Home of the Strong and Bold
HISTORY
The city demolished and destroyed. Ruins of fallen skyscrapers and homes clutter the barren Earth. The land, although seemingly disastrous, is covered with new, green grass. Cluttered places of Oaks surround such runes. A group of disgruntled felines grouped together after years of roaming alone. There was Glass, a white and silver she-cat with gorgeous blue eyes. A brown and golden tom by the name of Rubble, with amber eyes. Then, there was the twins, Tower and Home, one a black tom with green eyes, the other a black she-cat with hazel eyes. Finally, there was Horizon, a long haired golden tabby with blazing yellow eyes. The five came together, forming a hierarchy.
Glass lead them, safely helping them scour the territory and claim it as their own. The twins, Tower and Home, helped heal the members of their group and it was said they communicated with stars and the ancestors of the city felines. Rubble taught them defenses and strategies, helping protect the cats from dangers within the territory. Horizon however, did nothing more than collect the knowledge of their group. As the moon rose and fell for many days and nights, their groups grew. It was said by the twins that their ancestors demanded they take on new names, starting with Glass.
Naming their clan after the long forgotten roamers of the Earth, two-legs, they named their group TwoClan. Glass became Clearstar, their leader, and she was blessed with nine lives. Dubbed her deputy, Rubble became Stoneclaw. The twins, Tower and Home, became their healer's also known as medicine cats. They became Tallshadow and Softstone. Finally, Horizon, jealous to be without a a position of power, began assassinating his friends, starting with Softstone. After the death of Softstone, Stoneclaw murdered the killer, Horizon. The clan lived peacefully from then on.

TRADITIONS
Apprenticing Ceremony - When a kit reaches 6 moons old and is healthy enough, the Leader will call the clan to gather around the Mighty Willow where the kit will gain their -paw suffix and their mentor will be named. This ceremony will be put off if the kit in question is sick or injured or by other extenuating circumstances. The clan will chant the newly named apprentices' name in congratulations.
Medicine Cat Ceremony - When a Medicine cat feels their apprentice is ready, they will travel to the Glow Pond. It is here where the current medicine cat will give their apprentice their new suffix and their apprentice will first talk with Starclan.
Warrior Ceremony - When a mentor is satisfied with the training of their apprentice, they will approach either the deputy or leader and request a test be held for their apprentice. This test will consist of hunting, sparring, or a combination of the two where the apprentice in question will be watched and judged by the deputy/leader or a warrior of their selection. Should the apprentice pass this test, the leader will call the clan to gather around the Highroot. This is where the leader will give the -paw their new suffix. The clan will chant the new warriors name.
New Warrior's Vigil - New warriors will sit at the base of the Mighty Willow and keep silent vigil of the camp overnight when they are first named. When dawn raises, the deputy will come and let them know that they may speak and share tongues with the new warrior.
Warrior's Retiring Ceremony - When a warrior/medicine cat/queen either gains a career ending injury or simply gets too old to preform their duties, they will approach the leader or deputy and request to retire to the Elder's den. The leader will call the clan to gather around the Mighty Willow where they will confirm the cat's wish to retire. After the cat confirms this, they will be thanked for their service and can officially join the elder's in their new den.
Deputy Ceremony - When the previous deputy either dies, is exiled, retires, or becomes leader. The leader will call the clan to gather around the Mighty Willow where they will name their new deputy. This can be postponed if the leader is unwell physically, mentally, or emotionally, though this is seen as a bad omen.
Name Changing Ceremony - Should a name no longer fit a cat, they may request a name change be preformed by the leader. The leader may also decide to do this on their own. The leader will call the clan to gather around the Mighty Willow where they will preform the name change. The clan will chant the new name.
Leader Ceremony - When the old leader dies, is exiled, etc, the current deputy will journey to the Glow Pond accompanied with the Medicine Cat to commune with Starclan. This is where they will gain the suffix -star as well as their nine lives. If the previous leader is dead, they will be the last cat to talk with the newly appointed leader, giving them the -star suffix.
Snowmelt Feast - When the first signs of the snow melting at the end of Leaf Bare occur, the Medicine cat / their apprentice will announce this to the Leader who will call for the rest of the clan to gather around the Mighty Willow. To celebrate the end of Leaf Bare, they will all be sent off in pairs or trios to hunt themselves a meal - apprentices will be tasked with hunting for both themselves, the queens, kits, and elders, though their mentors will often help. Once every cat in the clan has something to eat, they will all gather around the Mighty Willow to welcome the coming of New Leaf with a feast where all cats will relax, eat, and share tongues until sunset. This ceremony is only skipped in times of great peril; intense flooding, the death of a leader or medicine cat, fire, etc. The leader and their deputy will then sit vigil overnight to welcome the first coming dawn of New Leaf.
New Leaf's First Dawn - Held the night of the Snowmelt Feast, the leader and deputy will sit silent vigil over camp to welcome the first dawn of New Leaf as a way of showing their devotion to Starclan and their duties. The rest of the clan is allowed to sleep in past dawn on this day. The Medicine cat will go and greet the leader after the sun has risen fully over the horizon, while their apprentice - should they have one at the time - will greet the deputy, ending their vigil. After this, the clan will return to functioning normally.
Green Leaf Fast - As the first new moon of Green Leaf occurs, the entire clan - excluding the sick, Queens, kits, and Elders if they choose - will not hunt new prey nor consume any caught the day before to honor nature and what it has given them. The fast will end when the moon rises in the sky again, and the warriors and apprentices will hunt under the moon to feed themselves and the clan.
Glow Pond Journey - Once every season the Medicine cat will journey to the Glow Pond to commune with Starclan. This journey will take half a moon at best, sometimes longer depending on what, if anything, Starclan has to say to the Medicine cat. If the Medicine cat lacks an apprentice or their apprentice is not sufficiently trained to take over while they are gone, the Medicine cat may choose to forgo this trip until a suitable time.
