marked by two forking stream inlets providing water to the lake. Painted Fells. A rather steep hillside to the east of the Lightning Lake, called such for the blossom trees inhabiting its landscape.
Tumbling Pass. The path for crossing through mountains, named for the frequent landslides here. Characterised by the small creek at its foot. Whistling Peak. HazeClan's tallest point, known for the especially windy conditions which give rise to its name.
Settled within a branch of the canyonplace, in what is believed to have been a dry riverbed from long ago is HazeClan Camp. Inhabited by a small pond at its heart providing water to the cats. Leader's Den. Providing a home for the leader and their mate is a rather small crevice in the east side of camp, opening up into a small cave within the camp wall. Medicine Cat Den Settled in the corner of camp is a small tumble of rocks, gathered and placed into a tepee like formation providing a shelter for the medicine cat within. Warrior's Den. HazeClan's largest den is in the form of a rather massive cave within the camp walls, situated on multiple levels provides plenty of room for the warriors and potential future growth..
Apprentice's Den. Cats in training to become warriors spend their nights within the shelter provided by a fallen tree propped against a corner of camp, covered in ivy to shelter from the elements. Nursery. Found at the centre of the camp's back wall is a large fallen log, hollowed inside but with the roots in tact, the den is small but cosy, and apt at keeping kittens out of mischief.
Elder's Den. Retired cats of HazeClan spend their remaining moons sleeping in a cat crafted fox earth, its chambers providing a sleeping area for the elders.

Wolfstar. Quiet and collected are apt descriptors of this muscular warrior, built on a reasonably tall form. Whilst he doesn't tower over the majority of cats, he definitely carries himself with the air of someone capable of leading. Coated in a thick pelt of dark brown tabby fur, it grows into a lighter, gingery brown at the underside and hips, with splash marks of white irregularly across his frame. Wolfstar's eyes are a rather dark greyish blue colour. Good natured, level headed and intelligent, this experienced tom has the needs of his clan at heart, but isn't infallible when it comes to failure or missteps. He will do anything for his clan, yet keeps his circle of true friends rather tight and close to his chest, though is willing to let everyone believe they are close to him, the truth tends to vary. 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
This position is open, feel free to claim it! @screenname
Dustwhisker is a tall, light brown tabby she-cat with medium length fur, a bushy tail, and long legs. Her face is well-proportioned with huge green eyes that make her face look a little bit surprised . Efficient, quick-witted, and good at her job, Dustwhisker never fails to succeed when given a task. Her loyalty to HazeClan is fierce. She is stuck to the warrior code firmly too, as rule-following is a must for her. Despite coming off as cold, snappy, or too stuck to the rules, she always means well and wants the absolute best for all of her clanmates. radiolizard Wheatpaw's coat is the same hazy, cozy golden of which she gets her name sake. Her base coat is a deep golden, and layered on top of that are marbled tabby markings of a darker golden. She has a big fluffy tail that is fluffed to look almost like a stalk of wheat. She has medium length fur that is very thick and wild, and due to her hectic schedule, she hardly finds the time to keep it all under control. She has a dainty build, one that hasn't seen the fevered pitch of battle, or has hardly hunted. She has a warm expression always to her face, and glowing dark green eyes. Ever since she could first walk and talk, and take in the world around her, Wheatpaw wanted to be a medicine cat. It's what she felt called to do. Everyday she could as a kit she would sneak to the medicine cats den and watch Dustwhisker work. Wheatpaw doesn't particularly have a natural born talent to be a medicine cat, but her determination is enough to rule past that. In a lot of ways, Wheatpaw still acts like a kit. She is very excitable, and it's easy for her to drift away and stop paying attention to her given tasks. She is very playful, and harbors the same hyper energy that a kitten does. But, she also knows when to be mature, and has a deep understanding of the emotions of others. Wheatpaw is a wonderful friend, someone who knows when to give an ear, and listen. But, when it comes to her own emotions, Wheatpaw struggles to get a handle on them. Her emotions always take the driving seat in her mind, leading her to make impulse decisions based on how she's feeling. Lacking any intuition, sometimes it feels like this molly is just along for the ride in the chaos of her head.

This unpredictable tom is aptly named is as wild as the flames embodied in the ginger of his thick coat. Lean, small of stature and swift footed, this mischievous and playful young warrior is rather immature in the eyes of most and whilst that isn't inaccurate his good nature and lack of malice make him an easy friend to make and keep. A good listener who doesn't expect much in return for his friendship, except perhaps the odd play fight or wrestle, he is happy to go moons without speaking but jump right back into being the best of friends the next day. A is a smaller built tom, with a pale, creamy ginger coloured tom, he is splashed white at the chest and muzzle, with eyes of bright yellow colour. 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ Barkpool. Barkpool, despite his soft-sounding name, is a muscular and strong young tom. With a heavy-set and stocky body covered by layers of thick black fur, he is built for strength. Even all this fluff can’t hide the fact that he is one of the most intimidating-looking cats in the clan. In reality he is quite easygoing and enjoys to socialize or crack jokes, still an apprentice at heart. His carefree attitude does not carry over to the battlefield, however. When in a battle he is nimbler than his build suggests and is a ruthless fighter. Of course, he prefers peace and would never start any unnecessary fights. radiolizard Bouncefire. Bouncefire gets his name well, for his fur is as bright and orange as the sun. This tomcat has thick, mildly fluffy fur, that would be much more unkempt if he didn't keep on top of it constantly. He has a lithe build, not exactly muscular or large, but more slender and built for bursts of speed. He has particularly fluffy chest fur that is a darker orange color, and along his coat are small markings of lighter orange in random spots, lending him almost a tabby like appearance, though not really. He has bright, energetic green eyes and a red nose. Bouncefire acts first and asks questions later. Reckless, rather irresponsible, childish, are just a few words to describe him. He never backs down from a challenge, being probably one of the most competitive cats in the clan. He is quick to make bets, even when he thinks he'll lose, but he's always trying to prove himself. Bouncefire has a cool facade, trying to maintain the image that things roll of off him like water, even though they really don't. Bouncefire is hesitant to share his feelings with others, and used to have a lot of deepseeded insecurities about his sexuality, until he opened up about them to his partner, and became mate's with Wolfstar. Bouncefire is quick to tell a lie if it will make others happy, and doesn't think before he talks, which often gets him into a lot of trouble. He can't resist pulling pranks on others, and sometimes his jokes can come across as cruel, but this lacks the intuition to notice that. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Darkowl. Massive to the point of being intimidating, this handsome tom is muscular and built like a brick wall, capable when it comes to the battlefield, he can outmatch the majority of opponents when it comes to strength, but tends not to be the fastest. Darkowl is cloaked in a coat of pitch black, not deviating in colour except for the eyes which are a rather stunning icy blue colour. This is a quiet tom, preferring to keep himself to himself wherever possible, and preferring isolation to socialisation at any time. This older tom is never one to use ten words where a couple would do just well, it takes a lot for cats to get close to him, but once they do they will discover a loyal cat. 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
Heathersway. Heathersway lends a bad stereotype to females everywhere in that she acts exactly like how someone might assume they should act. This is all a fancy way of saying that Heathersway is air headed. There is no doubt that the shecat is beautiful, with a very light creamy orange base coat, and light sketchings of pale zigzagging through her fur. She has a long furred coat that can be extremely fluffy and messy, if she didn't keep it constantly clean. She has sharp features, but they seem smoother because of her fluffy fur. With a little pink nose, and big, doe like orange eyes. She has a dainty figure, one that makes you question if this shecat has ever even seen battle. She surely doesn't have any scars that would make one assume so. She has a lean body that would be great for running long distances, if she actually bothered to do so. But what this shecat lacks in muscle she makes up for in heart. Heathersway is a very kind, bubbly cat, one who excels in social situations. She finds it easy to make friends because of her funny and charming personality. But, in all honesty Heathersway is bad at reading social cues, and finds it hard to maintain tight friendships, despite her ability to quickly make them. She isn't smart, at all, and on the scale of emotional to logical minded she is far on the emotional side. She acts before she thinks, and she acts based on how she feels, making her extremely impulsive. Heathersway is not one to come to if you are having problems with something that requires a plan. But if you're in need of support, or someone to talk to and listen and care for you, Heathersway is always there. Fiercely loyal, even if her memory is too short to remember who she's loyal to, and very dependable, when she can remember what you're depending on her to do.
Ivycloud. Ivycloud is a small cat, a trait of hers she has grown to accept. She has thick fur, which can make her appear larger than she actually is. She is a dilute calico she-cat, with soft greys, oranges, white, and browns creating a patchwork of colorful fur. She has dark yellow eyes. Tufts of fur poke out of her ears and paws, but she likes to keep herself well groomed. Ivycloud is a strong warrior, despite her smaller than average size. She isn't the best fighter out there, but she won't give up in a fight until her clan is safe. Some might say this is one of her biggest flaws; She never knows when to give up. This also includes during arguments, battles, and anything else. She's as stubborn as they come, but generally she is a friendly, outgoing cat. Louis Littleleopard. In the interest of truthfulness, Littleleopard looks much more like a cheetah than she does a leopard. This slender, practically emaciated molly has the coat of a cheetah, a bright golden base coat, with black spots littering her coat. Her chest and underbelly are a soft cream color, and her ears are strangely curbed. She has a long, slender tail, with incredibly short, sleek fur that does little against the cold. Her eyes are a deep hue of purple, and her facial features are very short. Littleleopard has the personality of a roaring, raging fire. Hot, destructive, unrelenting, unapologetic, and so on. She is loud and very opinionated, and not afraid to stand up so that her voice is heard. To some, she can come across as obnoxious, but even the angriest warrior can't deny that she does much to help her clan. Littleleopard is determined to be leader, her ambition unmatched. She will do anything to continue on her path to greatness, and what she does, she does well. Littleleopard shows a natural talent in leading others, and is a very capable warrior. Not having the body to match a larger cat in aggressive combat, Littleleopard instead relies on battle tactics to turn the tide in battle. She is a very skilled hunter, with an incredible ability to sprint very, very fast. Don't be off put by her aggressive temper, however, this molly is actually quite good humored if you take the time. Sometimes it can feel like stepping around eggshells around her though, as she can have an explosive temper if one talks or acts wrongly in front of her. Above all else, she values the warrior code, and loyalty to her clan. Her mate used to be Marshfoot, but the two had a huge dispute over kits, and have since broken off their relationship, and now avoid each other at all costs. Littleleopard despises the idea of being a mother, saying that it would do nothing but get in her way to becoming leader of HazeClan.
Marshfoot. Marshfoot, unlike the name might suggest, is an incredibly handsome tom, with a deep chestnut brown coat with lighter brown weaving about it in a tabby pattern. He has a white muzzle and chest, and little white socks. He is a massive tom, with bulking muscle that is concealed from his thick, coarse fur. He is heavy, making it easy for him to take down opponents, and his sheer size can send outsiders home quivering. Marshfoot's tail is large and fluffy, and his eyes are a deep yellow. His look is completed with little tufts at the top of his ears. Although he may look scary, Marshfoot is a gentle giant, and he's also very, very embarrassing to be around. Marshfoot was born to be a dad, his deep voice rings out with kind humor, he's always cracking dadesque jokes, and is quick to humiliate you in public by telling you how proud he is of you. He wears his emotions on his sleeve, practically being an open book. As one might expect, he is also extremely protective over those that he cares about, and always wants to be present in his friends and family's life. Family is something that he holds to a high authority. Marshfoot would break the warrior code in a heartbeat if it meant keeping his loved ones safe, or happy. His mate used to be Littleleopard, but the two had a huge dispute over kits, and have since broken off their relationship, and now Littleleopard avoids him at all at costs. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Runninghare. A predominantly white furred young tom, he is patched in colours of pale brown dapples all across his back and body, especially across his face in a mask like feature. He is a smaller tom, built with a slender frame atop muscled legs that make him a talented climber and runner, though less when it comes to fighting. His eyes are a soft, greenish blue colour tinted slightly with silver towards the iris. Runninghare is a good natured young cat, loyal and courageous to the point of being dangerous, but is surprisingly shy. Particularly around those he doesn't know too well, but at the centre he is a kind tom willing to do what is necessary to keep his loved ones safe. 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
Snakehiss. Snakehiss has a slender body, a body type that he knows how to take advantage of. He is a quick and agile tom, with stamina greater than one might expect. He is definitely not the one to win fights off of brute strength alone, as he isn't the strongest cat around. Snakehiss has a pelt with a mixture of colors, with the base being a light brown. He has dark tabby markings, with hints of a lighter brown on his muzzle and underbelly. His chest, throat, jaw, paws, and underbelly are covered in white. You would think as a cat without the muscles to win a fight with a larger cat, that he'd be less confrontational, but alas, you'd be wrong. In fact, he would be the first cat to start a fight with strangers. Many underestimate him because of his smaller size, but like a real snake, he uses speed and strategy to his advantage. He is often described as unpredictable, short-tempered, and intimidating.
Batpaw.
Hue's of smokey grey and muted black make up this tom's massive, fluffy coat. The sheer amount of fur on this toms coat makes him look much larger than he really is underneath; big, but not nearly as intimidating as his brother, Darkowl. Batpaw's base coat is a smokey black, yet on his fluffy chest, underbelly, and legs there is a creamy grey color. He also has this coloration on the tufts of his ear tips, and in a single stripe along his back. He has dark, brooding yellow eyes. For being only an apprentice, Batpaw acts as though he's already a warrior. This smokey tom doesn't have a scarp of 'fun' in him, he is very serious, to the point, and determined to get things done fast, and get them done right. He holds the warrior code to the highest regard, and his loyalty is without fault. It's hard for Batpaw to make friends because he seems stunted with social situations, he never initiates conversation, unless it is to do with work assigned tasks. His emotions always seem to be in a steady grey area, never letting his temper rise, but never appearing happy, even when everyone around him is joyous. Batpaw never spares a waking moment of work, he is always keeping his paws busy with something, never seeming to take a break. He doesn't open up about his feelings to anyone, some wonder if he even has any...
Silentpaw. Silentpaw is easy to pity. He's a young cat with little family left, but he can't stand to see others pity him. He's very strong-willed and independent, and refuses to let anything tear him down. He can be quite sharp-tongued when he wants to be, but that's only if he talks at all. If there is one thing that everyone knows about Silentpaw, it's that he's rather, well, silent. He doesn't like to talk much, and really only talks when spoken to. And that's only if he's in a good mood. He's not afraid to raise his voice when he's angry, however. Dealing with his emotions is one of his best qualities, as he never let's them get the best of him. But when he's angry, he has a hard time keeping his quiet demeanor. Once you become friends with Silentpaw, he's as loyal as they come. He's very good at giving advice, and he's quite intelligent for his age. He can also be a bit lazier than he likes to admit. Silentpaw is a very light cream colored cat with dark brown points. He has thick fur and a muscular body. Louis

Dawnthistle. Hardly the friendliest of cats, and about as far as possible from what one might consider motherly. Dawnthistle is known for being sharp of wit and equally sharp of tongue. Whilst not the best fighter, don't get into a verbal argument with her, as you will feel her wrath at the slightest wrongdoing. Criticising and intelligent, if it weren't for her talents in terms of tracking and hunting, she might well have been exiled moons ago merely for her temperament. A calico, she is mainly painted in black, with dapples of orange and white scattered across her small frame. Despite her more obvious flaws, she is loyal to the bone and willing to defend anything she believes in, regardless of how small. 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
She is clearly her mother’s daughter, appearance-wise. With fluffy orange, white, and dark calico-tabby fur, her presence is quite a sight to see and her personality reflects this too. A sharp, spunky she-cat, Briarkit does not have the same softness that her name would imply. She strives to impress others (especially her father) and defends her siblings aggressively. Fighting seems to be in her blood and perhaps impulsivity too, as Briarkit tends to make quick. decisions on a whim. Her fiery attitude is quite the sight to see! radiolizard
Jaggedkit. It's not hard to guess who Jaggedkit's parents are. He is almost a spitting image of his father; He has the same, dark grey base coat with black, jagged stripes. He has less white on his body than his father, and his pelt overall is a little darker. He is also missing the light brown spots that his father has. The most obvious difference between him and his father is their personality. Jaggedkit is extremely friendly and kind hearted, loyal to his clan to the bone. He loves socializing with his clan mates and making friends. He is a strong believer in resolving problems with words rather than claws, and will only fight unless he thinks it is absolutely necessary. Jaggedkit is very approachable, and many would describe him as a great friend and good listener.
Pebblekit. Similar to her name sake, when Pebblekit was born she was only the size of a pebble. This extremely small, pure grey kitten has still kit soft fur, and her ears naturally curl downwards in a fold. She is awkwardly portioned, small, but with a big tail that she often trips over. She has medium length fur that she keeps as clean as she can. Light colorations of blue spots dot along her face, but no where else on her body. Her eyes are a solver grey. Most people think that Pebblekit is mute, as she has rarely ever spoken to anyone in her clan. She is quiet, not even speaking to her own family, but this doesn't mean she is shy. Pebblekit is actually very bouncy and playful, and follows whatever her siblings are doing with reckless abandon. She would likely waltz straight out of camp if she saw that her siblings were doing it, never thinking for herself. When she's not following her brother and sister, she's following her mother, Dawnthistle. Whenever there's any sign of conflict, her mother is the first person Pebblekit runs to. Being the runt of the litter, most assume that Pebblekit isn't as... developed as her siblings, not just physically, but mentally, and they would be right. Pebblekit isn't dumb, but she is a very slow learner, and doesn't grasp things the same way that others do. She seems to be aware of her short comings however, and is ashamed of them. She is always trying to impress her father, Snakehiss, and feels as though he doesn't like her as much as her siblings... 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Open, feel free to join as! @screenname

To those outside the Clan, the group behind the mists are only legends and myths. But to HazeClan, the reality of day to day life is all too brutal. Hidden from the rest of the world by the thick mists and fogs which disguise our lands from view. HazeClan is believed to be the only place left where the darkness hasn't taken over, and the stars still shine overhead. Outside our lands, there is nothing but darkness and war. At least that is what we believed for so long. But we are about to be proven wrong, when a group of cats find their way through the mist, requesting sanctuary here from the wars ravaging the rest of our little world. After much convincing, they are accepted on a temporary basis. Yet their promise of leaving never comes to pass, and by the time any of us realise something is going wrong, there is nothing to stop our home crumbling to dust. For these newcomers didn't come with the intentions of seeking peace, but reaping the war the tearing through everything else. These cats are members of the dark forest, and they want our homes for themselves. To turn the last light place into the darkness devouring everything else. And as they seep their claws into the clan, it seems like they have succeeded. Our leader killed, his lives stripped by the destruction of our connection to StarClan, the newcomer's leader takes over for good. Everyone that isn't considered useful are exiled from the clan, this believed to be a death sentence to anyone not allied to the dark forest by now. The remnants, young kits, apprentices and a handful of mothers as well as the medicine cats are left to watch their loved ones dissapear through the mists that kept us safe or so long. But we were wrong about what was left in the outside world, and we aren't about to go down without a fight. Leader: Wolfstar; 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ . Medicine Cat: Open; left behind with the clan. Louis Apprentice Open to a sibling Remnant?

Yes to all three of the role requests, and I adore the idea of Snakehiss being both a brother to Wolfstar and an eventual traitor, that could be a superbly interesting dynamic!!! Ivycloud and Dawnthistle could e sisters if you like? that could be good fun Let me know if this is throwing too many things at you at once, and I'll back off if so, but Snakehiss and Dawnthistle might make for interesting mates if you're up for it? Let me know
Last thing; can you add your character images to the form please? and there is a password if you could have a wee nosy around for that XD

Myth of The Mists
Bouncefire Bouncefire gets his name well, for his fur is as bright and orange as the sun. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Rank: Warrior. Mate: Wolfstar. Siblings: Open. Parents: Open. Role Request: Exile.
Heathersway Heathersway lends a bad stereotype to females everywhere in that she acts exactly like how someone might assume they should act. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Rank: Warrior Siblings: Maybe Ivycloud and Dawnthistle? Parents: Open. Role Request: Traitor. (Must be corrupted first)
Littleleopard In the interest of truthfulness, Littleleopard looks much more like a cheetah than she does a leopard. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Rank.: Warrior, maybe even deputy? Ex-Mate: Marshfoot. Siblings: Open. Parents: Open. Role Request: Exile.
Marshfoot Marshfoot, unlike the name might suggest, is an incredibly handsome tom, with a deep chestnut brown coat with lighter brown weaving about it in a tabby pattern. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Rank.: Warrior Ex-Mate: Littleleopard. Siblings: Maybe Barkpool? Role Request: Exile.
Wheatpaw Wheatpaw's coat is the same hazy, cozy golden of which she gets her name sake. 𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Rank.: Medicine Cat Apprentice (Would be willing to be the medicine cat that sticks behind for the plot) Siblings: Maybe Silentpaw? Parents: Open. Role Request: Exile or Medicine Cat that stays behind.
𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Apprentice. Siblings: Darkowl is his brother. Parents: Open. Role Request: Remnant.
𝘊𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 ꕤ Kit Siblings: Briarkit and Jaggedkit. Parents: Snakehiss and Dawnthistle. Role Request: Remnant.
Pepper A hideous monster to look at, Pepper resembles a snake, with a very long, lanky body, his torso scrawny but long. His fur is extremely short, practically appearing just as skin, and large dark pink scars tear all throughout his coat, making him look like a ribbon of skin. He has a rat like tail, thin shoulders and a nearly emaciated waist. He has a very triangular head, with giant ears, and wide oval golden eyes that look sickly. Pepper's body tells a story that he otherwise seems incapable of telling, never so much as parting a word about his past. This tom is manipulative, and as cunning as a fox. He understands people very well, and knows just what to say and how to say it to make you think what he wants you to think. When he's wearing his mask, he seems like a charmer, with a smooth, cool voice and great sense of humor. He appears capable of showing sympathy, and even love. But, without his mask, Pepper is revealed to be a slimy, revenge hungry rat who would sacrifice anything as long as it meant his ultimate plan be finished. This tom doesn't seem capable of showing actual emotion, but rather only mimicking them. However, because of his deceptive, and secretive nature, one wouldn't realize when he is mimicking. With a cold, calculating nature, and patience to match, Pepper is a cat who waits for his prey to come to him. He formulates plans before he runs to do anything, and in the face of defeat, he has a violent, and destructive temper. @cactsubloom Rank: Outsider. Siblings: Open. Role Request: Newcomer Leader.

My usual coding will come in the morning. I’m on an iPad and didn’t have the aforethought to put code together for characters before putting away my laptop, I’m truly a genius.
Dawnthistle - + - + - As the watery morning sunlight slowly bathed camp in a quiet golden glow, the day had already begun in a pessimistic light for the nursery’s calico inhabitant. For a cat who prided herself on being an early riser, the queen was mortified to discover she had slept late. Though by the standards of any sane creature, the hour wouldn’t have been considered early by any means, Dawnthistle detested the idea of being regarded as lazy. She was pregnant, not dying of illness, a mantra seen found herself repeating on the daily by now. Her flanks rounded with the life she carried, the prospect of motherhood had done little to effect the sharp witted queen’s temperament. The end of the world would likely put little difference in the young queen’s attitude. Weaving her way with varying degrees of patience through the nursery nests until she had pushed through the den entrance, the queen paused in a thoughtful manner. Her stomach rumbling a little at the very thought of prey to fill her stomach, but for now she didn’t move to satisfy her hunger. Despite her qualms against being confined to the nursery, even she wasn’t so stubborn to leave to stretch her legs this close to her kitting. All the same she refused to sit idle, she would at least try to do something productive before taking something for herself, no matter how appealing the thought might be in that moment. Grimacing at the sensation of renewed hammering kicks from within her flanks, seemingly her unborn appeared to find distaste in the lack of immediate feeding as their mother awoke. Rolling her eyes at the sensation, it would no doubt be interesting to see the expectant shecat become a mother, if not pitiful for the little life’s she would bring into the world. Turning her attention into anything other than the thought of rumbling hunger, her gaze flickered quietly across camp with a flick of her dappled tail, seeming to contemplate for a moment as she decided what to do with her morning. For a heartbeat her thoughts danced to her mate, but she knew he would likely be busy with tasks of his own that morning, not something she held against him. They all had dutiesto fulfil, Dawnthistle merely wished she had something to busy her own paws.

haha no worries c: s n a k e h i s s
Snakehiss and his mate were similar in a couple aspects, one of them being that they were both early risers. In fact, that's how they managed to bond in the first place; In their morning patrols together. It was early morning, and of course the skinny tom had been up for a while already A limp rodent was clenched in his jaws as he pushed through the entrance to his clans camp. His fur was slightly damp with morning dew and fog rubbing off on his pelt. As he looked around, more cats had awoken since he left. One cat in particular caught his eye; Dawnthistle. The she-cat that was carrying his kits was now awake, and he could only guess that she was hungry. With that in mind, he walked right past the fresh-kill pile and over to her. He dropped the food at her feet, a gift that he hoped she would be grateful for. "Well good morning. Finally someone decided to wake up." He meowed in a light-hearted manner and a small twitch of his whiskers. Not many cats got to see this side of the usually sharp-tongued tom. And even so, some light-hearted teasing was about the most pleasant this tom got, except for on his especially good days. "You look hungry, and don't even bother trying to argue because I'm not going to bring this fresh-kill back to the pile, so you might as well just eat it." Lately, whenever he looked at Dawnthistle, the only thing he could think about was the upcoming due date of his kits. He had never wanted kits, but here he was not long from having some of his own. All he knew was that he would raise them to be tough, strong warriors like himself. He wouldn't let any soft warrior influence them to be weak; He would never let anyone with his blood grow up to be weak. He wasn't worried, however. Dawnthistle was a strong warrior as well and he knew that with the both of them parenting them, his kits would turn out fine.

Sorry! Went to bed, replying now. Dawnthistle - - - Camp, with Snakehiss, Louis
In truth the slender warrior heard her mate coming before she spotted or smelled him. In the deep moons of pregnancy, the pretty calico felt that her senses were turned to eleven. Even by her usual standards, it felt as though everything was being as loud as possible around her. An instinct most soon to be mothers, as annoying as it tended to be there were some advantages to it. Namely that even shadows would struggle to creep up on her. Growling at his comment, but the sound was predominantly a playful one as she resisted the urge to batter at his ears in response. Namely due to the fact it would likely topple her over due to the imbalance caused by the roundness of her stomach. The queen grumbled, lifting herself carefully to her paws and brushed her chin against his in greeting. "Hmm, well your brood kept me up for most of the night with their incessant kicking, forgive me if I had a bit of a sleep in,". she responded with a flick of her tail. Lowering her muzzle to swipe at the round of her stomach with a few rasps of her tongue, pulling pieces of bedding from her thick tricolour belly fur. Whiskers twitching with a degree of amusement when, as though merely to prove her point, the kittens renewed their attempts at turning her insides to jelly. "I'm beginning to think the clan's next litter will actually be baby hares, not kittens," she grumbled with a hint of a chuckle to her melodic tone. Though only an observant cat might have noticed truly, the slender queen was careful in her choice of words. Though little could be done about it now, the shecat only ever seemed to refer to her kittens as though it wsn't happening to her. Like she was a passive watcher, almost in denial about what was to come in a few days. Dawnthistle had never picutred herself as the motherly type, but it seemed as though she was going to have to learn, and quickly. She had no doubts that her mate would prove to be a fine father, a strong and fine warrior who no doubt would raise their offspring into strong warriors much like himself. Dawnthistle doubted herself, not that the proud and sharp tongued queen would ever admit her fears of failure aloud. I was built for hunting and tracking, not mothering mewling kittens. She lowered her gaze with a quiet sigh, but disguised the gesture by licking at her stomach again. Before straightening, seeming to be of the opinion she was as clean as she was going to be. Seeming to contemplate her mate's offer for a heartbeat or two, admittedly she was hungry and the opportunity to spend a moment sharing a meal with her loved one for a little while. Given her confinement to the nursery of recent, their time together had become limited as her mate was drawn away with duties. That short time would become even less when the kittens were born, and she would no doubt find herself imprisoned in the den all the more to care for her kits. "Fine," she admitted with a flick of her tail. Touching her nose to her mate's cheek in a noncommittal manner, "But at least share it with me," it felt like moons since they had conversed properly. Even when they had, the predominant subject of conversation seemed to always be their impending parenthood.

DustwhiskerDustwhisker is a tall, light brown tabby she-cat with medium length fur, a bushy tail, and long legs. Medicine Cat Open to siblings Myth of the Mist
Barkpool Barkpool, despite his soft-sounding name, is a muscular and strong young tom. Aw, thanks! I understand. because I’m new to the forums. This is an RP sample from a previous one I did with my friends on another site.
Lilyfoot - Camp -
She woke up to the sun streaming straight into her eyes, and rose to her paws for a stretch before padding out into the camp. With a little yawn, Lilyfoot sat down outside the warriors’ den. Everyone else seemed to be absorbed in whatever they were doing. No one approached her as she soaked up the sunlight and gave her light ginger pelt a quick groom. All the patrols were already out, it seemed. Was there anything to do? Eventually boredom took her over, and she scanned the camp for someone to talk to. Arrowclaw seemed to be alone, sitting near the fresh-kill pile. He wasn’t too bad to talk to. She made a confident beeline towards him, striding along quickly. Once she had reached him she dipped her head respectfully.
“Hello Arrowclaw! Fine day today, isn’t it!” Lilyfoot exclaimed cheerfully, sitting down beside the older warrior and deftly hooking a rabbit from the nearby fresh-kill pile. “Care to share?” She asked. “I really don’t mind,” the happy young she-cat added quickly as she nudged the rabbit towards him.

Wolfstar- - - Whereabouts, with whom, @tags
.A thin streak of sunlight breached through the crevice like entrance of the leader's den, rousing the massive tom cat from what had been a rather comfortable doze. Blinking open his grey eyes, to find the nest around him empty of his mate, he might have worried had it not been for his faith in Bouncefire's capabilities to defend himself. And the fact even he's not mad enough to go around getting himself into trouble in the midst of leafbare, his gaze lit with a quiet fondness. But the moment of warmth was short lived as he lifted himself to his paws, and pulled free of the confines of the leader's den, and into the canyon he knew as home. Casting a contemplative gaze around camp, taking his surroundings in with quiet caution. Not that he felt any need to be wary in the camp, of all places this was likely the safest place within the hills for any cat to be. Only an insane creature would attempt to breach the walls of this camp, Yet he never felt caution was out of place, the Clan was his to protect and Wolfstar wasn't about to take the safety of his Clan for granted. With kittens born any moment, the tom already had plans to reinforce camp just to be certain nothing would threaten the safety of camp. But tasks of that nature could wait for a little while just yet, new life wouldn't be born into the clan for at least a couple of days just yet. And given the bitter nature of the territory right now, Wolfstar needed to prioritise the time of his warriors into where it was needed the most. And for today, the matter most important at hand was taking out a hunting patrol. A usually quite simple affair, but nowadays very little seemed simplistic in nature. Leafbare was already beginning to take its toll, and though Wolfstar had the good fortune of a bulky coat and a muscled frame to hide his own hunger. Wolfstar could recognise in his clan their increasing hunger and consequent weakness. Most of them were too proud to admit it, but the deeper into the cold moons his clan descended, the more they seemed to be struggling. It might have been a natural part of clan life, but the tom despised seeing his clanmates suffer. We're lucky we've not yet lost anyone, Wolfstar could only hope that it would last until the weather brightened up a little. Flicking his tail from side to side as he looked around camp in search of clanmates to bring with him. The intention was to take a patrol to the eastern foothills, where rabbits could be found foraging even during the harsher climate. He prayed that the cold hadn't driven even them to ground. Trying not to allow pessimism to overtake his mindset, the tom settled to the edge of camp. Prepared to wait for his clanmates to become more active before expecting too much of them.
Amberblaze- - - Whereabouts, with whom, @tags
Morning wasn't what woke Amberblaze but the call of a clanmate for him to leave his nest and join them on a patrol to the eastern side of the hillsides, checking the edges of the mists on that side of the landscape. Whilst not his ideal beginning to a day, but the handsome tom had done so without too many qualms or complaints. Even if the result of it was that he was left feeling as though he had been dragged backwards through a bush, managing to smack through every branch on his way. In fact the tom looked rather identical to someone who had been through a similar scenario. Returning to camp just as dawn was breaking over camp, the tom was managing to stifle the limp caused by a misstep into a hidden rabbit hole. Whilst it didn't look elegant by any means, the ginger tom cat was by no means the most concerned about his appearance. His fur was tangled with a variety of brambles and foliage caught up from their ventures out into the wilderness. Finding himself a comfortable place to sunbathe, the warrior settled comfortably in the warmth and went about grooming his coat as best as he could. Eyes narrowed with concentration, seemingly oblivious to the world around him as Wolfstar came into camp in search of cats. As optimistic as the handsome tom tended to be at the best of times, even he didn't have it in him to go out again so soon after the adventures of that morning. Currently the dark ginger tom would have been happy to just spend the rest of his day, or at the very least the rest of this morning catching his breath interspersed with some comfortable conversations. In fact this was likely the most calm the majority of the clan's cats would see him. Though even by his standards that wasn't saying much.
